I have ordered twice from this location first time the messed up my order, ok its possible. This time they sent me spoiled milk that my 4 yr old drank and then was vomiting all might long because it wasnt just 1 day expired, it was 12 days old. To say the least I will never order on Door Dash dairy products. Employees here do not pay attention to details.

Both of the clerks at the front were extremely polite.

Store is dirty inside and out. Girls that work there are EXTREMELY rude! I need to find another store to spend my money.

Staff is rude and disrespectful. I don’t think they realize, without the public’s money (buying gas, purchasing store goods, car washes, etc.), these people wouldn’t get paid and have a job to work for to help pay their bills. The cashier named Andrea doesn’t even speak or understand English. The person who is in charge of hiring or the owner, needs to hire better employees to help manage this location because it’s an insult to the people who come here as a convenience to deal with non-English speaking employees, that doesn’t have a bit of understanding to the English language and doesn’t even have basic people skills to deal with PAYING CUSTOMERS! TERRIBLE!

This store needs to be better maintained. Slurpee machines were not working, several of the mixers were out. The iced coffee was also not working AT ALL. The lids and cups were not stocked. Had to walk out of the store with an open cup.

In light of the police notifying the public of the credit card scanners on the outside pump payment system, I went inside to ask how recent the credit card slots had been inspected. No one could understand. The two women kept on asking pay pay & no other words. ITS MY MONEY. MY CREDIT CARDS & I reserve the right to enquire about safety. At least basic training is not too much to ask to communicate with the public. I reluctantly paid, & thats when one of the two commented Ten minuites to pay totally rude & impertinent. She could not even answer a simple question. Coperate office needs to do better. This is disgusting treatment of the public & total disregard for peoples money.

Can someone say Dirty Dining! Disgusting. All the employees want to do is watch you. Go to the gas station just east the guy behind the counter is extremely nice.

This location customer service is horrible. I went there to play lotto today between 6pm and 6:30pm and the cashier was rude and insulting. She told me the lines are too long because people holding up the lines playing lotto. Why is the machine in the store if they have a problem with people purchasing tickets? Horrible horrible customer service. I wont ever go there again and the store is 2 mins from my house.ygm

7-11 gas station with plenty of commodities to choose from.

As a customer i expect to buy and get, thats it.But i wanted to get some gas and on the machine appeared notice sale cancelled and it does not allow to make any transaction so i went inside the store, i paid my 20$ for gas, and at this moment service was good, i returned to my vehicle tried to get gas but the machine still did not allowed to push buttons, so i went back to store for help, then i saw a person (i thought he was the manager) and ask for help, he came with me to the machine and it was unblocked so he started to insult me as fool, I do not undestand why he did that, i was paying for a service and not for being abused. I do not his name but he is hispanic an older man without hair, with glasses. Please i hope that incident will not happen again because i used to buy gas at this point by proximity or i will need to change my Gas Station.

This is the worst customer service station in the world .the new lady should be fired immediately,she lack respect, professionalismand generally speaking she is an idiot .I will never go back there and really hope people will stay away from this place .not going tru detail but she refuse to sell a pack of cigarette to an armed security officer whit 5 different state and federal id just because did not have driving id .IDIOT YOU JUST NEED TO CHECK DATE OF BIRTH NOT ALL BACK GROUND HISTORY, ANY ID UP TO DATE IS VALID . Worse service, terrible car wash, overpriced items. Go somewhere else. All these people should be fired.
