Friendly, professional and efficient. Had my front end repaired after a forklift backed into my parked car. Flawless results, the front end looks brand new, and they completed the work 2 days earlier than the estimate. They even applied a few dabs of touch-up paint to some tiny chips on other parts of the body after I asked them the best way to deal with those while picking the vehicle up. Highly recommended. 10/10.

I recently had my car repaired at Basolo Auto after an accident that damaged my hood, bumper, and drivers side fender. They did a great job with the repairs, kept me informed throughout the process, and even gave me a ride to come and get my car when the job was complete. Highly recommend-

One of Missoulas most outstanding small businesses. I had the privilege of watching the owner work repairing the doors of our old beat up SUV. He was very quick and methodical, a true professional and master of his craft. The final product was as good as new and unbelievably reasonable. There are a few great autobody shops around town, but basolo autobody has earned this customer for life.

Local, family owned body shop. Shawn is really good at what he does. He takes pride in his work and takes the time to do it right. People who want faster work or cheap insurance quotes should go somewhere else. If you want it done right, it might take a little longer but it is worth it if you care enough about your vehicle.

If you are seeking a good Body Shop, it would be wise not to use Basolo Auto Body. My collectible car was there for 14 months and the shop did only 40 hours of work during that time and I was charged $2,980.00. The work done at Basolos shop had to be redone at another body shop and I was not reimbursed any money from Basolos for his poor workmanship.

I called for an estimate they said it would be difficult to price over the phone and told me it would be 10 to 15 thousand dollars to paint my truck wasnt the nicest on the phone the price estimate was almost 7,000$ more than town and country on the low end
