I made an appointment for my mom and myself. Due to having to check our purchase out, I sent my mom 5 feet away to explain she would be the first appt as I was going to be a few minutes at the check out. (8 min late) The lady was not nice at all . She would hardly answer, it was as if our mere existence was hard for her. I love the doctor here, I came here the last time. I ended up canceling my appt as if I felt I had a choice. zoom is going to go thru with getting hers as I work 6 days a week, an hour away and did not know when I could bring her back. I myself will be going else where. I work in sales, I would never treat anyone this way!

Staff is very rude, over the phone and in person.

The optometrist and staff were quick to listen and understand my vision needs and to do a fine job of making some high-quality spectacle lenses to fit my existing frames. I have never had any better service anywhere else and will definitely return to this Vision Center in the future.

Dr Woodall and his long term staff are very professional and friendly. Wouldnt go anywhere else!

Fast service and friendly people but they had to do my glasses twice (didnt do the Rx properly the first time).

My father in law went here because he wanted contacts they did the exam said he had the same prescription for both eyes I took him 2 years ago and he had a astigmatism and a cataract so I found this very hard to believe he was also not able to see with the contacts vision4less said if he would of continued with these contacts he would eventually loose his eye sight this is not ok with me at all he also was told he still has the astigmatism and cataracts and that contacts wouldnt work for him at all 😡😡😡😡😡😡
