Saddleback College is a beautiful school with highly educated professors who are passionate about teaching. Top notch education is what I received. I was prepared to transfer and succeed.

Toured the school and got some administrative assistance for my child. Campus was really nice and clean. Everything was easy to find. Staff was amazing. My only criticism is their website is not easy to find information on.

Even with Google maps it was hard to find this place. It will take you to a random parking lot, from there go up to the White building that says student services. From there youll want to go behind that building and its under the stairs case. Wth, I thought Id get it all done with my daughter sleeping in her stroller. I didnt realize itd be such an ordeal. There is no close parking and no signage (that I saw anyway) marking where the bookstore was. When I arrived, as colleges go, things didnt go as planned... The hours had changed. 😂😙Updated to 3 stars just because the staff is so friendly and helpful. I still cant believe how hidden it is.

A little on the pricy side, but other than that it’s convenient and the staff is always friendly and welcoming.

This place is a scam. The only reason they match prices is because many classes require Unique bundles that arent sold anywhere else. Has the worst return policy of any business Ive ever purchased from. School screwed up your classes? Well they wont take your books back because you broke the cellophane that they can replace in store.

Great service, excellent selection of products. 4 stars as I feel there could be more of a library display for the books and a more wide array of tech products.

Price match policy is a joke it has to be from Amazon or Barnes & Noble not any of their third-party online Sellers and the difference between the price is given to you in a gift card to the bookstore after you pay full price. And it has to be an in-store purchase

Rip-offs and scammers. Never buy a book from this bookstore, youre better off buying something online with a better return policy and better price. Stay away from loose leaf books especially if you have to buy from here.

Dont buy textbooks here! The return policy is ridiculous (I think it it Follets policies since they run the online orders and the store). Short version, the book came after the class started, and much later than the extra $ paid for expedited should have and then there was a holiday and they said I waited too long since the class started last week..Finally the guy agreed to refund, but said the book looked used. I had only looked at the table of contents and first page to figure out it wasnt the best book for the class. But after he repeatedly shuffled the pages and opened the book wide to show me how used it was, the book wasnt as new as before.I took a returned book refund and vowed never to buy a book there again.

Probably some the most stupid people Ive dealt with in my life. The cashier told me that I had to return the book after 7 days of purchase. Do you wanna guess what happens next? The same chick that sold me the books looked me in the face when I return them and told me that she said no such thing. The f***ing audacity to do such a thing. She got the manager, who seemed like a crazy cat lady, said the same thing and then backed up her collegue even though she wasnt there! Please dont buy books from here!! Your just supporting their stupidity.

The prices here are very expensive. The school attire is ridiculously expensive.

Great employees, very neat, tidy and organized place.

The store has a wide variety of merchandise such as hydroflasks, school supplies, food, makeup, some care items, and etc.

Lots of stuff for class, but checkout lines too long.

Competent and helpful staff. Yes, its somewhat expensive, but youre paying for the convenience.
