Shipping packages is easy and quick here. The gals working the counter are friendly and efficient; it feels like a family-run biz. Ive been shipping here for several years and always have a good experience. Even when theres a line, it moves quickly. Prices are comparable to the post office. In fact, I avoid the post office whenever possible due to the steep decline in customer service.
I have been going to this location for over a year and Im there at least once every 2 weeks and have honestly been impressed with the service. The girls there are so awesome! They are always quick, super helpful, very nice, and are always there to figure out anything needed! Even when there is a line or more difficult tasks, they handle them so well and always do everything they can to figure everything out!
I went to this location this afternoon and was very impressed with the service I received. Ana, was extremely pleasant and helpful. This location, unlike the one in Matthews, specifically the one at SycamoreCommons, DOES NOT charge to tape a package if it needs to be sealed additionally. They don’t charge $2.00 to print an email, like they do in Matthews and the staff is always friendly and accommodating.I will gladly drive the few extra miles to this location rather than go to one that’s closer because of their great customer service.

I just had a bad experienced. I am not sure as to why this location doesn’t allow you to use the computer to log in to print, your own information. They are requesting your login information. I just didn’t felt comfortable providing that type of info to medical records.
Waiting in line for 15 minutes to drop off a prepaid package all because I have to have a receipt. No I dont. I told you I dont need one. Absolutely unacceptable and ridiculous. I dont get a receipt at a Dropbox or dropping it with a driver. The entire point of being prepaid is to not wait in a store. Corporate has been contacted about this ridiculous policy this store seems to have.
I run a small business and I happened to have the misfortune of bringing some packages to this location. I was already in the area and had them packed up, so I was like why not I’m already here. However, it was a disaster. I went in, brought in my UPS packages, and i was denied a receipt. The employee told me it was because UPS had already ran that day. However, the other employee beside her was gladly giving out receipts.Anyway, I let them take my packages anyway, because they are a ups store after all. I trusted them. That was on me. BUT they lost all. My. Packages. Every single one. 6. 6 packages they lost. And since the woman refused to give me a receipt, I lost over $200 worth of merchandise. DO NOT COME HERE. It is not worth the hassle.
Absolutely ignorant when it comes to customer complaint. Not asthma friendly, the store manager lacked understanding and empathy for the complaint I logged today and over a year ago. Rather than being understanding or apologetic in any way she argued why the use of air fresheners are okay. And basically put out the message to me they don’t care when an person with asthma complains they can’t even wait in your line.
Bad attitudes. People seemed like they didn’t know what they were doing.
I went in today to store #0256 to make an Amazon return based on their provided directions. There were multiple items on the return; it was admittedly confusing. I had hoped I might receive a bit of clarification from UPS seeing as they deal with this daily. Upon entering the store I was ignored by the staff while they openly discussed personal complaints and continued to tape packages. Once acknowledged, I started my conversation with an employee that only told me, “You can’t have multiple returns with the same scan code.” Anyone who has returned anything from Amazon is aware that yes, you can have more than one item on your return order. She stood there and looked at another employee who immediately began attacking me telling me a multitude of things I just cannot do without even hearing what I was there for, and when I responded I simply wanted to know if this was correct, she repeatedly responded, “I don’t work for Amazon.” She rolled her eyes and wouldn’t let me explain, so seeing as I was now in the midst of pure public embarrassment possibly due to some personal issue (perhaps I was just too brown or too Asian for her, or maybe a little too Ashkenazi Jewish looking for her liking). She refused to hear me out and kept telling me I was wrong even though I kept telling her I just had a question. Would anyone in this situation just continue to get publicly steamrolled by this kind of person? She raised her voice, so I admittedly met her volume in hopes she would just stop for a second and work with me. She then skipped to telling me the girl that helped me had only been there 2 days and she wouldn’t know anything. So that was just a weird attempt at deflecting. It was purely this managers triggering attack & instigating behavior that precipitated the following events. She spoke to me in a repeatedly condescending tone and told me a box I had wasn’t a box, & I didn’t have a box even though I was holding a box. Um? She wouldn’t even try to resolve a customer problem and scoffed at me and continuously spoke down to me in front of staff and other customers. She treated me like absolute garbage and bullied me. She would scan my return code then cancel/delete it for no reason, & then tell me I wasn’t giving her the code she just scanned, which caused me to go back and forth on my phone giving her the same scan code and holding up the line while she played this cruel joke just to mock me. I tried to defend myself but ultimately was left with disgust and heartache for how someone could be so unkind for no reason. I continued to look for the Amazon directions, but her glare lead me to just leave the store, and I told her she was mean and there was no reason for her to be what she was being. (Not the kindest word came from me as I left, but it was all I could do at the moment to defend myself from someone who was absolutely humiliating me publicly as I held back tears.) This manger scoffed at me and clearly took it a step further by speaking poorly about me to the other customers once I left the store. This is based on the actions of a customer that wasn’t even there for the entire encounter, that opened the door and screamed something at me. Hey George, I’m a veteran too. I deployed and served proudly. Is this the customer service you think should represent a “proudly veteran owned” store? I was left in tears in the parking lot from your bullying, rude, scaremongering, seemingly racialist employees. I’ve had good and bad experiences at your store as I’ve been supporting it for years, but this was disgusting. The UPS corporate office seemed to agree as well. If there is a conflict with UPS packaging requirements & Amazon’s directions for returns, THIS IS NOT THE CUSTOMER’S PROBLEM. However, it would certainly be a significant revenue loss purely due to an unknowledgeable disgruntled employee/staff. A business needs customers to thrive. Why treat any of them with such contempt and humiliation?

Just had the most incredibly rude young girl wait on me. She was the absolute worst. Just horrible customer service. I came in to ship a package that I had boxed and wrapped and she told me it probably wouldn’t make it to the destination since I didn’t buy one of their boxes. Even if all that is true, her delivery was horrible. Thanks for nothing.
Ive been coming to this location for over a year and rent a PO Box here as well. The staff is very helpful, and incredibly nice. More than once, Ive had to call and ask for them to pull my stuff out of my box so I could swing in very quickly and pick up everything. They always go above and beyond to help whenever the need arises. Shipping from there is also a breeze as well. Im very thankful for everything that they do.

Local resident. The customer service is lacking. Whats new I guess, its a shipping facility. Just never had a delightful experience here and have visited more than I can count. Last week was the first time one of the females (dont ever see any males that seem to work here, just something I noticed) decided to help me and see if she could save me money, wish I would have remembered her name. Doesnt cost a dime to be kind.
This UPS store is phenomenal! Shout out to Alexa for being a helpful and courteous employee. She went the extra mile to handle the notarization, fax, and payment of our document from our car due to disability & COVID concerns. They also pick up the phone and answer your questions politely. Overall, I would return back for my next shipping and mailing need, and I would recommend this store to you as well.
Terrible customer service from the manager on a shipping mistake that was clearly an error on their part. I came in politely asking that this must be a simple mistake and Im sure we could get it fixed but she was immediately dismissive saying its without a doubt my fault and she will do nothing for me. Ive literally had to escalate this to UPS corporate with a claim on something that couldve been resolved in 5 min. Amazing how some people in retail lack even basic customer service skills.
Manager Christa was seated at desk in main customer service area maskless while other worker was also unmasked. Customers freely walked in and waited maskless without anyone asking them to mask or offering a mask. When I asked what store policy was, Christa shrugged: “I can’t make them do it if they don’t want to.”
The staff at Mint Hill UPS Store 0256 is amazing. I was assisting a family with getting programs printed for their teen-age sons funeral. I contacted George Rutter requesting a discount on the program do to the lack of funds as the death of a teenager is not to be expected. George Rutter was very empathetic to the situation and without hesitation stated that he would print the programs for the funeral for free.Once I arrived with the program, George saw that it was not centered. He took 30 minutes correcting the program and then printed them for the family. It is people like George that remind us of the importance of humanness.Thank you George and staff for your kindness during the families time of need. Your generosity was much appreciated. I will forever be a loyal customer!

I went here today and I was completely amazed with the excellent service. I have never shipped anything through UPS and had no idea what I was doing or what would be the best shipping method for my item . The lady that helped me out explain to me very well the cost, when it would arrive etc including the box. Another lady that was gathering my information double check everything to make sure everything was correct and even wrote down information for me . Since I had a hard time seeing without my glasses I have nothing but good things to say about the place . It was clean, friendly and very helpfully it was one of the best service I’ve ever received.

I went into the store today a half hour before closing. The initial reason I chose the UPS store over the post office were hours, but I’m so glad I chose UPS! The employees are always so willing to help, cover all of their bases, and really look out for the customers. I had help repackaging a box (help meaning he did it all for me!) that was way too big, as well as patience with my lack of a memory after a long workday. If you’re debating it, GO HERE!
Where do I even begin? For the last 7 years or so, this store has helped me in every arena from designing my daughters ave the dates/wedding invites to every aspect of my personal business. George is personable and aims to please and the personal selection of his staff makes the store more than functional and helpful no matter my project. BECKY!!!!!! What would I do without BECKY? Let me say this, I moved to Athens, GA over a year ago and cant find any level of professionalism or talent as Becky!! She has helped me countless times over phone, email, etc. and just recently assisted me with designing some certificates and they look fabulous!! Yes sounds crazy, but Ill make a three hour drive to do business with this awesome store because of their skillset level. Hats off George to you and your awesome staff!
I have been doing business with this UPS store for about 10 months. The provide excellent customer service and always go out of their way to meet my needs. I have a mailbox in their store for my business and they have a call in service where they will check my box for me new mail. I call a lot and they always are very happy to look in my box for me. This is not the case with every mail box store. I consider them my partner in business and they treat me the same way. I would highly recommend using this store for whatever shipping, printing, or mailbox needs you have.Update: 5 years later and I am still using this store for my mailbox. Excellent, excellent customer service!
The staff is the all around best you will find ANYWHERE! They can literally print and/or ship ANYTHING. This is the place to go for all your print and small or large business needs. The store itself is beautiful and the equipment and technology here is always top notch. This store is an incredible asset to Mint Hill!
This is a great UPS store. The owner, George, goes above and beyond to help the customer. My package was never scanned, but it turns out the package was dropped off at a different UPS store. I must have had a brain freeze moment because my memory was that I dropped it off at this store. I have sent back multiple Amazon boxes this week and I used this store, but I must have used a different one for the missing box. George and his associates helped me with the missing Amazon box and the problem was resolved. Very professional and full of grace and courtesy. Thank you George for your help!!!
This store is the worst. Spoke to Manager Krista because of fee discrepancy that I was communicated incorrectly and have on voicemail. I asked her the customer service number for UPS. She said there isn’t one and proceeded to tell me they are independently owned. I don’t recommend this store or utilizing UPS ever. The worst customer service.
I love this The UPS Store!! George and Becky stayed late to finish a last minute print job for me! They were so detailed and took such care to make sure my final product was perfect. It was a huge job that I could have never done, or found any other business to complete in such short notice. Thank you George and Becky for all your help!
I opened a mail box at this location and after two weeks, I received a phone call from one of the store employes to inform me I only was allowed to receive mail under my own name. This was never explain to me when I opened the account. I had already started to forward my familys mail and my business mail to that mail box. I was then put on the phone with the store manager and was told the only option I had was to pay for a largerbox and in order to receive mail for my step-daughter who was out of thecountry teaching. They would need her signature to receive mail for her. I felt like I was being given no other choice but to pay more money. I called the store the next day and spoke to the owner George and asked for a refund and was told, I singed a contract and he would not refund any part of my money.The box was only open for two weeks and they had only received oneletter for my step-daughter which was never forwarded to me.The cost of the box was $176.00. I contacted the UPS corporate office and got the run around. Im a small business owner and would have recognized the fact my employee did not explain the conditions of the rental of the box and I would have refunded the money. I feel the owner simply stole the money from me.
Staff is really good, they care about details, and do a good job. Its basically an all women staff and most are fairly attractive which is a nice bonus while dropping off packages =) The owner has a good game plan.
The young ladies that work here act like they are royalty- as if they are doing you a life favor helping with copies or faxes. Ill never go back. I didnt think anyone could have worse customer service than Kinkos but they proved me wrong.
After visiting this establishment,I am so thrilled and impressed with the employees and their polite and quick response! This staff knows what they are doing! Kudos to this store, best in the area! I will definitely be coming back.

Would only use this store as alast resort when I have absolutely no other choice.Twice I have been there and tried to get a return package sent to my home. Paid for the going and the return overnight postage. Twice I was told oh, of course it will go to your home. Twice the return went back to thier store and of course I was told oh, of course you package would be returned here.

I came into this ups store today 2/28 and the lady that was working for very rude and unhelpful.. She was very dismissive, I could see my package beside her and she told me that I couldn’t get my package... she stated she was sending it back out through a ups driver... She was very argumentative and I’m truly dissatisfied with the treatment I received from your employee... Will be contacting the corporate office
This UPS Store actually closes at 6:45PM when it states 7:00PM. Very inconvenient when you expect to send a package out after work.
My go to store for large format printing of blueprints/designs. Excellent customer service and always flawless printing.
I have had great customer service but this location is far from providing it. They were rude, beyond the point. I will never return to this location because of the people that are employed there......
