Jodi was incredibly helpful when my glasses (purchased in France) got bent out of shape by a fall. She was very careful and detail-oriented. She didn’t charge for the service, and offered me the opportunity to come back later if they still felt off! This LensCrafters has excellent service!!

First time going for the exam was great but drove a half hour to the store after I get a text that says my glasses are in only to find the store had closed 50 minutes early and the associate inside couldn’t help me and I would need to return tomorrow. Poor business ethic. Try to have your stores stick to their hours or change them if they are running short staffed.

It was quick and easy :) walked in and was greeted nicely and helped right then. She explained my work policy and plan and what they were covering. I had a great selection of prescription safety glasses to choose from. I can not wait till they come in. I got a cute pair, not clunky or big. I would reccommend this store to anyone needing glasses.

Great customer service end super efficient

The Helpful staff was very understanding and accommodating after several issues I was experiencing with prescription sunglasses.

They made it so simple to schedule online. Doctor was great. Staff was helpful.They are actually fairly priced. I have Anthem and they paid most of the out bill.

Everyone was great and super friendly. Also went through a bomb threat with them which was crazy and they handled it very well. Definitely recommend going to get your eyes checked.

While everyone was incredible, Sierra was phenomenal. She made sure we knew exactly what we needed, and explained all of our options so we could be comfortable with our choices. She also went above and beyond when there was an issue with the frames I chose, taking care of us after the store closed.

Terrible experience. After I arrived for an appointment the staff told me to wait. One HOUR later I asked them about my appointment status and they told me that they forgot about me. To make it worse, they did not apologize, and kept telling me that it makes sense that they forgot about me because of where I was sitting, but there was only one waiting area. Their staff are incredibly unprofessional and I will not be returning, EVER.

1st visit at this location. It was the nicest visit to an eye exam I’ve ever had.

Made an appointment here, and didnt know it was inside the mall. Got to the address early and saw it was the mall. Went inside and called for directions. They gave me wrong directions, to the opposite end of the mall. They called me ten minutes later telling me I was too late for my appointment.

I had a vision problem and really wanted an answer soon.They all listened to my concern and i made an appt for next day.This appt was all a very positive experience.They answered all my questions and preceded to test my vision.I was tested and they made me feel cared about.I would recommend all of the employees there.Thank youVicky Humphrey

I worked with Marilyn. She was very helpful without being pushy, and a lot of knowledge about the company. I had questions like, what happened to glasses in a hour, and she had an excellent answer. The breakdown of what I paid and what my insurance paid was easy to understand--more so than Ive seen before. The store carries more expensive name brand glasses, so its more than other stores, but the last pair of glasses I got here later 7 years.

I recently got some glasses from here. One of my arms on my glasses was too tight. So I asked the general manager “Jodi” can you help me. And she was soooo RUDE and UNPROFESSIONAL. I wouldn’t recommend nobody go to “Jodi” the General manager.

They’re friendly enough, but after 15 years of being my go-to eyeglasses place, they messed up my eyeglasses 3 times, then argued with me over it! I mean, if you can’t see out of them, something is wrong! Geesh. So now I go to Fort Wayne LensCrafters, where they have their act together, and can still make your glasses in an hour.

Very rude manager and I really don’t know how Lens crafter has hired her. We walked in to the store 30-35 mins before closing. She asked us what r u looking for and We told her we want to buy glasses for both of us( me and my husband). The manager response was we will close in 30 mins. We said ok let us look at it first and get the quote. After 10mins she walked towards and said we will close in 20 mins and asked my husband to look at his own glasses and and deciding on my glasses first.Then we decided she was in rush and want to get us out of store ASAP. Very rude behavior and just staring and looking at us, as she want us to decide in mins.So my husband decide not to buy today. I decide to buy one and finally went for billing. There was a other guy handling things nicely and patiently. I asked him if u don’t have time you can let us know to come later and buy the glasses. Why is she being rude. He smiled at us .... The manager started showing arrogance on her face and told that can you open the door and let them out. ( lens crafter should be shame on hiring such kind of managers *). She is not worth working in that store.I don’t know her name, she doesn’t have a name tag, if not I would have mentioned her name here.

My family and myself have been going to LensCrafters for many years, but will never go back. The people at the doctors exam area are always rude. They make you pay for unnecessary procedures. I was told my son either had to pay for eye photos (which we did a year ago) or his eyes would have to be dilated. He has no issues other than minor near sightedness and needed his contacts renewed. I was told by staff the doctor would not see him without having this done. She was extremely rude and we will not return. In the past we have encountered other rude people in the doctors area, but always had great experience in the sales area.

Was seen for vision exam on 9/2017, received billing statement on 4/18 for medical eye examination for out of pocket payment. Referred to Linda to resolve issue of out of pocket payment, resulted in a rude, hostile and unprofessional behavior. Misleading!! to think you are being seen for an annual vision exam, then receive a bill for medical treatment instead. This office will take no responsibility if you challenge them on their billing, coding practices, will blame Chicago office for late or incorrect billing. Will never ever return!! BEWARE.

Alittle exp., but the people go above & beyond to make sure you are happy.new glasses again sat.😁

Very nice selection of glasses, unfortunately they wanted 3 times as much as other stores. Defiantly a lot cheaper places nearby

This would be my last visit to this store. Expensive and unpleasant service.
