Has delicious home cooked food. Also amazing cheesecake. I got the cotton candy cheese cake and the muffuletta sandwich with cajun fries. My family got gumbo.

This place is pretty busy at lunch time. The bread on the steak melt is excellent, and the prices are fair. A nice lady brought the food out to the table when it was ready.

Natchitoches meat pies, sausage chicken gumbo with homemade cornbread, red beans and rice and cajun seasoned fries. This spread has me so excited to be home, that I want to cry!

The gumbo is good, however, you dont get much value for the cost. A large container (16 oz) 3/4 of it was rice. I had 1 thin coin of sausage, it was pretty skimpy on the chicken and it the container wasnt even filled to the top. Not a good value for $7.95. I also got a side order of onion rings, and for $2.99, I got 7 rings, which was about one slice of onion.

Traveling along I-20 in North Louisiana, and need to make a rest stop. Bon Temps, in Minden, is the place to be for lunch or dinner. Although this is a C-Store, they have a restaurant/deli and the food is great. This is not your typically fast food. This is Louisiana food with a wild flair. Stop in and Dine. My personal favorite is the Breezy Sandwich. And they have great gasoline prices

Amazing!!! We are so thankful that Holiday Inn across the street recommended Bon Temps----it was sooo delicious. We ordered Es Burgers on the jalapeno bun with bacon & omg----beyond fantastic.

Fantastic food. Gator sandwich, red beans with sausage and rice, peach cobbler, pecan pie, all good. Wish i had more time in Minden to try everything they have.

What a surprise! Stopped to get some gas and use the restroom and took a chance on dinner. Everything is fantastic. Muffaletta, tea cakes, chicken salad. And the kids eat for 1.99 including a drink... and they ate all their food which is rare! We travel 20 often on long trips. This place stays in the map!
