I took my grandparents here, and we had a great experience. It was much better than their previous optometrist. Target Optical has an excellent staff! Dr. Alcinor explains everything about the eye with drawings and an eye model, and the opticians are very friendly and helpful with selecting glasses and breaking down prices. They have a nice selection of glasses too.

Great service, especially when picking up my glasses. They continued adjusting my glasses until they were comfortable, without me having to ask.

Doctor is nice, but the staff didnt use my insurance correctly and overcharged. I had to ask my insurance to review and filing and complaint with BBB. They told me I had a horrible plan, but after reading my plan and contacting the insurance I realize now different. I have gone here for years and now will never go back. Live and learn, but read your plan and review if you use this Target Optical as you may be overcharged.

Horrible experience I ordered for glasses n I was charged cash even though I had insurance n it was in the system I had to fix the problem myself and to make it worse I was given the wrong color of glasses and the sales girl was arguing and trying to convince me that it was the right color until I showed the old glasses to her no communication everyone is so rude n not willing to help n now saying the don’t have what I ordered initially so I don’t have a choice I have to take it I won’t be going back to this place because I am paying it’s not like you all are doing me a favor so horrible horrible experience

I never write reviews. I am solely giving this store 1 star because Dr. Alcinor is one of the most caring and professional optometrists I have ever met. She took the time to make sure that my prescription worked for me and made sure that my contacts were a good fit.What does deserve a 0/5 is the customer service. There were 2 young women in the front who have an extremely rude and condescending demeanor. It was as if I was bothering them when asking about prices and frames. As I was browsing the frames, I would try them on and place them back, not knowing that there were little boxes that were under the display to put the glasses in after touching them. Mind you, there are no signs stating to place them in the box after touching them, one of the women would say in a very loud voice IF YOURE GOING TO TOUCH THE FRAMES PUT THEM IN THE BOX AFTER YOURE DONE.. It was in such a rude and condescending manner that It caused somewhat of an awkward tension throughout the customers.During my visit, a young man came in with his wife and child and walked in (not knowing you needed an appointment), and the woman said loudly SIR DO YOU HAVE AN APPOINTMENT? to which he replied no, and she pretty much embarrassed him and he walked out. (Again, there were no visible signs stating you needed an appointment).Lastly, while I was sitting down waiting for the prices provided by my insurance, one of the young women gave me two options, and I said that is the best deal? and she replied well yea it is, I wasnt just sitting here listening to your conversation and not doing anything, I was actually working. I didnt really appreciate that type of dry, tasteless sarcasm. I dont tolerate this rude behavior, and that is why I chose to write this review. There was just so much going on, and I could type more but itd be too much. Save your money and go somewhere else where the people actually care.The best thing that store did was print my prescription and that way I will never have to go back there again, and can use it as a foundation for another appointment in another location.If you go there, good luck.

Dr. Alcinor is wonderful! She takes time to explain everything and is thorough. Staff is pleasant and very helpful.

Dont read those bad reviews they ex employees. My first time at this location I had great service very friendly. It was busy but you just have to be patient and wait your turn or just get there early.

My experience with Dr. Alcinor is the best. I have seen her for many years. Excellent professional, very knowledgeable and very nice.This rate is just for the optical store and about my last visit:1) They changed the time of my appointment2) The optical charged the balance of my insurance for frame and lenses even though I did not order anything3) I called my insurance and they said I had to call the optical so they can reverse the claim4) When I called the optical, they said they did not submit the claim, and asked me to do a call with the insurance company5) With the three of us in the call, the store manager from the optical said there was not a claim submitted,,,,well the claim was same day I did the test6) The insurance proceeded to reverse the claim. The store manager left the call without saying a word. Just hanged up7) This is the store that my family and myself have visited for many; many years. They just lost 4 customers

I just called to speak to someone over the phone about having the doctor send me my eye exams results, explaining I moved out of state and asked if the doctor could fill a form out. The gentleman was extremely rude when he answered the phone and continued to be extremely rude when I explained my situation. Probably should get happier people working in customer service.

I would definitely recommend this Optical. The Doctor was very nice and knowledgeable...to be honest I was quite surprised and taken aback by my experience. You could tell my Doctor was very passionate about what she does and was very thorough in explaining everything to me and took her time with me during my appointment. She didnt try to up sell me on things that I did not need and was conservative in my RX as far as not giving me too much so my eyes could go the long run...Very nice employees who also helped and took their time. I was very surprised and appreciative of my experience and told my husband to schedule his next apt there! they also had this technology that literally digitally scans your eyes! Thus no need to dilate your eyes ! This was awesome because they show you on the computer what your eyes look like inside and can have a digital monitor to see how things change over the years!! Never had that done and to see that was really awesome! I loved it and think all offices should start doing this for patients....really really cool and convenient!Also, I went in on a Saturday and had my glasses in by Thursday evening- which is not bad at all. At Foreyes, I waited 2 longgg weeks!! hate feeling so blind!FYI I waited to write this review, until I received my glasses to see and be sure what my overall experience was like. Figured I would share as they prior reviews were on and off... I say, def go.

The worse experience I ever had in my life about service. The attendance Luis is really bad. I never will be back in that store and I do not recommend nobody to go there neither.

Worst service, Im waiting for my frames about 3 weeks when they said it will be around 1 or 2. Will never use this store again.

Luis was the worst salesman fake manager in the storethe doctor is amazing but Luis must be fired very rude
