Randy and Amy, the owners, were fantastic! We love our new quartz counters. They look incredible and really brighten up our kitchen. From our initial consultation to the installation, everyone at Granite Creations were extremely courteous, respectful, and most importantly detail oriented. Our house was built in 1970, so they took great care to make sure everything was installed as perfectly as possible with our walls that arent exactly straight. Thank you!

Just purchased quartz counter top, customer service was okay through the purchasing phase. We ended up having to move the install date due to contractor and they were flexible with us. The reason I am giving 2 stars is because the cut of the counter was off. Leaving between 1/4 and 1/2 gap along a 6ft wall. Ended up costing us an extra $350 on the backsplash install. Contractors had to float the wall significantly creating an extra day of work.We waited a week expecting a follow up call to see how we liked the counters and nothing... You would think after spending 7k you would get some sort of a customer service follow up to ensure we liked the counters and answer any questions. WRONG..After reaching out numerous times to the Owners we didnt receive any follow up or attempt to make it right. In addition one of the corners of the counter in a high traffic area was supposed to be a 1 radius and they did a 1/4 leaving a hard corner to Charlie horse a hip or thigh.The guys who did the install were great, very friendly and took pride in their work.Ultimately we went with Granite Creations due to a $700 cost savings from the Granite Shop in Elkhart. Hindsight I would have paid the extra money and went there. The customer service we received from Granite Shop was significantly better along with their follow up even though we didnt by from them. Also Granite Shop offers you the option to layout your counters and determine where you want the seems. My wife stairs at a seem daily that she hates. This significantly takes away from the beauty of the stone.I understand mistakes happening and we gladly would have worked through them. But getting zero follow up is unacceptable and bad business.

Amy and Randy were great to work with through our kitchen remodel. They were graciously accommodating when we had to make last minute changes to our design; and the finished product turned out beautifully and on time. Make them your first (and last) stop.

Hello, I was not able to find a good place to post this review. So, Im going to write this review and give you permission to post it anywhere that makes sense for your business.Rating: 5 StarsDoing a remodel project was a little daunting for us. Randy, owner of Granite Creations LLC, made it easy. From our very first meeting when we shared with him that we wanted to update, but not replace our kitchen, he came up with ideas that had never occurred to us. Instead of replacing perfectly good cabinets, he suggested adding crown molding, trim, and hardware (we didnt have any knobs on the doors and drawers). He helped up choose a new a granite countertop, along with a new floor that would match the cabinets and a table that we wanted to keep. He looked at things that we had looked past for years--door trim that was cut too short, cabinet doors that needed new hinges---and put those in as part of our project. We really appreciate that he worked with what we had and offered cost-effective solutions that would improve our kitchen tremendously.Then John came to do the work. He also was wonderful. He worked hard on our project every day, looked to solve issues such as matching up trim between rooms, and fixing a cabinet and doors so that the new refrigerator would fit. We experienced a small delay when waiting for some trim to come in (due to Covid-related delays) and when he returned, he brought a small spring for our pantry doors. It was a minor thing that was misplaced somewhere while we were painting, but he remembered and brought one out the next time he came. This is probably the best place to do a granite project in the Mishawaka area. We have done a lot of research, and they had the best price at same quality level. They also seem to have the best cutting technique in the town -- the countertop came with only three pieces (which were attached together on site) while such a countertop usually came with four pieces in my experience.The reason I am giving 4 stars is in the communication of the team. First, they always give a date (either for measurement or installation) 2 weeks in advance and say they will call you to confirm the exact time before or on that day, but they never do so. We always had to call them in the morning of the day to realize the measurement/delivery are delayed to a later date. When the delivery/installation was delayed because the stone delivery was delayed due to an accident, we did not realize this until we called them at the originally scheduled time. Someone re-scheduled our installation to the next day, but another person said that was a mistake and we were rescheduled to a later day. In all of the process, we never received a call from the store, and we had to call them multiple times to get the exact time/date.

This was the best contractor we found. They were almost 40% cheaper than the other quotes that we had and their design was superb.

Amazing work and beautiful products at a great price

I had Granite Creations install some counter tops in my kitchen and I could not ask for a more professional service provider, never mind how amazing the actual granite turned out! We have had so many compliments from friends and family on our kitchen counter tops and we highly recommend using Granite Creations.
