They replaced the transmission in my 30 year old truck in a timely manner with quality parts. I am very happy with their work. I would recommend Walter and his team. Honest mechanics are not easy to find.

It took them three times to get my transmission rebuild done right. Drove the truck off the lot and still was not shifting right. Took to a different shop and they performed a minor adjustment on the transmission linkage and now its perfect. They also replaced a caliper on my truck. They either left the caliper hanging by the hose or accidentally cut the brake line while doing the job. The brake hose blew up (newer brake hose) closest to the caliper. Thank God it happened while the vehicle was not moving.

Heart of Dixie really helped me out when another repair center let me down. Had me back up and running quick. Will definately use them again. Honest and fair repairs.

We want to thank Walter for his excellent service. We are from out of town & had a mechanical problem with our RV which we are staying in while in Florida. A mechanic from the Ford dealership called him to see if he could help us. He said to bring it on over & he would take a look at it for us. We did just that. He came right out & spent about 45 min. with us figuring out the problem. He replaced a part & then told us the speedometer needed to be taken out & reset. We were on our way to Jetty Park & he told us to go do our thing & then bring it back & he would finish the work when we were done having fun. He took no money from us & with a hand shake sent us on our way. Who does that in this day and age? We took it back for him to complete the work & he got the job done in a timely manner. We are now back in our motorhome ready to enjoy the rest of our time in Florida! Thanks again Walter!

Service was fantastic, very knowledgeable, & reasonably priced! We had our truck worked on by another company & it was running worse than before it was worked on. We dropped our truck off over night at Heart of Dixie, they called shortly after opening to let us know the issue they saw which was the part used to fix the issue from the other shop. They fixed the problem the same day, & our truck was running great! We will not be going anywhere else for service on our F250 7.3 Diesel!

I just recently bought a 2008 f250 diesel truck from some shady salesmen in Melbourne, it started breaking immediately. I was new to the diesel game, did a few of the minor repairs myself but started noticing bigger issues. I had drove through mims a few times and always seen these f250s in their lot being worked on, so I decided to go in and see what they could do for me. I spoke to Walter, he was very knowledgeable and honest about what I was going to be needing to fix my truck and do it right the first time. I explained that I needed my vehicle done within a certain time frame and they not only went above and beyond, I got the vehicle back 2 days early. These guys are top notch, practically wrote the book on these trucks, very knowledgeable. I would definitely recommend them to anyone that has issues with their diesel truck. If you want honest and done properly, these are your guys.

I couldnt shift gears in my 1998 Dodge Ram 3500 diesel dually, Walter diagnosed I needed a new clutch and changed it out at a reasonable price. Very happy with my experience.

Great service!

Took my wifes van and truck for some major work. Going in to it I expected to spend a fortune, especially on my truck. I had oil pouring out my front and real main seals expected the transmission had to come out and real labor intensive. However Walter Milton told me that was not the case. He said all I needed was a whole new exhaust system from the motor to the muffler. He fixed the exhaust system no more leaks and all check engine lights are off. My truck runs like it just came off the showroom floor. Thanks Heart of Dixie and Walter Milton you guys are great and I would definitely recommend you guys for anyone needing great service and repairs.

My experience with this shop was not good, I brought my Nissan truck in to get the timing set and they Did not get it right. On top of that Walter charged me $100 bucks for poor workmanship. My neighbor fixed it for Free. I would strongly recommend you do not use this shop. There are too many honest shops out there.

Do not use this garage. They are dishonest. I called them to get my fuel pump replaced, rather than simply telling me that they rather not do it. They gave me an appointment and had me spend $100 to get my truck towed to them. Them 5 mins after the truck was dropped off, they call me and tell me they cant work on my truck because the frame is rotted off and the gas tank isnt attached to anything. This truck was brought down here from Pa where every year the vehicle must pass a safety inspection. If the frame was rotted or the tank was just dangling there like they claimed, the truck would fail inspection and not be allowed to be on the road. Now I had 2 ppl plus myself went under the truck and there is absolutely nothing wrong with the frame or tank. What we think is they decided that there isnt enough money in replacing the pump, because they already quoted me a price and I wont be stupid enough to either over pay or pay for unnecessary repairs. So they just decided to make up a reason not to do the work. Which cost me another $100 to have it towed back to my place and $90 to have someone else do the work for me.

They did a great job on a clutch change out. Excellent workmanship and price.

Ripped me off. My truck broke down and he bought a part for 240 then charged me 400 for it and 45 for labor. Only took him 30 minutes of time. I didn’t know how much he spent till he wrote it on the receipt. Avoid at all costs
