The first time I changed my oil at this organization they used an incorrect filter on my vehicle, which I later found out when doing a second oil change. I decided to give them a try again, I called ahead to make an appointment the receptionist I spoke with told me there is no need to make an appointment I can come right away and I will be served. Upon arriving this was not the case, I passed several other places to come here the gentleman (Carlos) told me that he can’t do anything on me vehicle because they are too busy to accommodate me even though I called ahead. Wasted time, poor service and very unprofessional is how I would describe this organization. Furthermore upon arriving I realize that no one working here is wearing masks while speaking to customers or interacting with the public.

Excellent place to get your tire mounted.. before I went to goodwear I didnt even know you can put the wheel weight at inner side of the wheels so it wont show from outside. The owner dropped me off at my work place and took his time to mount and balance my wheels and transfer the tpms from my stock wheels. Highly recommended place!To the owner: Thank you for your great service!

Great customer service. Went for my tires, found out my tie rod ends were bad. Replaced for a reasonable price, and now my car is riding like new.

I went to this place to get an oil change that I purchased from Groupon, only to find out that the oil change doesnt include a oil filter. Tricky business. Why would they need to tell me again that it didnt include a oil filter if it was so plainly understood? Tricky business, be mindful of this hustle.

I’ve been a customer for 10 years. Always friendly good customer service, reliable and fair pricing from Brian. Went to the shop today and was greeted by what appeared to be the new manager with an obnoxious surly attitude. Won’t see me there again. 👎

I went today to get the oil Changed on my Chevelle and Manuel and Carlos were very professional and did a great job.

Have been coming here since the late 80s (three different cars to date).Brian Glen, the owner, has always been honest. He will not perform a service you dont need and gives spot on advice.He has a quirky, fun personality that never bores. So...dont let the toys on display bother you. Just join in the fun & go with it!==> UNDER NEW MANAGEMENT FOR NINE MONTHS. New owner is very nice. Will return. However, reduced rating from 5-star to 3-star until Ive had a bit more experience with the service. Sadly, most of the toys are gone. :-(

Reviews were for the previous owner, Brian has retired and sold the business. It’s a common shop now. Hopefully they get some customer service training and learn that it comes from the top down; a positive work environment will make them successful, and happier themselves like Brian was.

Brian is great! Very upfront and direct and most of all, honest. Wont sell you what you dont need, and wont just tell you what you want to hear. Best prices on tires Ive found, and works fast. Small location, but our family has been using them for maybe close to 20 years.

Ive been a customer for more than 20 years under the previous ownership. Gave the new owner(s)/ management a chance, wont make that mistake twice. Same name, completely different place, time to find a new go to.

The owner at this place is incredibly. He takes his time to properly deal with each individual in a timely manner, even given referrals of those he trust to do a work hes unable to do. Love his this place and the staff he has very helpful.

This guy told me my tire would be ordered for the next day and took my CC for a deposit. I get there at 1215 and he tells me his mount and balance guy is not there and I have to come back in 2 days. Then he gives me attitude as if Im delivering poor service. Ill never go back.

I have been going to Brian for many many years. He is the most honest and straight forward mechanic I know. He is also probably one of the last few mechanic who will properly patch a tire from the Inside instead of a plug from the outside which is very dangerous. On top of that his prices are the most reasonable around.

Had a very good experience at this shop. The mechanic was very helpful and knowledgeable. Had 4 new tires mounted and balanced and he had me out of there in an hour. The price was much affordable than other places.

I went hear after I had taken my Honda CR-V to the dealership to have my tires balanced ( they first rotated the tires instead of balancing them and that’s what caused the original shaking) and when I got my car back it was shaking profusely once I got to 60mph. Brian was able to tell me exactly what happened with my tires and showed to me that they had never been balanced. He balanced my tires, patched one tire because it had a nail in and gave me the proper air valve covers for my tires. And I learned a lot about tires and proper care of them as well as my vehicle. He’s honest and does a very thorough job. Will definitely go back.

Cant have 1 guy working on a Saturday. I came here to get 4 tires installed..arrived at 7:26 am and its now 9:30 am and Im still sitting here waiting for my car to be started...Brian told me he will get to my car in half an hour when I got here and its now and two hours later and Im still waiting for him to start working on my car. I have not seen or heard anything from him since our initial interaction when I got here. No care for customers time. Be honest with your customer and let them decide if they want to wait, dont lie to them to get their business and then have them wasting their time waiting.

My family has been using Brian and Neal for a very long time. When Neal sold his company it went to shame. Brian did as well and I can still trust the new owner. I was about to spend so much on 2 tires for a car that I wasnt planning on keeping for long. Luckily Jeff was able to save me so much time and effort. Wish I would have came here when I needed a tire sooner. As someone that looks like Im 16, I get taken for granted a lot when it comes to my car, thank you Jeff I dont have to worry anymore.

HONESTY - Thats my first point. Brian wont disappoint you. Ive started with simple problems and Ive tried to do as much as I can in this place, knowing reliability. Well I cant do as much as I wish with them but service was beyond expectations. ;)

I went in to have water pumps replaced in my car, because of a severe leakage. It wasn’t ready the same day. The next day I was promised @ 10:00am that it would be ready and it still wasn’t ready and was charged an additional fee. The car was ready at 5:00pm at closing time. When I drove off theLot wating under the first light there was a loud sound coming from my car, that never silenced while being driven.. I returned in the morning back to there shop so they can look at it. Now another problem, they stated that now I have transmission problems... My car only had a water leak and the pumps were bad. I don’t understand how could my car get worse if they supposedly replaced the pumps.. So in one day, the car has transmission problems and now car brake lights are screwed up.. Mind you I just replaced my brakes in 8/2018.. I paid this shop $445.25 for extra damages to my car! This emotionally drained me and my family😭😭😭😭! My car is all screwed up now!

I have dealt with Brian who was 100% honest and trustworthy! Unfortunately Brian so no more, he sold the business to dishonest people who can not be trusted. I went there for an oil change, they told me I need new Rotors... on a 1 year old car! Really? The prices went way up on everything Brian used to do like Tire Installation and patch tires etc. Very sad! Brian will be missed by many people! . NOT RECOMMENDED!

This used to be my go-to place to have any tire work done. Used to be is the key phrase here. Had a set of tires shipped here from TireRack before I found out it was under new ownership. Figured Id give them a chance. Called and asked if they could install on a Saturday. Told yes, but I should get there by noon, no, wait, 11. OK (they supposedly close at 2 p.m. on Sats.) Arrive at 10:50 a.m. to be told the tire guy has left. AYFKM? No apology; in fact, a little attitude. Threw the tires in my car and went down the road to have it done elsewhere. Obviously will never return.

Good Service, never had a problem with them. Always check maintenance before giving back my car.

Why because I appreciate excellent service.I purchased my daughter a 2009 car from autonation in Ft. Lauderdale, she attends school at The university of South Florida. She too her car to a mechanic there that told her she had front-end damage. They said she would spend about $2500.00 repairs. That was bogus.
