Ive been a customer of his for 13 years since he first opened and having a retail background I know what excellent customer service is, and Taj is the consummate Pro at not only his service, but hiring the people that bring that forward as well, with a very knowledgeable staff. I wouldnt shop anywhere else for all the phones in my family. He is the best !!!

Never leave reviews for anything usually but I felt like I had to give these guys the credit they deserve.This is, by far, the best Verizon store Ive ever been to. Always answers the phone almost instantly, helps you every step of the way, ensures that youre taken care of, and very friendly.One of the most important things is that they dont try to harass you into buying a certain phone to meet a quota or something like Ive previously dealt with at a different Verizon store. These guys let you know whats what, let you decide what you like, then you move from there. Simple and easy.

I used this store before and they were always helpful However this time they were not up front with the charges that you would have to pay. I wanted to pay my new phone in full after everything was set up and they told me that I had to wait 30 days???? Since when a store tells you to pay in installments? Will never use them again. Ex

Really great service even though we werent buying anything, very nice. Only downside was they didnt have the newest phones for us to see.

I found out about Taj Communications via Groupon as I needed to have the screen on my I6 fixed as was broken when I dropped it.The owner Taj greeted me and professionally explained that he would honor the Groupon price. He had his skilled technician repair the screen within 15 mins total in and out. In between this 15 mins, Taj was proactive in reviewing my current cellphone service/plans to confirm if I could save money with other plans.The phone was fixed to a satisfactory level for a VERY REASONABLE price. I definitely checked around and other phone repair stores wanted more money and required a 2 hour window on fixing.The following day, my phone falls out the car onto the highway. The screen is completely smashed and the phone housing has some damage. The owner Taj himself, meticulously used his tools to straighten the frame edges to be able to fit the new screen.The owner clearly understands how to quickly make a great customer service experience in retail. This will now be my first place I check for cellphone service, repair, and equipment.Thank You,Shawn

PHONE SERVICE SUCKSthey do not answer the phone for basic questions - im calling literally 100 times to see if they have a phone in stock and they dont answer the phone simply. it is very simple - can they just pick up the phone.

In and out in 5 min of buying new phone for my wife. Great experience.

Sam stayed late to help my girlfriend and I switch to Verizon from Sprint and T-Mobile. We had a complex situation and he solved every issue! I couldnt be any happier!
