Today I had the best experience with a young man, from Master heating. He was very friendly, kind, caring, he came in did his job . Greeted me when he walked in told me his name Tony.very good nature young man he knows his job .took just enough time to do his job explained to me what I needed got that done in reasonable time. Eric and his team were excellent - from start to finish. We interviewed five vendors to install our new AC and furnace, including one that we had used for years. Eric provided a straightforward, no pressure quote. With a great price and financing, it was hard for others to compete. The installation team was quick and thorough. Were enjoying the comfort of our energy efficient system. I highly recommend Masters!

Every single person we dealt with from Masters was amazing! Dennis was polite, quick, and efficient. The price we were quoted was significantly less than their competitors. This company even went above and beyond by filling our A/C with refrigerant so it was up and running the few days before they got our new system installed. All so my special needs son would not be overheated in our home. They truly won me over by being so thoughtful. My sons seizures get worse when he overheats, so the kindness and concern displayed by this company REALLY meant a lot. Chris and Pedro are who installed the system. They were incredibly polite, very clean, and thorough with their work and communication. We are so happy with the work done, the product works amazing, and I feel comfortable and confident that if we do happen to have any issues we will not have any problems getting it resolved. When our furnace went out, since it and the air conditioner were 20 years old I replaced both. I quoted several local reputable heating/cooling companies. I just built a new lake house and Masters out of Fort Wayne did the work there which I was satisfied with and saw they had a South Bend office I had Chris quote it. I had quoted the exact same combination furnace and air conditioner, good plus level. Master was approximately 20% less cost with their Carrier brand. Chris and his helper were professional and did a good job with the installation. We did have a leak from the humidifier which they immediately came back and repaired. I would recommend Chris.

Awesome people Eric my sales man was out at my house giving me an estimate 30 minutes after I called the office despite his busy schedule. The carrier brand seemed to be the best bang for the buck. The installers were out 24 hours after i had made the deal. Our installers were Chris and bryan, they did quality work and were in and out in a couple of hours. We bought our home three years ago and knew the A/C was old and would only last a few more years. We decided to replace both the A/C and Heater this year. I called a few companies and got several quotes. Master’s was the best overall option with everything we were looking at. I found Chris to be patient and extremely responsive to my questions - both via phone and email. He brought Pedro out with him, who was very thorough and considerate during the installation. I really enjoyed having the both of them work on our projects.The best part is that we have been dealing with an unknown and strange smell for a while whenever we turned the heat on. I contacted three different HVAC companies to diagnose the issue and each one chalked it up to an “old house issue”. However, Chris found the problem and it was an easy and inexpensive issue. Our home smells great with our new Ion Air Filter and our new HVAC are already making our home more comfortable. I would HIGHLY recommend Master’s for all of your heating and cooling needs!!!

Im happy with my new air conditioner and the installation went smoothly. Chris has been very responsive to questions and came out promptly to make some adjustments to take care of an issue. Cant comment on the furnace yet. I would recommend Masters to anyone shopping for HVAC equipment or service. Chriss knowledge is top tier!

Our air conditioner was not properly Cooling. Chris from Masters came injected some fluorescent dye indicating that we had a leak. He came back a couple weeks later and found a flare fitting that was leaking and repaired it. Now our house is nice and cool :-). Chris is a true professional who takes pride in doing his best.On a personal note, Chris is by far the single most pleasant and honest contractor I have dealt with in many years. They appreciate what a massive purchase a new HVAC system is for most people and provide service that goes beyond expectations. Even after the install they have been helpful and prompt with any questions or issues that arrise. I would highly recommend them!

The entire process from first contact to the final installation was very easy for us and handled very professionally They handled the unique challenges of our 27 year old HVAC and water heater being replaced without a hitch. The financing options available were explained very clearly and have worked out very well for us. Chris handled our humidifier adjustment in a very timely fashion until we were completely satisfied. It is an added plus for anyone in the Warsaw area that Chris is here and can help with any problems that may occur.They truly are the Masters.

Over the top customer service from the initial estimate to post installation. Masters customer service was very easy and quick to schedule an estimate. From there, Chris came out and was extremely professional, personable, and honest. This was one of the best experiences with somebody technically in sales, and my fiance and I were sold by the time Chris walked out of the door. We decided to forego estimates from other companies, in large part due to how personable he was. In about a week, Chris and his team were back out and had the new furnace and A/C unit installed and running.As if we could not be more impressed, when our furnace had an issue with it, Chris came out to our house within an hour from the phone call late on a Sunday night.We had such an incredible experience with Chris and his company and would highly recommend Masters. I find it very difficult to believe that better customer service exists in the industry.

Chris was very knowlegable about the products and all of the various configurations that were available. The quote that was offered was staight forward and the price was better than the competitors. The installation performed by Chris and Pedro was great! They showed up on time and went over all of the the components when the job was compelete. Bethany took care of all of the rebates that were offered by the manufacturer and the local utility. I will and have recommended them to anyone that needs HVAC work done!

We used Masters Heating & Cooling to install a new HVAC system in a condo unit. Odd sizing and a few other difficulties arose. Branch Manager Chris Bramlett was excellent to work with. He and Masters were prompt, courteous, hard-working, and helpful. Chris Bramlett went above and beyond our expectations to make sure everything was just right. A reasonable price for it all, too.
