Nice new facility out in mineral wells. Came here to get my bike serviced a while back. The staff is always friendly and the prices they charge are fair. A good place to check out some nice Indian bikes.n
Will never buy anything else from this dealership. We went to buy a used motorcycle that was posted on their website... that apparently was never looked at when they got it at their location. We were at the dealership for 3 hours asking to hear the bike run before they even attempted to start it. Then it wouldn’t start. So they take it to the shop to look over it after it is purchased. Tell us the back tire is dry rotted so we can’t leave the lot with it and that they don’t have a tire for it so it had to be ordered. 3 days later the bike is still sitting at the shop and they don’t have a tire. They continue to say everyday that the tire will be here the next day and never shows up. There are plenty of other dealerships around that will be getting our business from here on out. If you can go somewhere else to purchase a bike I would recommend it.
Wanted to try the Indian shop since it was so close to my house. BIG MISTAKE. Went in Monday for tires. Didnt get it back till the following Friday. FIVE days for tires! To make it even worse they butchered the bike. Came back missing a passenger peg which they swear they didnt touch, but I have pics of it the day I took it down with the peg on the bike. They also scratched my chrome in several places. Will never go back. Please, if you are thinking of going here, just DONT. Hope this saves someone the headache I am dealing with.
Its a shame during these times of short staffing, flat tire on the trailer, shipping delays and cant commit to getting to an out of stater woman motorcyclist whose bike is dead on the highway...then cant commit to getting to the diagnosis/repair right away because theres been other customers waiting for a month for service! Shame on you Polaris!
Did a trade for a used Triumph and dealt directly with the owner of the dealership. Bike’s previous owner had modified the tail, and on my test ride the dealer tag caught onto the back tire, curled up, and cracked the tail light. Dealership owner agreed to replace the light. I pointed out from the get-go that the tail was a modification, not original to the bike. Waited a total of 5 weeks from test ride to getting the replacement. I called a few times during this waiting period, confused as to what was taking so long. Was always told it was taking longer because the owner had to order an original from Triumph. I didn’t understand this, because it was not an original light. Found out the part came in only after I called, and it was not OEM, not even close to being correct, and the owner admitted he personally bought it on eBay (not Triumph like I had been told). Owner said he’d order a second light. I received no call after 3-1/2 weeks of waiting, so I called again, was told it had “just” come in, so I drove in and picked it up. Owner told me as I was walking away that it was “original”. Well, it’s not original--Triumph doesn’t even make a light that looks like this one—and, it doesn’t fit the bike due to the mod. I realized the light wasn’t right before I got to my car, but at this point I was done with this place. Knowing the owner ordered the previous light on eBay, I searched and found the identical tail light. You can only get it from sellers in China. Delivery time is 3-4 weeks, which would line up with my ridiculous wait time. I never expected an OEM part, just one that fits, so he didn’t have to tell me it was original when he knew that it wasn’t. So, the OWNER has lied to me, strung me along for 2 months, never called me, never apologized, and wasted my time. I guess my business wasn’t important since I wasn’t spending big bucks on a new Indian, and he wasn’t expecting to make lots of money off our trade. I will say the rest of the staff was excellent—especially the mechanic and the finance employee who helped him modify the faulty mod good enough that I could ride away without my tag doing the same as the dealer tag. I ordered a proper tail light myself, so I’m finally done with this deal and this dealership!
At the end of May I was on my way home from a 6,000 mile ride and I was hoping to get an oil change. I called this dealership and told them I would be passing through and asked if I could stop in and get an oil change. They told me they were booked out for about a month but if it was on the way I was traveling to go ahead and stop to see what they could do. So I stopped by probably an hour earlier than I thought I would be there and they squeezed me in and got my oil changed for me. They totally helped me out and got me back on the road so I could get home. Very nice staff and a nice store!
