High end paper fun!

Need cards? They got em. Specialty ones too. Not the major find at Walgreens variety so you can make your loved ones or special occasions feel a little more unique.They also have a wide variety of fun gifts from coffee mugs to daily planners. Inks and pens and other stationary galore. And one of the friendliest and knowledgeable staffs in the city.Though I havent used it, they offer handcrafted invitations for weddings and other special events. And if the store is any indication of the quality, you can expect to get your moneys worth.Definitely a must if youre in the market for a unique card or simply need to replenish you stationary.

I try to find the local card/paper store everywhere I visit - and I can safely say Broadway Paper is one of the best paper stores anywhere. The store is clean, their card selection is huge (they actually have nearly an entire wall of sympathy/encouragement cards and finding meaningful ones are usually so difficult), the wrapping section will make any gift wrappers dreams come true, and their assortment of small gifts and other trinkets are really cute. Love this store- I have to stop here every time Im in Milwaukee and I recommend you should too.

We went to Broadway Paper to get custom stationery as a gift. Hard to find custom stationery and Kate had a wonderful selection. She had items set out for us based on the input we provided over the phone. Customer service and follow-up was timely and friendly. The whole experience was great!

Outstanding job!!! Much needed help for Dad to assist with wrapping this year. They could have been finished with bows and ribbons, etc. but that would have clearly ruined my hard work...

We went to Broadway paper for a wedding invite consultation last year. Kate walked us through the entire process and laid out all our options. She was extremely personable and made the process much easier than it would have been otherwise. We ended up having to postpone our wedding due to Covid and went to Broadway paper to buy invites a second time because we loved our first experience so much. The experience was just as special as the first. We highly recommend them!

Very well stocked paper store, kind of expensive, but not ridiculous. Lots more beyond paper- Wisconsin chatchkies: mugs, posters, etc... fun to putter around in, even if you don’t buy anything! No complaints

Too expensive. We were not greeted with a friendly hello but with a list of rules. Look with your eyes, not your hands.

This store is so adorable! It is a perfect balance of trendy and traditional. The staff is super friendly, and service is always top notch. They have a very wide variety of things you can get there, and I always have such a wonderful and fun time shopping there. If you are in the Third Ward, this is a shop you CANT miss.

Truly horrible service, Broadway Paper! Truly!I came into the store with high hopes, and purchased two cards for a wedding and an engagement party later in the month. I asked about the return policy, since I knew that one may be returned if my friend did not want the card. I was told by staff that as long as I had the receipt, it would be fine. I came back a month later, after the engagement party, to return the unused card. Staff told me that was not possible, and said that what I was told previously was wrong. I asked to speak to the manger, as the card was overpriced, $10, and staff told me she was busy. I left my name and number to be called back. It has been four months, and I was never contacted. I always try to support local business, but the insolence of this company has deterred me from ever coming back.Truly horrible service, Broadway Paper! Truly!

This store offers so much, and all out of town friends and family always talk about how much they love this store. From quality art supplies to thoughtful MKE unique gifts, I rely on this store for many thigsy.

I love this place! It is beautiful with a fun mix of items. I would have bought a lot more if I was local since I didnt want to mess anythi g up in my suitcase.

Visited right around Christmas. It was busy as could be. Greeted as I came in. I was able to find help from staff immediately. They helped me find what I needed. They knew exactly where my items were in store. So staff was totally knowledgable of merchandise. Able to buy my items right away and out the door. Will be back next time in neighborhood

A really cute selection of cards, paper, cards! Theres also a really good amount of small gifts for folks that are mostly local artists and stuff. This place is awesome for last minute gifts for friends. I nabbed some supplies for Valentines. My only complaint would be I wish they had a bigger printed design paper selection but other than that I experienced some awesome service.

We ordered invitations from here are were very disappointed with some of the customer service practices. In the initial meeting and follow up meeting, Kate was super kind and helpful, answering any and all questions we had. However, once we placed the order and Broadway Paper got the down payment things changed...emails and phone calls were not answered/returned. It was so frustrating. There were lots of excuses as to why no one returned calls or answered emails. In the end, the invitations turned out pretty close to what we imagined but the stress it caused was not worth it and we would never order anything from this store again. Cute enough store to shop and carry but wouldn’t recommend ordering any custom invitations.

I only get my cards from here. Usually $5 each and a lot at Drug Stores are more than that now! Theyre always so creative and well received. This is also a great store just to waste some time looking around.

I am lazy, lets start there. I work in the third ward and whenever I have a gift that needs wrapping I walk over and always get them wrapped at Broadway Paper. They have an awesome selection of paper and cards and the staff is always very nice. I really dont know what I would do without them.

Nice clean store with a little bit of everything regarding paper from stationary to wrapping paper. This place has a friendly and inviting atmosphere. The prices are a bit on the high side though.

A cute little paper shop with all kinds of fun crafty shop. Its not cheap but there are a lot of unique cards and journals and small gift items.

Im not sure where to begin with how much I adored Kate and her staffs service at Broadway Paper for our wedding invitations and thank you cards. Kate helped guide us through the design selection process, offered advice when it came to etiquette and wording of our invites, helping us print and design our wedding ceremony programs, and all sorts of final printing details that were last minute to me. Kate involved us through all finalizations of the invitations, programs, and gave us realistic time frames as to when our printing jobs would be completed (which were always in a timely manner). We were also able to order letterpress invitations & thank you cards as part of our design.I shop at Broadway Paper quite frequently for their selection of stationary, gift wrap, cards, books, etc. I love the design aesthetic of the store, and I also love that Kate showcases local artists and their work. Not to mention, she is one cool lady to work with.I would completely recommend Broadway Paper to anybody who requires a beautiful selection of designs by local and national artisans, great service, and attention to detail when choosing wedding invitations, shower invites, or whatever you stationary needs are.

If you are looking for wedding invitations, go elsewhere. There are so many lovely options for wedding invitations throughout Milwaukee and online, Broadway Paper will only cause you stress.We chose to purchase our invitations through BPC because we were amazed by their personal touch, and they went through all their many options with us in person. However, shortly after we made the decision to order through them, the woman who had impressed us so much must have left, and was replaced by Amanda. Though we picked out the invitations 8 months before the wedding, Amanda assured us that we should wait another 2 months to order them and that they would arrive with plenty of time. However, three months before the wedding there was still no sign of the invitations. After many emails which went unanswered, we finally received our invitations with just over 2 months before the wedding. This meant we had to rush to stuff and stamp all the envelopes in order to send them out immediately. Amanda had stuffed all of the invitations herself without being asked, however this meant that we had to undo each one in order to place the stamp on the RSVP envelope, and wrap them in the ribbons that we had chosen. Furthermore, Amanda had incorrectly placed the order, and it was printed on different paper from what we had chosen. With so little time, there was no way to place a new order, so we had to go with the incorrect order. Nearly all of our 500-person guest list lived out of town, and so most of them received details of the wedding with very late notice, which also meant that we received RSVP cards quite late.Throughout the course of our work with BPC, Amanda was highly uncommunicative. We often had to email her multiple times or call the store to try to get an answer. She was not at all knowledgable about her products or the companies with which they work. As a busy bride-to-be, with many details to manage, you do not want the headache of working with this company.

Wide selection of paper, ribbon, boxes, etc. Can be pricey but worth it for special occasions.
