Whats the point of having a drive thru when you dont open it? Especially when you specifically say to utilize it to help social distancing. Its also a waste to have the app where you can have it paid and ready, when you still have to go in and wait in a line instead of driving right on up. Transferring soon for sure!

Dropped off a transfer prescription Thursday afternoon, needed to leave Saturday morning for vacation for a week. They said they request 24 hours for transfers; annoying, but I can deal with it. I gave them all the info they needed, including that the other pharmacy closed at 7pm every day. I came back Friday night around 8pm and they said oh we just started working on transfers right now, let me check to see if we have it. They proceeded to tell me they hadnt been able to contact the pharmacy (well yeah because you called after they closed, and I had watched the pharmacist on Thursday write down the hours). I told them that I had to leave the next morning and they said theyd work on it as soon as they opened (the other pharmacy also opened at 9am). Today, Saturday, I come back just after 9am because obviously theyre not gonna do this until I babysit them and make sure. Not only do I wait in line for 10 minutes before being served, the prescription is STILL NOT FILLED. When I reminded them that Ive been without my meds for two days and I need to leave within half an hour, the pharmacist took on a very rude tone of voice and said that she could be working on the prescription if she wasnt at the desk helping me. She requested 20 minutes. It doesnt take you that long to fill a prescription, my pharmacy at home has it filled ten minutes after the doctor calls it in. Ugh, whatever, Ill sit down and wait.Update: as Im sitting waiting for it and typing this review, I get a text. Timestamp of text is 9:35am. It tells me my prescription was received and is in progress, and should be available for pickup at 9:30am. Its definitely not ready. What the heck?!?At this point its also been more than 25 minutes. This customer service is terrible, and I really wish there was a more convenient pharmacy for me to use when Im in the area.

Pharmacy was informed med had to be picked up to drive to Mississippi tomorrow. The male tech who answered the phone roughly 6:15 informed me it was set to be filled for Wednesday pick up. Offered no explanation. I had to ask if he saw the note it was needed today. Finally told me they were out. No offer to call another Meijer. No offer to try to help in any way..just left it up to me.I WILL NEVER use this pharmacy again. They are less than a quarter mile away. I am going back to where the pharmacy pts the patient first and that is PORTAGE AVE!

I moved here three months ago and transferred all of my Rx here. I ran out of test strips and they couldnt be refilled until today (monday) so I was out all weekend (my fault for sure) however ever since i moved here every time i refill my test strips they only have one bottle available. I was lit because having to wait until monday for a new shipment surely meant i would actually get all three bottles this time so i dont have to keep coming to the pharmacy every week. To my (not) surprise they only had one bottle ready, I told them again, i should be getting three every refill, so i had to wait for them to fill my Rx again, even though I refilled ahead of time so I wouldnt have to wait. They only had two bottles. They only ordered two bottles in this shipment literally they did not even order enough to fill my ENTIRE Rx. One star meijer

This pharmacy I used to LOVE. Meijer corporate has cut and cut to the point where I take my pharmacy needs down to Walgreens.The lead Pharmacist, Beth, has been here for more than a decade. Days past, there was always good fast attentive service. Those days are long gone. Most times when my doc called in a prescription, hours later Meijer would say it was never called in. Of course, it was... it was misplaced.Corporate has cut the number of people to fill the scripts... and that makes the good people like Beth look bad. Thats a terrible way to treat their people.Shame on Meijer Corp for ruining a great pharmacy. Fred Meijer must be rolling around in his grave!!

Received a text saying perscription was filled.Arrived back 1hr later. Waited in drive thru for 35min after hitting the call button. I walked in the store...zero customers in line, 4 people working. I dont mind waiting, but i was being ignored for some reason. If i get a text saying its ready and there are zero customers in line and 4 people are working... one might expect to not burn a hour of their day waiting for no good reason. -1 customer.

Every single time I come here to pharmacy its always wayyyyyyy long of a lineToday there are 3 people behind the counter and only 1 person assisting customers and she takes approx 8 minutes per person !Its always awful here .....my last time
