This is a great place to get custom things to shirts done and a variety of other possible ideas to shirts. Just dont expect great attitudes over the phone.

I came here a few years ago and had came back a few times unfortunately 😕 it was disappointing how rude and stressful it was during todays visit . As a person with a background in customer service I know that your customer is your number one priority . Today it seemed like none of the 3 ladies who were there wanted to deal with us . Then the attitude and rude way with one another was very uncomfortable and lastly I would appreciate it if they follow guidelines and wore a mask for everyones safety or at least try to maintain appropriate space for distancing . My advice is that if you have a pick up they are happy to take care of you other then that you might have to wait in line until they decide to get back to you . I find it very important for a person to like what they do for a living because its reflected in the service or the product they provide . The only reason why I didnt give them a one is because Im hoping I just happen to come on a bad day maybe if I come back things will be better.

I just picked up my Daughters Anaheim Ducks Jersey. I bought the letters and number on-line and brought them everything and they worked their magic and it came out awesome for a great price. Why do it yourself when you can leave it to the pros. Very helpful and polite staff. Thank you!

Got a number and name printed on my daughter’s jersey. Turned out perfect, but the best part was they knew we needed it for the weekend and they stayed there past close time because we were running late to pick it up on a Friday. Great work and so thoughtful!

I went in today after doing a thorough review within my area and I got more than 10 star service. The manager Alyssa was professional, knowledge, greeted me with a smile like she enjoyed what she does. The entire team was hard at work, attention to detail was perfect, as I saw another girl who was helping someone else stop process and admit a messup, then fixed it right there on the spot. Every customer in there was greeted professionally and with enthusiasm, and left happy! This reaffirmed I had come to the right place. Then Alyssa proceeded to wow me and my expectations, as I didnt know it was a live on the spot service being provided. She worked with me to get my order to perfection and then did amazing work! Im giving Shirt Cannery and Alyssa a 5 star rating on here but honestly its 10 stars they deserve! The place was very busy. I was able to be helped within five minutes of waiting. I waited for it to be done. The waiting time was about ten to fifteen minutes. No hassle and quick service. I will come back again to get more custom shirts done.

Shirt Cannery did 22 custom shirts for the Schoolcraft Scare Squad, our Halloween Home Haunt Maze brand, and had them done 3 days earlier than quoted! They turned out perfectly and our Squad Staff wore them proudly for our 14th Annual event on Halloween night. To top off a great experience, Julie, the owner of SC, came to our maze event and got to see us all in action, wearing our shirts! Definitely using them for all of our custom shirts for events from now on!
