Out of this whole area this T-Mobile is the best. JT, Cindy, & Edgar are always welcoming me like family, and solve any problems I have. If you want a good experience I highly recommend this store.Great customer service, I can come into this store for anything and they always hook me up with their deals!! The manager Junior is always helping out too love this store man!

Went in to replace my sons broken phone. The staff greeted us immediately and were very helpful. Masks, social distancing measures, and hand sanitizer were all in place and available. Great job!

Our experience was amazing with Leah! The day before we came to the store trying to purchase an iPhone 11 Max Pro with straight cash $1,200 to buy the phone in full. The salesman the day before was trying to milk money out of my fiancé and I just because the phone was very expensive and they work on commission. We left the store and never came back that day. The next day we came back to the store and ran into Leah again and we asked for her assistance. Leah knows her product very well and she is the most amazing sales person ever!! She went above and beyond to make sure we could get our new IPhone 11 Max Pro. She stayed after hours to finish the process and never had an attitude as if she was ready to leave. Anything else we need or any concerns we will always go to Leah because she made us feel at home and she welcomed us in with open arms. Leah keep striving and being the best you can be. You will be successful in everything you do with your upbeat attitude. Kindness goes along way!!! Thank you sooo much for all your help and I am loving this phone! Thanks Leah!!!!

The first time I came into this location was over the summer when I dropped my phone in the pool at Six Flags. They were knowledgeable and they were able to switch me to my new phone. I live by Oxon Hill. I came back to this location this past weekend. I made the drive to this location because I loved the service. I came into inquire about adding a new line and left with a new iPhone for my daughter and a new one for my husband. In addition I was able to get a free tablet for my youngest daughter. The staff was able to walk me through and redeem all my rebates in store.

Worst experience ever! I went there on 3 multiple occasions only for them to lie and mislead me. My plan is wrong, I never received any promotions as promised and nobody acted as if they would resolve this. I have been with them for 3 days and will be leaving! General Manager is definitely needed to properly train the store employees.

I usually dont leave reviews, but my associate asked me to leave genuine feed back so here we go. This is my Mitchellville T-mobile store experience 11/20/2017I have to admit that I have not been loyal to any T-mobile store and that I usually go around from store to store, but this store in particular has me as a permanent customer.I walked though the door thinking I was going to get the same dry greeting that I had been getting from other stores, but this was different.Every associate on the floor took a moment from what they were doing to greet me.Victor walked up to me and introduced himself and asked for my name. He then proceeded to tell me I couldnt have picked a better time to come into T-mobile. At this point Im interested because I just came in to do a bill payment and its not even Christmas yet.He told me that we could take care of my bill payment and then take a look at my account to see what Im qualified for.The first thing he noticed was that I was on an old plan that wasnt tax inclusive. I was spending $50 more than I needed to because of the taxes and overages. I was a combination of happy and mad, no one had told me this before! Im grateful that he took the time to make sure that I was on the best plan for me instead of just looking to make money off me.Before switching me over to T-mobiles unlimited plan he asked me some questions to make sure I maximized what I could get.I walked out of t-mobile with a new CHEAPER plan that gives me hotspot and I have a Tablet and a Smart Watch coming in the mail.He gave me his number and said to call if I ever needed anything or had anymore questionsIm coming back Friday with my family to get the Buy One Get One promotion.

If you are looking for a T-Mobile with fun employees, and music that doesnt annoy you need to keep reading.I came into t-mobile Mitchellville to upgrade my phone (it was long overdue). I was greeted at the door by Shania, who asked me Girl what you need? Im not a girl, but the way she said it made me laugh so we were off to a good start. I had been told to ask for Victor by one of my coworkers, and she proceeded to walk me to his station. Victor was very nice, personable and had a constant smile on his face . Even though he is new to the company he walked me through the process step by step. The new manager at this location, Rosie, asked me if I had heard about the ZTE smartwatch promotion and I told her no. Victor and Rosie were able to help me not only get a brand new phone, but alsoa smartwatch at the same price. I cant wait to get it in the mail and go back to get it set up.Overall my experience was good, I read one of the other reviews which had me hesitant. I dont know what side of the bed they woke up on, but clearly it was the wrong one.Shania, Rosie and Victor see you soon!!!

PLEASE READ BEFORE GOING TO THIS STORE. This is warning to other customers about my experience on 10/6/2017.I almost never write reviews but I feel convicted to write this review to warn other customers to be cautious of deceptive sale associates whom apparently work off commission. As a loyal T-Mobile customer since 2004 it is great to see new T-Mobile stores popping up near by my home. My phone of 2 years decided it wanted to stop working properly, so I had no choice but to buy a new cell phone. Previously the night before I stopped by the new T-Mobile location at Bowie Town Center, however they didnt have the phone I wanted. So the next day I called around to other T-Mobile stores to locate a store with the device I was seeking. When I called this location, they luckily had the phone I wanted. I asked them to hold it for me and within an hour I was at the store to purchase my new device. The gentleman I spoke with when I called started the process of adding the new device to my account.There were multiple conversations happening between the sale associates, loud music and singing going on as I am being assisted. As well different sale associates moving back and forth grabbing items from the sale displays.The gentleman tells me my total for the down payment for my phone and I proceed to pay. Next he tells me how much will be added to my monthly bill as a result of my new purchase. The amount was a few bucks more then what I was quoted the night before at the Bowie store, which through me off. The gentleman then gives my receipt with the page flipped and folded to the signature page and asks me to sign it. It would be foolish of me to sign a document without reading it. So I proceed to read over the receipt. Imagine my surprise when I see that 3 accessories items has been added to my account without my permission nor by my request. The gentleman took it upon himself to add to my purchase not only the new device that I wanted and requested on my own will, but a phone case, a screen protector and a charger. I was so shocked that someone would take it upon themselves to add items that a person didnt asked for to that persons account. I couldnt believe it. I questioned him about it and he was completely lost for words. He left up to another sale associate to refund me the money I paid for items I didnt want. In my opinion he left it up to the other sale associate because he was ashamed that he got caught with his trickery. I dont even want to think about how many customers he may have done this to and gotten away with it. If the device I wanted wasnt so hard to find I would have told them to cancel and refund me for the whole purchase.To anyone that shops at this T-Mobile, my suggestion is that you stay alert and make sure you review your receipt before signing it. This T-Mobile location has lost a customer, I will never shop here again. I dont trust any of sale associates that were there that day. I believe they were all involved in doing whatever they need to do in order to make a commission.

I came to this store to move on to my family plan of boost mobile to t-mobile. The people here helped me pass my four lines. The person who helped me could tell me how much I would pay per month and what I would pay in front. Everything went well and could also pass my data from one phone to the other. My husband and children are very happy with their new phones and my niece loves her new tablet. I recommend that you go to this store to grab your mobile services
