Been to this location 3x, I always get BEC on a plain Bagel, every time. Always ask for my eggs Scrambled Well Done, each time, my order gets messed up!!! The Eggs either be Over Easy or the Bacon be burnt to ashes!!! Have nothing wrong with having well done Bacon, but when it overcooked and burnt beyond edible, doesnt make a my Breakfast Sandwich enjoyable. Instead of the person taking my order and chatting up a storm with other employees at the grill, they should concentrate on making a simple Breakfast Sandwich, and not messing it up, each time. The staff, takes your order and writes it down on a piece of paper, and they still mess it up. Seriously???????

Ray and his staff went above and beyond to cater our rehearsal dinner. They got every food detail correct, especially the vegan hero wrapped separately. They delivered to the hotel for free and made all the food presented so nicely! We were so impressed by the wooden baskets of heroes wrapped in plastic with ribbons and all the paper goods, especially serving utensils. The grilled chicken Tuscany hero was the first to be devoured! And the regular and decaf coffee was delicious.

Challah French Toast?!?!? First time customer here, at Mineola location. Ordered the “Challah” French toast, which it was completely not Challah bread, it’s regular ole Texas/thick sliced French toast! Not like the photo no strawberries no powdered sugar, just a real disappointment. As well as tasted average at best. Will never order their French Toast again. 2 stars also because in addition to feeling duped, the girl at the counter was kinda rude. Posted pics below of what I got vs what I thought I was getting..! Even the portions don’t match! What a disappointment… lol

First time ordering some bagel sandwiches from here and I was impressed with the quality. Delicious bagel and my order was made perfect. The place looked well organized and clean. Look forward to ordering from here again.

Found this place by accident as we were driving by and my kid said she wanted a bagel so we pulled into the lot and I am so glad we did. The bagels are super fresh with the right amount of soft and chewy you expect from a good bagel. I recommend you don’t leave without trying the French toast bagel. My kids have already put in a request that we are going back for breakfast this weekend!

We normally order on a weekly basis from the bagel store. When we called to place an order the guy who answered was a bit rude and seemed rush. He got my sandwich wrong. I asked for ham and swiss on plain bagel and got a wrap instead. I dont eat wraps but I did anyway. The young woman from my office picked up the order and said the cashiers was a bit rude as well. I understand places are busy which is a good thing. But to be rude is not good customer service. Overall the food is great.

I donr know whats happening at this bagel store but its not good. My husband and I have been here since they first opened We used to go to Long Beach location But lately Everytime we ordered is not good. Always new staff who dont know how to make a sandwich or cook eggs Served ice cold eggs, burned bacon Horrible !! Given hard bagels from the day before.They have great food, but maybe they should train the staff. Food is not constient. I worked in restaurant for years Only employees who have been there a long time know what their doing.......

Very tasty and fresh bagels especially on the weekends. Tons of specialty salads such as Mediterranean, cous cous and cranberry, etc for a side salad with your meal or a healthy snack. Salads also made fresh for you. Caveat: Grill is small so egg sandwiches take a very long time and the counter area fills up quick with people waiting for egg sandwiches which can be hard to navigate as you pay and wait for your food.

They get my order wrong more often than not. I order some of the easiest things possible too.

Mine had the chewiness that signals freshly baked bagels, along with another telltale sign: steam rising once I lifted the top half. I was in the mood for melted butter and they were generous; look at the buttery shine left on the wrapper. It was enough to draw out a complaint from the octogenarian with a buttered bagel beside me, its dripping down my hand!

My go to place for bagels and breakfast, but we got sandwiches to take to my dads and they were great. Roast beef was nice and rare and everything else was awesome too.Service is always fantastic. There is offer a wait, but thats to be expected when everything is so good.

Every location of LI bagel never disappoints. Always good food. True place to get a bagel, wrap, or traditional sandwich which comes with a side salad and pickle. Most places charge you extra for what traditionally came with a lunch sandwich.

Never have I been disappointed with LIBC. I just hope they open one up in Oxford MS so my daughter can get bagels while away at Ole Miss for the next 4-8 years.

Ordered 2 lunch sandwiches in the past week. Monte Cristo which came out a mess and dry. Today I tried the Roast Beef Royal. extremely dry. co-worker asked if I was eating Dinty Moore. Had to wait forever for each. Really disappointed. Oh well, Other Choices in Mineola

Ever since my go to spot on Hillside burned down this is my new spot. Phenomenal! Just make sure to go early on the weekends otherwise they are usually sold out of the popular bagels.

The food is good but the service is horrible and it’s expensive especially for a bacon egg cheese. The girls hang out and chat at the grill. Some have a face that they don’t wanna be bothered. They need to get better people to be working and a bigger grill since their is always a line.

Yesterday I passed your cafe on my way to meet a friend for lunch .it is a twice a month get together .I stopped and looked inside I then called them not to go to our usual place but to come to your establishment well I can not believe what a lunch we had it was Wonderfull so many options and the prices amazing one friend even took roast beef home for her dog .we will be back soon thank you snd best of luck to you all

Been here a few times and the place is consistent and has some very good food choices. The customer service is getting better with the mix of employees from different background. I had a few instances where the employees gave me a look like what are you doing in Long Island but its much much better now. 95% of the time the order has been on point without any issues. If you are in the Mineola area and craving some delicious bagels sandwiches this places is high on the list and will definitely hit your satisfaction target!

Ordered a cinnamon raisin w/ cream cheese . Got it from counter with cream cheese just as I like it. Soft enough to enjoy but not so soft as to drip down into my lap . Way to go, gang.

Born and raised in Brooklyn I take my bagels seriously. The long island bagel cafe has now become my one stop shop for fresh bagels, cold salads and coffee in that section of Long Island. The quality of the bagel is what separates this place from the others. If youre passing through long island or a local one should stop by and have a bagel with coffee. Enjoy!

I have to say the bagels here look so delicious but the customer service in this business is beyond repetitive and distasteful. The people that work here are beyond rude I’d rather go to my three sons bagels I hate writing bad reviews. honestly you should consider hiring some new staff because they’re attitude are down right disgustingI don’t want to start off my day by grabbing a bagel and getting an attitude

So the bagels here are great. The food is top notch. What I have a major problem with is the staff. Thats not to say that theyre not nice or amiable people, they are BUT 85 to 90% of the time they get my order wrong! I ALWAYS get the same thing its a simple breakfast sandwich but they always forget something! Either the ketchup or they add cheese when I didnt ask for it (which I never do) or they forget the bacon. Its always something. Its incredibly annoying. However, I know why it happens, its because when they go to the grill to cook your food they hang out and chit chat with each other and lose focus of the order even though they wrote it down! Ive watched them make errors and have corrected them MULTIPLE times. I shouldnt have to do that. If you only had one person at the grill cooking the orders then that wouldnt happen. So I only go there now when Im really in need of a breakfast sandwich thats really close by. Otherwise Ill go somewhere else where the food may not be as good but at least theyll get my order right.

Good selection for Deli salads. Bagels are okay. They have a tendency to over butter/cream cheese their bagels. Seats and booths inside. Lines can get busy in the morning. Prices are in line with other LI bagel spots.

Counter girl couldnt be bothered....oh wait Im the customer and she should...I truly believe that some of the bagels they sell have more personality than her....and that aint saying much because they are not that good...

I dont like bad customer service. All workers look like they dont want to work. You say thank you and its like the mice cut their tongue. A your welcome would be nice or a have good day at least.

I went to this place after being used to going to bagel boss. I was very excited to try this for the first time but the excitement went away after the first bite.The bagels were very chew and cream cheese wasnt smooth enough. The cream cheese was also bit tart. It would take a gulp of juice or coffee to let the bagel go down. I would probably not eat the bagel here again. I also went afternoon maybe they were not fresh, and they had limited options at that time.

Always extremely busy, bagels are prepared well, but everything in the store is definitely priced higher than usual.

One of the ladies that work here is just full of attitude. Her tone and her facial expressions just show how much she does not enjoy working. I tried their paninis and bagels. They are average at best, nothing special. If the food is just mediocre, it could usually be compensated by friendly staff. But not here.

Fast friendly service, tastes amazing and always fresh. A bit more expensive than others around but worth it due to much higher quality of food.

Bagels are amazing however customer service needs to be improved! They charged my card 3 times and I only bought two bagels. When I addressed the issue the worker threw the change I was owed onto the counter like I was bothering them!

Best bagels on Long island and making credible sandwiches every sandwich comes with a pickle and coleslaw the people that are super friendly the rice coffee when you order a small its about the size of a large Im kind of scared to know what their large looks like but its really great spot and I highly recommend any of them also really try the macaroni salad its addicting like crack addicting

I ordered the breakfast box 1 overeasy with sausage. I guess at the point when I paid with credit card, and it was declined and I finally made the payment. Ir appears I left my iced coffee on the counter. First off, did anyone see that I left the coffee on the counter? Second, I was still in the store getting salt pepper and ketchup. Nobody came out, or called me saying I left my coffee.I didnt realize till I got home, and was no mood to drive all the way back. I just accepted the fact I forgot and just wanted to eat.I ordered 2 eggs over easy. Guess what they were not over easy at all, more the fried.Very disappointed in the overall service.Not going back, not even to get my coffee.Train your staff better please!

Breakfast this morning was so awesome I had to show love to them with 5 stars. Its very rare that when ordering two fried eggs over medium with bacon & cheese from a place n the eggs not be overcooked or a runny mess. This place gets it right every time. There showcase with all the cream cheeses and pasta salads looked beautiful and everything was so clean I felt extremely comfortable at this store. Things where well planned with social distancing instead of duct tape every six feet they have incredibly nice 3M decals every few feet showing were to stand. If and when they were closed they put alot of thought into what there doing and it shows. Jose helped me out today andi look forward to my next visit.

This is probably the worst Bagel Store I went to make orders.food is is great, However, Costumer service is horrible... third time in a row ordered toasted and they didnt... Even the owner took care of my order once, he did rush me like was a free food, I placed the first order he said okay a ran away to prepare it, I told him I had another order too, he came back and said let me take you entire order then, . was very rude and no toasted again, I kept myself calmed and said nothing about it, He ended up saying sorry about his attitude when I was paying... I f you want to feel that you are getting a free food then go a place your order there. If you dont want to ruin your morning with this kind of experience go to somewhere else.

Great breakfast spot. Plentiful parking in the back and comfortable seating within. Service is quick and ready, especially when theres a line. Will make your food to order. Wouldnt hurt for them to write down the order more often.

Impressed by the number of tables available for people to eat at and my two scrambled eggs with sausage on a buttered Everything bagel was very tasty. Giving only three stars because it was a first time, real quick visit but I definitely plan to go back and hope to have the time to sit and relax.Definitely encourage you to try it.

I cant believe I havent gave a positive review for this place. My favorite bagel and breakfast place. I get the plain bagels that are freshly out the oven and the home made cream cheese. You can truly tell the difference of quality of this place versus the others. I came here at least once a week, usually on Saturday morning.One thing interesting though, the guys working at the counter does not look like your average bagel store employee. Trust me, if you go there enough times youll know what I am talking about.

This place is super expensive. It was nice to see a new bagel store come into the area but they got some nerve charging those prices based upon the quality of food they have . The food isn’t that good either. I ordered an eggplant sandwich there and it was absolutely disgusting. Then I called an order for breakfast pick up and they told me that they do not allow pick ups. What kind of bagel store doesn’t allow pick ups . Not worth the dollar

I appreciate the business being open during the virus but when someone walks in with an order worth 50$ I even typed it down to make it easier on the staff no one else was even in the store and they were supposed to be opened for almost another hour yet refused to make the sandwiches because the slicers were clean. This one woman in there has consistently the worse attitude and brings the whole mood of the place down and on multiple occasions has very clearly been on personal phone calls and passes off services to another employee this place has food food but consistently frustrates the living hell out of me

I love long island bagel cafe, Im from the city but Im in Long Island a lot and places out here are quick to screw up bagels, these guys do it right, I go to two of the branches and they make great bagels and great sandwiches. Dont underplay the importance of a good breakfast

Wonderful new arrival in Mineola. Outstanding bagels to die for and a wide variety of coffees pastries and just about everything else. Nice booths with large TVs for the viewing. Huge parking lot.

I wanted to like this place so bad but the staffs consistent bad attitudes and screw ups after you specifically ask for something just ruined it. I asked the lady who I believe is named cathy to leave out peppers as I am allergic and I got home to eat just to throw it away because it was doused in peppers she was too busy laughing and talking to coworkers to pay attention

Theyve got a pretty big selection, the food tasted good, and the prices were very reasonable. In a pinch, Id stop in for breakfast again, but the lines were really disorderly. During off-hours, Id recommend it to anyone.

I have been a long standing customer of Bagel Cafe. They make the BEST potato salad and I love their wraps. If you are looking for a place to get breakfast or lunch I definitely recommend Bagel Cafe!

Its good but the workers attitudes along with mistakes just ruin it. I told the lady 3 times the sandwhich should not have mayo and asked for macaroni salad she added mayo and gave me potato, need I say more?
