Once again Oilex was there when I needed them. I came back from a vacation and my boiler was off, I called Andrew and he came the next morning and took care of the problem. He really takes the time to talk to you and make you understand the issue.Oilex sends coupons from time to time via email and ordering oil is super simple. My delivery is usually within 24 hours too.Great customer service speaking to Rose in the office and always fair pricing.

Review long overdue. I am new to oil heating system and I was checking on reviews online because I dont wanna get into any contract with big companies like Petro. Yes it is true that the owner is very knowledgable and explained me every details of my heating system. As a new home owner this is very important for me. My heating was working fine, I just called for maintenance. I am also getting oil from them. They have competitive price and delivery is quick.Side note: The owner is such a nice guy he even clean my driveway with his cordless blower. He dont have to. Thank you.

Super Awesome services! Normally, I dont like to do a review, but I am giving this company 5 stats. As I have been using another company for oil delivery almost 2 yrs, I did not realize I was running out of oil yesterday, and I told them need a emergency delivery today, basically, they told me will come this morning, and then, when I called they said they only can coming late afternoon, then I Google and found Oilex, they said will coming within 30 to 45 minutes, eventually, they came and filled my tank with quick service. I really appreciate that Oilex provided quick and excellent delivery. Even, the gentleman who filled up my tank very friendly and nice!!

Helped me out in a pinch!!I was low on oil and ordered from my normal company, but they failed to show and would not answer or return my calls. Now with an almost completely empty tank, Andrew at Oilex took the call and was able to get a delivery to the house within an hour.I will be using Oilex from now on.

The best thing I did was switch oil companies to Oilex of NY. Andrew is a customer service pro who is knowledgeable, offers great value and is super responsive. Came out in the middle of a snow storm to fill out tanks! Highly recommend.

Had an issue with ordering oil from another company that charged me already and Oilex came by to drop off their oil before the other company did. They were very understanding of the confusion and worked with me to get that previous order cancelled so that I wont have to pay twice. Plus they gave me time to get my refund in order to pay them for their drop off. I would highly recommend you use their services.

Ran out of oil on New Years Eve. While all the other companies were rude Oilex was not only able to squeeze me in last minute, the price was better then the others I called. To top it off they got my oil tank filled within 90 minutes of calling. Very professional efficient and honest. Thank you and happy new year!

I was first a customer of Oilex over 20 years ago. Andrew was friendly and smart, and taught me about my old house.Like so many other reviewers here, he saved me in a blizzard emergency between Christmas and New Years! Is that how we all got hooked onto Oilex?I went with a large company for a while for a service contract, because I had no gauge on my tank, and guessing when I needed oil became a problem. But I grew to hate the big company. (“Nobody serves you better”? Ha!!). After I got a new tank with a gauge, I returned to Oilex.

Not knowing our oil tanks measuring gage was broken, we thought we had enough oil in our tank. After checking the gage we then realized we were on empty. We called about four to five companies and they all stated they can not service us today due to the weather. We called Oilex and they said We can be at our home within the hour. They were on time and the driver was respectful and courteous. In an Emergency they came thru!! I definitely will be using this company in the future.

Recently I got out of a long term and expensive contractual agreement with Petro and vowed to never enter into another similar arrangement. I did my research on OilEX and read their amazing reviews. The positive glowing reviews are definitely on point. Andrew came out to my property on two emergency occasions and he was very knowledgeable and helpful each time. I just want to recommend my new favorite oil company, by far. Andrew, the owner of the company is a gentleman and a most competent oil burner serviceman extraordinaire. On New Year’s Eve I had an emergency insofar as I was out of oil. They delivered immediately. Then my burner wouldn’t turn on, freezing temperatures, Andrew came out to get it started and up and running . The day after New Years, I was moving out of my rental home. My landlord was keeping my security check because he thought the burner was not working. I called Andrew, he was able to come and check it. It turned out to be a false alarm. The burner was working and the heat was on. I thought I was left paying. Andrew said, “ it’s ok., this ones on me .” As o said he’s an unbelievable gentleman and business owner and 3rd generation in this extraordinary company.

Amazing customer service! After realizing that I was almost out of oil I placed an order online late last night. I called this morning to confirm my order and pretty much beg them to deliver today but to my surprise...and delight that wasnt necessary. They already had me scheduled for delivery today. What a relief! I would definitely recommend Oilex!!!

Andrew from Oilex is a super reliable, and genuine guy. Our oil was delivered almost immediately after I called. Our furnace had to be reset and Andrew taught me how to do it if it ever needed to be done again. When he came, he realized our gauge was stuck and he fixed it. Of all the oil companies in the area, these guys actually care about the customers, and not just about making a sale. They will be my main oil provider going forward, and I’d recommend them to anyone in this area.

I have been extremely happy with Oilex. I love that they are a family based business.Andrew,(the owner) makes sure that he gets oil delivered in a timely manner no matter the circumstances,and also makes sure that his customers are protected in the worst of weather. I had a real problem the other day. I ran out of fuel. I was panicstricken trying every oli company no one could get me a delivery. Then I googled oilex and spoke to a guy named Andrew. He was very nice he told me not to panic he would see if he could get a delivery for me. Within 15 minutes from when we spoke the phone rang and Andrew told me his guy would be over in 10 min with oil. Great Service,Great Guy I am going to make them my new oil company.

Was having issues with my boiler on the first freezing day of the year and called up to see if if I could get lucky and have someone come over last minute on a Saturday.
