There is 1 person working at this location. She’s nice and efficient but she cannot keep up with the line. I am here just to drop off a package and I am 10th person in line and there are a few more behind me. Every time I visit this location after 5pm, it’s one person running the store and a 3 mins visit would turn into 20 mins for a drop off. It’s miserable for the clerk and it’s miserable for the rest of us
Visiting 9/11/21 -Time 12:30PM- short staffed. The lady that helped me was rude. As soon as she finished my transaction, I asked her to adjust one of my address for me due to it being incorrect. Her response was “I can’t help you, get back in line.” I questioned her “how come you can’t help me when I’m still standing here and you have not started the next person behind me. “Her response was because “ I need to help other people.”I didn’t even finish the service I was looking to receive. I needed to print papers out, along with shipping the item she took from me. This is the third time I’ve been at this location, and the service has been horrible EVERYTIME. It doesn’t look like there’s a manager on site for this location. Every time I received bad service at this location I didn’t feel the need to write a review. This time I did because the young lady that helped me was EXTREMELY RUDE. This location needs help.
I got a PO Box here, because it’s close to my job and house, it’s also in the best shopping center in 20 miles or so. I absolutely dread coming to get packages here unless I come super early, every time I come there’s a huge line. And on top of that you are supposed to get your packages before the normal line, because it’s a simple handoff. The employees will instead say “I’ll take whose next” forcing you to compete and focus on whose in what line. The majority of the time they skip me and it’s awkward barging up next to a customer they’re already helping.. And since it’s so busy everyone’s trying to cut you in line.I’ve gotten about 50 packages or so at this location
I usually put up with the bs with this UPS since it’s the nearest to my home, but today when I arrive one minute before they close (due to the misleading closing time of 7pm online, but in actuality it was 6pm) and was told that they could not provide service. I was just dropping off which usually takes a 2 minutes max, the male worker chose to deny service to me and around 2 other customers due to 1. Misleading closing times and 2. Them not being able to go past one minute of their closing to help their customers. Would avoid and go to the Albertsons location due to the employees being more helpful and rarely having a line. Avoid this place please!
Went in for a quick package drop off. A lady with her “chin mask” was talking to two other staff. She saw me and put her mask back up to cover her mouth and nose, keep talking for about half a minute until she finally permits one staff to serve me. Not very hygienic and friendly.
Should update there hours on google. Showing closes at 5pm, when closes at 4pm. Waste of a drive
I came here a lots. Mostly for shipping need. Sometime I will return my Amazon purchase here, quite convenient. They also provide public notary service. The other one nearby by the archibald does not provide this service. Although you can make appointments online to do the notary here but they call you to go to the limonite one anyway.
It says they close at 7pm. I got there at 6pm.The doors are locked. The whole place is under lockdown. Two employees walking around playing on their phones and doing nothing.Hope whoever is paying them is getting their moneys worth.
Hands down the worst ups location Ive ever been to. Associate has zero sense of urgency and location charges you $2 to print a single sheet of paper. I would give this place zero stars if I could.
This review is mainly for the employee that is currently working. I am very patient and understanding in this present time that we are living in because of the circumstances. this particular store is only allowing three people in at a time which i understand. The employee is currently working by himself. And there is three other people he is currently helping inside. i am outside waiting just to send off a letter. I was waiting for about 6 minutes and then he comes to the door and said hes sorry they are closed and he cannot help me. I told him ive been standing outside waiting for someone to leave so i can enter and all i needed to do was purchase a stamp and give this to him. he made an excuse and said sorry his boss will get mad. To me that is horrible customer service. I have worked in the fast food industry and the home services industry and have always been taught to take care of the clients, just my opinion but for me to be standing outside and waiting and i waited long enough that now it hit 5:00 and he has to lock the doors and say he cant help me its just not good for business. And no i did not show up at 5:00 it was closer to about 4:52.

This store has been super convenient for us. Byron has gone above and beyond to address issues with shipping. He actually called the post office on my behalf to fix a mess if an issue caused by a store I purchased some items. Byron and staff have always been helpful with any questions I have. Definitely recommend this store.
Friendly staff. Took care of my needs quickly. I always go there for my amazon books returns.
Their google maps says they’re open until 7, I arrived at 6 15 and the employee helping customers inside says they close at 6.
Ive had a box here now for nearly 6 years. If I wasnt moving out of California Id be moving the box, regardless of the effort being my business address.The owners are hiring anyo ethey can get, which now includes super rude people that obviously hate their job. The place is under staffed. I have yet to see this pace without a line out the door and only one guy behind the counter in the last 6 months.Go somewhere else if you can.
Ridiculous!! First off if you are coming here have your stuff ready to go! And the people behind the counter...if someone is taking 20mins to pack there stuff..have them step to the side and help the next person...its not rocket science!!!

Horrible place to drop off your package, I once dropped off a package that was from chegg and now they lost it! Now the company of chegg is charging me $280 because I haven’t “returned” the book, when I did but this place lost it! Don’t trust them!
Went in to drop off an Amazon return, I was ready to go and the only thing I needed was for the package to be scanned. The guy was helping a customer with a job application or something at the computer and I was the only other person waiting in the store. He saw me, didnt say anything, and kept helping the lady. No biggie I can be patient. A couple walked in and totally cuts in front of me and asks for assistance and he immediately goes and helps them. At this point I spoke up and let them know Ive been waiting and would appreciate some service. The female apologized for cutting and they went outside but the worker still ignored me. I waited again and at this point let him know I had to go cause my 10 day old baby is in the car with my husband and I needed these scanned and if he was going to help anyone it should have been me since I was waiting. He made me wait again. It wasnt until 2 more people walked in that he finally came over, scanned my items and then said he was sorry. I expressed to him that in the future if hes going to help anyone, help them in the order they came in. What he did was not right and it was rude and disrespectful not just to me, but anybody else who would have been in my shoes. Here I am waiting patiently just for him to help some guy that comes in way after me and starts interrupting what hes doing for assistance... I didnt get the employee name but the drop-off time was 4/24/19 @ 2:18pm, Im sure Mgmt can go into the system and see who the employee was and correct their actions. Im also sure they have cameras as well and can see exactly how I was avoided and the next person was helped without the employee even acknowledging me. Needless to say I wont be using this location again.
The place seemed OK until they put the four page contract in front of me. It is absolutely filled with ridiculous possible extra charges.$10 per day PER PACKAGE extra charge if you dont pick one up within 3 days! WTF???Wait, it gets better... It also says they will hold your package hostage until you pay this extortion fee. Can you imagine?? I asked the girl if she was serious about this, if they had ever done it to any of their customers before. She told me yes a few times.This is only one example out of at least 5 questionable possible charges listed in the contract. Be careful here.I went across the street to the friendly mailbox rental.

Came in needing a simple print job and the guy couldnt do it. He claimed his print wizard program couldnt do the job. So much for being able to print the things my business runs on, as their advertisement on the window says...
My preferred ups to go to. Its mostly for Amazon returns but Ive never had issues mailing stuff. Pretty cool staff.
Today at the UPS Store in Mira Loma, California I was the recipient of a very blatant bait-and-switch situation. I went to purchase a box for shipping items back to Amazon. I went to the shelf and picked up a box which was marked as $4.28. I went to pay for the box and the clerk told me that it was $6.05. I asked about the label on the shelf and he stated that “they are all messed up, I have to go by this list” where he then pointed to a pricing list kept at the register. I mentioned that this was a total bait and switch and he agreed but offered no sympathy, no price correction, and no other option but to pay the price listed on their double super-secret price list at $1.77 more than the listed shelf price.Horrible customer service, horrible experience. DO NOT SHOP HERE.
I was treated rudely by the young girl at 5pm on 1-23-2017 with my order making mistakes and calling me hun and some other names all the way through my transaction. She was in a hurry and typed the wrong name on my scanning slip for outside of package and then told me she couldnt change it. I was the only customer in line. What was the big rush in treating customers that way and being so rude. This was a horrible first time impression for us just moving here to Eastvale. Im going to follow this review up with a phone call to the manager because this kind of customer service is just wrong for UPS.
Byron Is very rude I called so many times asking for the email he assisted on kept giving me the wrong email! Ugh I wish we had another ups store these people are so careless
Normally okay with my experience at this store but recently had a package from USPS delivered to the UPS store from Amazon. I was told that they logged the packages as they came in from the Postal Service at the front counter. The US Postal tracking computer clearly shows my package delivered to the front counter, but the UPS store employee I spoke with at this store claims it must have been the Postal Service and not them who would have made a mistake in saying the package was delivered and wasnt.. I dont know about this way of pass the blame to the other guy... thats what must have happened in this situation result. I can only say that I hope anyone reading this review understands their package could easily get not logged in. I hope your potential package sent to this store has insurance on it, or is sent by other means than the USPS to UPS. Clearly this way of logging in packages from the USPS has its flaws and dissappearance potentials. No reconcillation has been attempted on this case yet.
Returned an AT&T cable box & components for my mom. I was told they take care of everything, I walked in with an open box, asked the young lady & sure enough, she knew exactly what I was talking about & what she was suppose to do. She gave me a receipt with tracking & proof of return etc., I was in & out within 3 minutes!

This Eastvale Location is horrible I called on the phone & spoke with Trevor before arriving to inquire about Livescan services, mentioned everything else pertanning to services but cutoff time. I arrived @6pm for Wendy to say Im sorry we stop at 6:00pm the computer shuts off. First of all little did she know I work in that field all lies wendy. I asked her why wasnt I informed about this prior to driving over she shook her shoulders with a dumb blank look .What a waste of time Rob & Teresa you should consider who you have running your establishment before you lose customers In the future.
