Publix is a well kept store with very nice employees. They want to help you in any way. The meat is the best. When Im not feeling well. Someone helps me take my groceries out and puts them in my car. Great place to shop.

This was my first time going here today (10/24/2021). Everything was okay except for one thing. Warning: Microaggression. Now, I am black. I was in the deli area and there was a worker at a station with samples. I walked back and forth through the food, and not once did this woman try to greet me or ask if I needed help. Clearly I did. She didnt even bother looking in my direction. I went back to my cart, which was almost directly behind her. As I was deciding where to go next, a white man walked past her, he didnt even look at her. However, she greeted him. So, why did she greet a white person didnt look at her but didnt say a word to me even when she saw me walk past her several times? When I was in the tea aisle, a worker (who looked like a person of color) greeted me so that was nice. Lets do better Publix.

My first reaction to publix super market cant really be described..... The moment I walked in I immediately was wow shocked!!! I have never seen a store let alone a grocery store that was so cleaned and organized. Everything on ALL shelves are fully stocked and placed so perfectly. I dont usually shop here but next time it will be my first stop n shop!!! They also have great deals with reasonable prices and the customer service was excellent, everyone is very helpful and polite! I was just amazed!! Deffinitly will be recommending this particular store to anyone and everyone!! My pictures of publix almost look fake in my opion just because everything is so perfectly placed and clean!!!

This is the cleanest grocery Ive ever seen. Publix is always good at keeping their store clean, I guess this is why it is more expensive than other grocery stores. It legit looks like you could eat off the floor here.

Publix, people. What more can you say? Down in Florida, theyre at best a bodega. Up here, in Mint Hill, they are shopping experience GODS!It almost feel like they are fake nice, but then someone from the last shopping visit says, Hey, how you doing ? And then, youre in your mind going Snap, I forgot his name! But he doesnt care, cause hes freaking genuinely nice. Can I take you bags to you car? You answer No, Im fine. But youre not, cause you realize you will never be as nice as this dude.You get home and tell your wife about how nice they are. You tell her about how nice Brian is...oh snap! you remember his name! But the moment is over. You ruined it. And Brian is always going to be better than you.Morale of the story - Brian, and Publix, is better than most things, including you.

Superior to Harris Teeter. Probably the best option in this area (Mint Hill and eastern Stallings)

Really like this store. Good products, fresh produce and great fresh bakery products.

The store is clean and well stocked. The cashier was friendly and helpful

I only needed a few things but when I walked in and smelled the fresh bread I had to buy some! That was the first of many things I bought that day. This Publix has things you dont see anywhere else. I spent more money than I wanted to but everything was delicious!

A wonderful, welcoming, and family-friendly market. They no longer make them like this, and they now sell beer and wine! This is an excellent market.

This is my new go-to spot for all of my household necessities. Excellent service and product quality. I strongly advise everyone to use them!!!

The seafood is not to be recommended. Great prices and overall variety. The most abundant and fresh produce section.

Went in to purchase cold hard seltzer. They do not sell cold seltzers, it was all outside of their coolers.

Terrible deli customer service. Every time I go to the deli there are long waits.Today I waited 16 minutes to be asked for assistance. One lady was helping customers with their deli selections. Five other employees were standing in the other room talking. Not one of them offered to assist. Terrible deli service.

The fruit is the freshest Ive ever bought. They also have such a variety of different items more than any other store and the friendliness is amazing. They go out of their way to make the whole shopping experience better.

Always clean and well stocked. Bakery is the biggest draw. Pastries and so many choices of freshly baked bread plus best cakes for any occasion. Produce is fresh. Every employee will speak to you. Lobster bisque from the deli is a treat you should give to yourself....delicious.

Customer Service is amazing. I love Publix ❤. They have particular food and frozen items that other supermarkets dont.

The market is all in one spot. All of the things are of excellent quality, and the workers are really kind.

Wanted to p/u a couple things quickly. Their chicken wings were good, about 15 for $13.99. Got some sushi, $6.99 limited selection and fruit, good selection. Not to crowded and easy check out.

I visited the Publix pharmacy. The pharmacist was very helpful some of my prescriptions were called into the wrong pharmacy across town, she made the phone calls and got everything transferred to this location and my prescription for filled in a very timely manner. The pharmacy staff was exceptionally nice courteous and helpful.

Nice store. No lounge area but still pretty nice. Associates are super friendly and very helpful

Have a full pharmacy inside. Deli and fresh meat is fresh. Good selection of products. Very similar to HT but a little bit above.

We love going to publix. The fresh subs in the deli are better then subway! I love the boars head meats they use. Also their salads they make are so good! And dont get me started on the bakery! Where Publix passes other grocery stores is the perimeter foods. Meats, Fish varieties are where to go for that special meal your looking to prepare.

This is a great store to shop .it has everything you need and lots of stuff you dont..I even found D.O.P. tomatoes and they were 1/2 the price of Amazon.They have canning jars also half the price as Amazon ...the employees are knowable about their store and can answer your questions or will take you it ..last they will take your groceries to your car and load them .. nice touch ..

Sad thing is when they built this Publix they duplicated Harris Teeters floor plan from across the street. Publix is more expensive, not to mention how fatty their steaks are. They mistakenly believe their customer service is the best, if thats the case why did i see an 80 year old woman putting her groceries in her car while a Publix employee stood there watching her and didnt offer her any help? Not impressed one bit

A young Lady was so helpful..she helped me find everything I was looking for while doing her duties in the store. Talk about multi tasking.

Very nice grocery store its a little expensive but they seem to have more of the products you cant find at other stores that are unique ect. I recommend this store to anyone who needs fresh fruit and vegetables.

I love this Publix store. I havent been in any of the other stores but Ive always found exactly what I was looking for here. Things that are normally hard to find in other grocery stores I can find it here. The store is clean and everyone is so nice and dont mind helping you find what youre looking for.
