Just picked up my brown supernova. NO WINDSHIELD. Was informed that RE has discontinued the shield on the supernova. I ordered my bike June 4, with the understanding it would have a shield and so did the dealer (Tulsa, OK). We were very disappoint. If RE is unable to get the product due to Covid-19, especially in India, I understand. Just ship them to your customers when you get them. By the was the bike is great. Smooth, nice sound, comfortable seat & riding position, & shifts very well.I will be calling RE HQ in WI, I paid for a shield and down South (bugs/insects) you need a shield

I agree with the other reviewers, yes covid is bad but so is bad communication. Your online platforms including Good do not reflect your hours. As far as I can tell youre shut down permanently and youre JUST a headquarters, not a showroom and certainty not a dealership. In fact it would be nice if yall moved out of that building all together to a warehouse on the outskirts of town if youre only a headquarters in that case. Make room for something else to be in that space.

The showroom is closed for COVID, and your Google Maps entry ought to reflect that. Barring that, your Facebook page should say something about it. Or even mention that you took any COVID precautions at all. And maybe your listed telephone number shouldnt just go to a busy signal. A professional business makes thier hours available to the customer.

I keep debating on whether to get a bike, but if I do, it will be from Royal Enfield. I have never felt like I was bothering the owners or sales folks on the floor in this inviting shop in the heart of Milwaukee’s Third Ward. Their bikes are beautiful and a throw back to the classic bikes. the prices are excellent for a bike that is very highly rated. To open in Harley’s home and do well says a lot about this shop and their product.

Just bought a 2019 RE Himalayan this weekend and really enjoyed my experience. Was the second time coming in when i couldnt stop thinking about the bike. The staff was really easy to talk to and not focused on just making a sale. You can tell they just enjoyed motorcycles!

Nice storefront. Sales rep was easy on approach and wasnt pushy. Small on the inside but good variety of bikes on display. Some used models from other manufacturers as well. Im not sure if Id buy a RE given their current lineup and some personal concerns of quality but definitely want to see them succeed in todays motorcycle market

Beautiful store. Very cool motorcycle. Extremely helpful and knowledgeable staff. I have been wanting to stop at this place for a very long time. Well worth the wait. Im thinking I need one of the Continental GTs. May wait to see what the 650 twins are like... Cool place!!

Cool shop! They guys are super nice and helpful - the bikes are neat, and the clothes are very nice.

Great little shop selling great little retro bikes in the most retro part of the city. Its also the NA HQ, so I get to come here for work. Worth a peek inside, even if you dont ride.

Great place to see our childhood bikes in Milwaukee. Small selection but i guess thats a business decision. Will buy a bike for sure in summers

Beautiful motorcycles on display and we were greeted by two friendly sales persons. One of them was the owner. New store with lots of room to grow.

Beautiful showroom with nicely renovated interior in a great location. Good variety of models/colors/options in-stock. Unfortunately did not live up to expectations of a flagship facility. I called several days in advance to book a test ride, was told to bring motorcycle license & helmet. On the day I arrived dealership staff was limited to one person and I was denied a test ride. The basis for refusal was explained as a policy of accompanied test rides. The lone employee tending the showroom floor was unable to perform that duty. Ive demod bikes from most major manufacturers over the years and never encountered a dealership that required accompanied rides (provided I presented a valid motorcycle license). I traveled a considerable distance for this experience so my disappointment may be skewing my rating.

The staff is very friendly, and the dealership is very picturesque. A very nice experience.
