Terrible experience dealing with this company. I placed an order on 2/11 for a part that they said they had 58 in stock of. It was supposed to ship in 1-3 days, so a week later I emailed asking for the tracking number. They did not respond, so I followed up a day later asking again. I was then told that it hadnt shipped yet, but was supposed to go out in the next day or so. I asked why there was such a delay, and was then told it was actually not going to ship until around 2/24-2/26, which is two weeks after I originally placed the order.I followed up again on 2/23 making sure that the ship date was still accurate, and was told that it was still scheduled to ship within the next few days. I followed up again on 2/25 asking for the tracking and was then told that the ship date had been delayed another week to 3/4. I asked how it could possibly take 3 weeks to ship out something Precision Electric claimed to have over 50 in stock of and got a long winded email that did nothing to explain why they falsely represent their stock levels online. I told them I still needed the part and to overnight it to us on 3/4.I then followed up again on 3/1 to confirm that the order was still being processed. I did not receive a response, so I followed up again on 3/2. Still no response, so I called again on 3/3 and asked for an update. The salesperson Ryan Chamberlin could not give any firm commitment to the ship date and just blamed component shortages for the long lead time. I understand that there have been a ton of delays across the world, but that has no impact on Precision Electric claiming to have 50 of a product in stock that they actually have zero of.I ended up cancelling my order because I have no confidence that Precision Electric will actually be able to supply the order I placed. They do not publish accurate stock levels on their site and wasted three weeks of my time. I will never purchase from them again and would advise others to avoid them as well. Terrible customer service, and they still havent even responded to my email asking them to cancel the order.
