The staff have no time to help. If I ask for assistance, they look like I’m bothering them. They avoid customer. So I just try to find things myself and learn the merchandise. You have wait for the staff to come, nobody comes. The deal is “We don’t worry about loosing costumer because we’re the biggest and the best “.

Its the Comcast of home improvement stores. Walked half the store and could not find a single employee to help me. So I called, can you guess... No one picked up. Want to buy something, well self checkout is open. Dont expect a person to help you.This business model work for some, but not for me.

Shady ordering? On the morning of 10/23, I ordered a step stool online for same day pickup. There were a number available according to the website and my order was accepted. Shortly after, I received a cancelation email due to the item being out of stock. I found a step stool in another HD location and picked it up.The following day, I received a notice that it would arrive on11/1, AND, the cancelation window was closed! Thats shady.Two calls to customer service got me nowhere, deflecting, blame shifting, etc., and without an apology.I really like Home Depot, but this is bad business.

Customer service here is absolute TRASH Ive been going to this home depot with my family since I was a literal baby and my family and I have never had problems up until recently there are a very few selection of employees that actually want to help, everyone else has an attitude and has no clue whats going on 90% of the time, this location really needs to evaluate their employees.. youre losing customers because of this.

Costumer service today was excellent .she provide. Solutions to my question. Outstanding .them .I visited the appliances area .and no ones on the area . I was trying to get a. Receipt copy . and .I was given the warranty. Telephone number ...... I Did call no luck.....

Wow!! Hope you know exactly what you need for what you are doing. Because I have asked many an employee with NO knowledge whatsoever, half the time they dont even know what isle the things you ask for are on, heck they themselves dont know what isle there in. Most employees seem to not know much or anything at all. They seem to wander around and have social hour and just dont care.. Man I need a useless job like that!! Good luck people.!!

Store and products are great but the customer service sucks. They hire kids that are too busy looking at their personal phones and when you ask for help they state “I don’t know I just started working here…”.

Convenient place to shop without the heavy crowded super stores, variety of basic items needed for everyday use.

I live in Miami Gardens and I go to this Home Depot on Miramar Pkwy. The service is Amazing and there’s always registers open. Workers are very friendly and helpful. My Favorite Home Depot by far. 👍🏼

Awesome stores with plenty parking spaces. The staff was friendly too.

I ask the employee to cut a piece of lumber in fourth and he cut it in four. Each piece was a different size. Had to return it. Employees need training.

A thousand peyote walking around all the time yet nobody can ever stop to help you with anything.

I went to this store because they are better stocked than a Home Depot near my home.

Lots of associates running around but no one could operate wire rack in electrical. Waited 20 minutes after promises that someone will show up to help me get a piece of cable. Left frustrated. Employees dont seem to care much about customer service.

I can usually run in and out without much delay. It isnt impossible to find help either so thats always a plus!

Great experience!! I was able to find a foot of electrical wire quickly and easily. The guy running the department even gave me a little bit more than I needed.

Had shopped at Lowes in the morning but went to Home Depot this afternoon. No sales folks around as I walked around looking for help but 2 staff in their Home Depot aprons wanted me to do a survey and the other was new and didnt know how to help in the department. I left and went back to Lowes were I had 2 great staff,Al & Bing, who were great. Ill spend my $$ at Lowes, I learned my lesson well.

It was ok. The store needs more workers. Sometimes it hard to find help when you are trying to do a DIY project.

Was at Miramar by i75 yesterday Thurs Dec 2 2020. Four times an associate got between me and the varnish. How rude. How unsafe. I left without buying anything.In October I bought and in November 2020 were installed $15,000 in kitchen cabinets.Ive repeatedly emailed trying to get a detailed invoice so I can dispute with my insurance company.No results.

Not a big selection of Christmas trees this early, but what was there was great. I picked up one of the better trees Ive gotten ever and all under $100. Much better than the smaller farms that charge you exorbitant prices for their experience...

Horrible Service! I went today with my grandparents and my after wanting to purchase something. I asked for assistance multiple times after being ignored by employees. I walked up to customer service asking for the manger only to be greeted by the manager with an attitude! She was very unprofessional and rude! This is not the first time this has happened to me or my family !! Fix your service ! Last time I will ever be purchasing from here !

If my dog is happy, Im happy. And my dog loves Home Depot! We cant even say the name in the house because he runs to the door so he can go. Its weird. At HD, the employees and customers all greet him and say hello. At the competition, nobody pays any attention to him at all. I guess there are just happier people at Home Depot.

Bernie is the woman to see in kitchen/washer dryer etc. She was so helpful. After picking up things she made sure we had bought all the accessories/fittings we needed for the items I was purchased. She was so accommodating. Thank you Bernie!!!

I did not find the tree I was looking for but the staff was so nice and friendly that they made up for not finding the right Christmas Tree, this Home Depot has always been my store to go for anything home related, love it.

Many mployees are not wearing masks, most employees wear their face masks to only cover their mou the and not nose. The social distance markers in the checkout line are marked 6 feet apart but actually closer than 6. These store even sells tape measures, but I guess they dont care to use them.

I rented a van for a move I had to do. It must havent taken 10 mins. To get paperwork and drive . Very fast and very inexpensive to rent.

Bought 25 bags of Sand online and it shows that it was Available.When came to pick it up few days after bought it, an associate apologized and said that they’ve sold our sand.And it will be available in the next day.I showed up today and another associate said it was sold out, when asked to speak with the manager he was a bit of on defensive side, and saying leave your number and I’ll call you when it’s here.I’ve told him that it was there and they’ve sold it and this was my second time coming to get it and the least they’ve should do is to ship it to me. He first agreed and then he said I’ll see what I can do.He couldn’t keep it up his words.His name is Jim. He didn’t let me finish the conversation and starts to walk away.If you’re a manager and can’t deal with problem and you’re not prepare to handle some situations you’ve should reconsider your position.As a long time customer from THIS PARTICULAR Home Depot, I am very disappointed, because couple of months ago when I tried to buy sand online at this store it showed that it was unavailable. And now on their website shows that they have it.You guys should retrain Jim.

Excellent flooring options to choose from here. I highly recommend coming here to this Home Depot even if its not Your Home Depot if your doing a floor or bathroom tile job. The options here are much better than most others have to offer.

Clueless employees not willing to listen and help customers. I spent one hour running around the store looking for a bathtub repair kit. Asked 6 different employees and each one pointed me to a different isle, even though I had the picture and product number from the Home Depot website, but they did not bother to take a look with the product number. At the end, one told me that I had to order it. I went to Lowe’s in Southwest Ranches and the first associate I asked, took me right to the product. Now, I know where to go if I need to buy anything to fix my home. What a way to lose customers to the competition.

4/22/2020 about noon time. Mirimar Flooring department HORRIBLE,, and always has been. Flooring guy assigned there would not help me with purchase of 14 heavy boxes of vinyl flooring at $55++ each. (over $700.00)Nelson happened to see i was struggling to figured it out . No carts available, so he went out to parking lot and got one and then he helped me load the heavy boxes on the cart while the lame guy who works in that dept walked away even after being called by us to help several times. And no he was not helping anyone else. Two young guys helped right away load into my car. Yesterday encountered a woman that was just as bad and could have cared less. I got disgusted and had to come back today. I sure hope whoever he was he does not get any credit for sale. Nels does not even work in that dept. He should get a raise!

Good customer service

Bought online. Received a notification that the product was ready to pick up. Tried to use their curve side pick up. Got an I am sorrymessage. Walked to the store.. product was not ready for pick up. Even though I got the message of its readiness 4 hours prior of arriving to the store. What was that?

Service at this Home Depot was a little slow the lines were long at the registers and they didn’t have the help in the isles that you needed stores seem to be crowded with people be careful

Accessories and adaptors for garden hoses is poor.

Some employees are courteous and some are not quite ready to serve the general public yet. However, I got what I wanted; paid for it; and continued my day.

I dont usually post reviews unless the service at an establishment is really worthy of the time, however i had to post this review because the level of service i received was so poor that it makes me wonder if the business emphasizes to its employees the worth of their customers. I came into this home depot for a few items and to make a spare house key. When no one was at the station i waited for about 2 minutes and no one with a home depot apron even looked my way. I even started pushing buttons on the kiosk thinking maybe it was a self serve station. Ultimately it displayed that an associate was needed. Thats when i walked over and asked a person in an apron if i could please have some assistance with making a key. His response without even looking at me was Ill be there in a min. I then waited for him at the kiosk till he finished looking at shelves which obviously was more important than my request. When he approached there was no greeting and he just held his hand out for the key. After giving him the key i figured he might just be having a bad day, so instead of giving him the choice words i was thinking, i decided to treat him with the courtesy that i was expecting and hopefully turn a negative experience into a positive one. So without looking at me or saying one word he finished making the key and handed it to me. I took the key and said to him Thank you very much Sir. I was going to follow it up with Have a great day! However, his response of Ok as he walked off left me with a feeling of anger that compelled me to report him to management. After seeing all the associates busy with customers and no apparent manager in sight i decided to just write a lengthy review and never to patronize home depot again since Lowes is actually closer to my residence and far superior in my opinion.
