This his a lovely shopping mall. We went for lunch at Cheese Cake Factory (which I love). You will be thrilled with all the shops.

Where them normal people at? This place seems deserted, save the fancy old rich women pretending to be 30. Even teenagers dont want to loiter here. The food court is always pretty darn schnazzy and Genghis Khan has the best noodles dishes known to humankind. Not much crackin or hip here, unless youre rich, sad, and lonely and like showing off shopping bags with fancy names as a status symbol. Nothing but sneer and overpriced cars here. Very unappealing.

The beginning of the end? Starting to see a lot of one off stores that look like they are temporary at best...

Have the very nice upscale mall in a great neighborhood with lots of really cool shops.

Nice mall with a good selection of shops and places to eat. The Nordstrom here has a large selection and the people are friendly and helpful. Also love the Ebar here, the blood orange spritzer is good if you are a non-coffee drinker or any of their caffeine drinks are good. Loli and Pops is also a great candy store with lots of various goodies. We first went to one in Las Vegas and I was so excited to one a bit closer to home. They have great cocktail and booze inspired gummy bears (pina colada, champagne, Irish crème to name a few) no alcohol but tasty. We do miss the Disney Store. Eats wise they have plenty of stand-alone restaurants (PF Chang’s, Cheesecake Factory to name a few) and a really nice food court with Rubios, a few sandwich places, and our favorite Paradise Bakery. Sandwiches and salads are good but their sugar cookies and their coconut chocolate chip cookies and banana chocolate chip muffins are my favorites! Love stopping here on the way up to play in the parks. We always walk away with something.

First visit to this mall. I was specifically going to 41 Olive, however I walked through most of the mall. Good area for a indoor walking experience. I will go back.

Up and running with some new stores and more coming. The in person shopping vibe has returned, in spite of mandates and useless CDC recommendations. It seemed to be dying ilon the vine before h1 n1 virus but its like Lazarus from the grave.

I was down at the mission Viejo Mall specifically for the opening reception of the Laguna art gallery. Its on the second level right next to Nordstroms. Very impressive. Much larger than I anticipated, and it appears that theyll be showing an eclectic grouping of works from various artists. They had an interesting dance program as entertainment, but I think the space may be a very valuable community resource. I sure hope so, as unique art galleries that represent and promote young artists is sorely needed in South Orange County.

Disappointed to see empty store fronts. I hope businesses will bounce back. Ample parking and good restaurant options.

Lots of parking, plenty of great stores, a food court, plus restaurants like Rubys Diner, Cheesecake Factory and PF Changs. Cafe at Nordstroms (gorgeous ambiance and the best salads) and also a Nordstroms coffee bar.

Usually not crowded with friendly customer service. Especially in Macys, everyone from the mens colognes to bed and bath to ladies perfumes have been extremely helpful. Shantel is the best.

Sales rep James approached me right away and with friendly and not pushy tricks got me interested in the X model.

In one of my dreams, its a bus station. The most popular method of transportation is commuting, which can be accomplished in a number of ways. There are several food courts, clothing shops, and attractions to choose from. The shopping center was immaculately tidy and well-maintained.

Its a mall. Same stores as every other small mall. Good parking. Good restaurants.

This is a well-known store for dogs! Last Monday afternoon, I purchased a pet in this store. I really like the worker because she always encourages me that their pet was sweet and healthy. As a happy buyer, I have no reservations about buying it. I didnt regret it, in the end, because the pets I bought were so sweet and lovable.

This place is full of expensive products for luxurious tastes.

This mall is in need of some Renovations and some TLC theres a Macys which is great and some interesting small stores and a decent food court but it is in desperate need of some updating and improvements and I hope someone put some money into it soon!!

Beyond the shopping mall, we enjoyed the park. This place was made magical by the song. In the evening, I suggest that you visit the park. The mall itself is massive and anyone will find a suitable shop or a spot for snacks. The only thing is that in this mall, since there are a lot of exits and entrances, it is difficult to find. Overall, our time for shopping and walking in the park has pleased us!

Nice shops, typical mall atmosphere with friendly staff. Great deals at Macys and Old Navy, would visit again on next south Cali trip.

It is very easy to get on the boat at this place we came out to Catalina and enjoyed looking at the shops before we boarded.

The website says they’re open only because a few stores are willing to open. Unless you’re coming to eat at the Cheesecake Factory don’t bother coming here!

Do not shop at this mall. There are no cameras and barely any security its a dead mall already robbed more than 3 times

Cannot go wrong shopping here! The food court and Nordstroms Cafe have been open. Very thankful to Blaze pizza, ask for no cheese on your pizza - the best ever!🙂

Cant believe its already started to look dated, but in terms of parking and selection its a nice mall to visit. Probably easiest mall to find you pk spot.

This is my favorite mall for shopping. The architecture is so sweet, I just enjoy walking in it. All the time, the sunlight and open air makes it feel so festive.

Times are really tough for these businesses. They need us all to shop there. Our favorites are Cheesecake Factory, Soft Surroundings, Lens Crafters, WilliamSonoma, Nordstrom & Macys.

A beautiful little shopping center nestled at the bottom of the hills with beautiful shops stores and restaurants and artifacts from 10 million years ago skeleton the fish that lives there that we used to be under the ocean no one time and if they excavated the plaza they found fossils of fish and they put some of the fossils and historical information in the plaza if you walk through it very nice

I absolutely love the shops at mission viejo the best part about this place is that everyone is participating with the covid 19 regulations and its safe to say you can shop with calmly with the security that everyone is participating and thinking about our health as a community with common sense.

We dont go to this area often, but this time we went to see friend at the hospital, so we had lunch here. In the food court there are some interesting ones, but in the end we chose to eat Pizza here. Whats interesting for me is inside the entrance there is a Gelato Vending Machine ;-)

Good variety of shops and restaurants. Much easier to get in and out of than the Spectrum or Fashion Island. Good central so county location as well.

Always love coming here! It’s so clean and most if not all the people are very friendly! It can be busy but that’s part of the allure. See and be seen! Great to walk around with family and friends just to get out of the house! Lots of shops if you have your wallet! Enjoy!

Shopping is okay here. Lots of walking to get from end to end. My favorite was the Etsy pop up store.

I love going here because its not always busy and the shops that like to go to are mostly here (abercrombie, champs, finishline, macys, gap etc)
