We went yesterday for my daughters first birthday. Oliver was helping us and was great! He was so kind and patient. The staff made it such an enjoyable experience. My baby is obsessed with her bear that wears a helmet just like her. Thank you guys for making a special day even more special!

Great store with a friendly staff. If you have a child, bring them here and let them build a new friend. Dont come and get one as a gift, as that would rob the child of the magic thats involved in making it. Every friend that they build has its own heart, and your child gets to make a wish on the heart before the fill the toy with stuffing. My daughter loved this part the best. Its not just bears, as they have other types of critters as well. Check it out when you have a chance.

Even though the one at The Outlets at Orange is bigger, this one has everything you need for your furry stuffed pals. Kids love to shop outfits for their pokemons (only available online).

Loved this place called ahead of time and the employees were very helpful. Place was clean and they had a lot of pokemon to choose from that other stors had sold out of. Drove over a hour to get a pikachu because the shops near me were out. Was in and out in like 10 minutes. Would visit again in the future. Thank you for your help and good service.

I love the record your own voice option. My husband whos in training missions all the time can record his voice for her.

So Build A Bear has a satisfaction guarantee but that’s far from the truth… my kid wanted a German shepherd and I looked online and they had them yet when I got to the store they didn’t have one and now I’ve had to deal with a little girl with a broken hear…

This is a kids friendly place. It can get crowded but the workers dont get moody. Kind smiles are always there.

Its a waste of my hard earned money. I might as well have flushed it down the toilet.

Its so fun! You get to create your own stuffed animal and the best part is that you could take the stuffed animal a shower and dress it up also you can choose a sound and last they put a heart in you stuffed animal and make a wish !!!
