Best place to pick up something nice for your partner
I’ve been shopping at Brightons for years but hadn’t been to this location yet. I gotta say, Management, what the heck were you thinking? The employees were beyond rude- they talked to me like I was an empty-headed moron or they just plain ignored me. I ended up leaving and taking my business elsewhere.
I thought I had left my bracelet at the store while shopping 2 weeks ago. Gina was so oooooo helpful in trying to locate it via receipts and going back in history on the security cameras...... OVER THE TOP exceptional customer service! Thumbs up!

I have many Brighton pieces/purses/wallets. 1 particular bracelet has turned a copper/brownish color 2x. It was replaced the first time after a discussion of the “send it in for repair” policy. If it was deemed to be my fault I would be responsible for it. This makes perfect sense in some scenarios. However, Of all of the pieces I have, I have never had this happen. It could possibly be that this particular item has a defect in general. One can not fault a company for that as it can happen. However, HOW customer is treated is HUGE in my book. I have NEVER had an issue with or exchanged/returned anything with this company before. I have ZERO history of being a customer that wants to exploit Brighton, yet, My care of the piece was called into question. I was given the option to send the 2nd (same exact braclet) one in for a repair instead of a replacement (for the same one). I will No longer purchase Brighton. I value companies that value their customers. If I have multiple pieces and have only had an issue with one. It is apparent that proper care of my jewelry is not the issue. I am however disappointed. I can appreciate a companies stance to “stand behind the quality of their product” as I was told. Sometimes, a customers loyalty and history with a company should supersede a policy. Especially if there is not a history of having issues. Maybe this situation is a matter of training. Perhaps this store is doing so well that they don’t need new customers. Either way I truly hope you are all able to figure it out.
A truly lovely store. Great merchandise. The staff are friendly, helpful, and accommodating. It is very satisfying to browse and shop here.

Everyone who works at this store is incredibly RUDE. Doesnt matter if youve been a life long customer, or its your first time there, they will treat you horribly. Ive heard the same from so many of my friends, its ridiculous that they still have the same staff, please please please get a new staff! I love Brighton and I have bought so many things for myself, my family and friends, but I can no longer come back to this store, Im fed up with their horrible customer service. Please do yourself a favor and stay away from this store, visit the Irvine spectrum location instead!
