No matter what time of day the service is horrible. It takes up to 20 mins for someone to acknowledge your presence. Then nobody knows how to do anything right. They need to hire more people that ACTUALLY WANT to work. On top of that seems like there’s never ice cream in stock smhUpdate they don’t even give you a FULL scoop or cup. A true disappointment
Not bad at all, customer service super nice but I think they need more members and staff in this store, I been there for 3 hours drinking coffee and talking to my family but I just meet 2 lady doing both side, prepare coffee and cakes. Im fully completely understand this situation is not easy to find somebody to work but its what its, my experience wasnt fully satisfied but I only can say that and what I saw. The same lady in cashier, ice creams, cake and customer service. Like all in one
Been to this ice cream shop for a couple of times. Theyre always out of waffle cones, strawberry, and few other common flavors of ice cream. One time there was just one employee managing Orders for ice creams as well as Dunkin donuts since its a combination store. We used to come here all the way from Doral. Youll find the store busy and crowded almost every time maybe coz of its prime location.
Frozen Coffee taste sour and watery, customer service nice and super friendly, she made another coffee but its taste regular and not as other Dunkin Doughnut.i know she tried her best but still need more experience. I just want to comment and share my experienceThanksDD
I tried to order thru Uber Eats around 7pm and the store says its closed. When I called them to confirm they said they were open till 10pm. When I asked them to fix it so I could order they said they didnt know how to. When I asked for the manager they said the manager was not there. I was not happy with the service or disinterest to rectify the situation.
Service here is awful. Employees standing around while customers are waiting, the staff never wants to check for ice cream in the back. Never has popular flavors and when you ask to buy a quart of packed (loosely packed) ice cream they staff never seems to want to fill your order. The only reason I come here is for the nutty coconut ice cream, if I could find it else where I would never come here.
It took a few minutes for someone to come to the ice cream side and we were the only customers. We ask fo a medium and a small cup of ice cream. Both cups were half empty and I paid $8.11.
Staff was nice in the drive thru but had me pull way up away from the window. Not sure why. But the problem is that our ice cream was freezer burned. Ordered 4 kids cups of 3 different flavors, all freezer burned. Bummer because we dont go out for ice cream often.
The page forced me to give at least one star in order to make a review, but in reality it should be no stars. The employee name Marcia was pretty hostile and unprofessional toward me and other costumers, after she put pineapple in my ice cream by mistake, I immediately told her that I cant eat pineapple because Im allergic to the fruit, thats when she leaned forward over the counter and said yes you can, I replied back Respectfully to her sorry but I cant eat that, and she continue saying yes you can...I know you can, she then smash the ice cream in the trash can, and start throwing stuff around in front of other costumers. She then prepared another ice cream with actitud and she dont give me the sale receipt. This event happens on 25 May 2017 at 6:19 PM. She deserve some sort of reprimand.I feel very offended because there was no reason for her to yell at me. I go to this store at least 3 times a week and this had never happened to me!
Love the variety of ice cream here.
Its a combination store with the Dunkin Donuts. As such, it is smaller; youre only getting 16 flavors as opposed to the classic 31.That is, if theres even 16. A lot of the time, not all the slots in the front bar are filled with ice cream tubs as they should be. This is usually caused by several factors: one of which being that the ice creams are usually in too-high demand, and they run out fast. As well, the manager rarely orders enough of the popular flavors to last until the next delivery truck, which isnt always on schedule too. Its been several times that they ran out of the flavor of the month early on, and didnt have any more for the rest of the month. Its not uncommon for them to be out of simple vanilla and chocolate ice cream, even. So if you really want ice cream, the Publix next door is a more reliable source. As well, they rarely have the ingredients for some of the things on their menu. They usually do not have the ice cream flavors or toppings available for specific layered sundaes or Cappuccino Blasts, and bananas are common to run out too since banana desserts are usually in high demand. Since theres so many different Baskin flavors in total, its not often that youll find the ice cream you specifically want.Normally, a Dunkin Donuts has two employees working on the closing shift, which is 2 to 10 PM. But this is a combination of two stores; and theres still only two workers for those eight hours, for those two stores. As such, expect slow service a lot of the time, especially on busy weekends. They only use one of the three cash registers too, since its a hassle to count that many registers at the end of the night. The store is understaffed by quite a bit, and the manager rarely hires unless its a dire emergency because the store doesnt make enough money to support more workers than absolutely necessary. As a result, staff tends to be under a lot of pressure and stress. On a bad day, perhaps only one person will be working there for a bit, if their coworker doesnt feel like showing up.The training videos introduced to new workers dont cover the Baskin Robbins side either, so they likely wont know how to make a good number of things for quite a while. Management isnt always present, so theyre rarely taught anything firsthand unless by a fellow coworker, in the moment when an item needs to be made.By the way, theres very few English speakers in that workforce, as the manager tends to hire those who speak Spanish just like her. Hope you understand Spanish, especially in the mornings.Be very wary when its not the winter season. At times, gnats and fruit flies can be a real problem in that store. Once in a blue moon I see them hanging out in the donut case, in extreme cases even infesting the coffee rolls, making them unable to be sold. They like finding their way into the ice cream bar too where they die in the corner, and on a particularly bad day, theyve even been found in the jelly dispenser in the back. Quite an unholy sight.Once in a while, someone may carelessly leave the cover open for the sandwich station, letting some of the cheese slices corners go dark and hard. A pity, because I really like that cheese otherwise.Despite all this, as long as your favorite foods are available, its still going to be good. The ice cream may be a bit too frozen at times, but its still ice cream. The bacon sandwiches are still beautiful. The donuts stay fresh for a while (though theyre only made in the morning to last the whole day, so once theyre out, theyre out). If theres no line, you can expect relatively good service. But the understaffed afternoons, lack of supplies, poor management, and fly problem will be sure to mess up someones day at some point or another. There may not be much of a problem if you dont visit often or visit at just the right times, but the more you return, the more youll realize the problems this establishment has.And dont even think about working here unless youre truly desperate. This place needs serious help, I think.
Best icecream and coffee!
Hispanic girl working today was clearly unable to handle the pressure of training a new girl plus handling customers. She was rude, rolling her eyes, huffing and puffing, ignoring customers at the BR register and acted as if she didn’t or couldn’t understand English. She tried to act like she didn’t know what I was ordering and pawned us off to her trainee who had no idea how to make what I wanted (Reese’s Layered Sundae).I ended up walking out after the new girl asked me if this was the ice cream in it...how should I know what’s in it? It was my 1st and last time there. The Hispanic girl is the problem here. If she doesn’t know enough English to recognize what a customer is ordering then she has no business at the counter let alone training someone who is English speaking. It was a horrible experience and I will be contacting HQ.On top of all this the girl kept going and texting on her cell phone...we thought maybe she was trying to call someone for help or use Google Translate but no...she left us standing and sent her trainee over.
Sunday before Memorial Day, the store is supposed to close at 10pm, before 9:30 pm the guy is mopping the store and said is closed because they are getting ready for Memorial Day, wow! The door is unlocked, I told the guy they should lock the door if the store is closed and then the guy said that only the Dunkin Donuts side is open. Why you didnt mention anything before? The guy looked like he was ready to leave! Ridiculous :-(
Theyre close and on map it said theyre open
