Very good customer service. Fixed my phone screen very quickly 1 hour or so and texted me when to pick it up. They did have to order the screen but that was fast also. They also checked the following day to make sure everything was still working fine, which it was. Recommended

Fusions employees are reliable, professional and highly competent. For 12 years they have been keeping my office and warehouse systems up and running. And their Chariton Valley cellular service was the only answer to my parents problems getting internet access at their rural location - no other landline or cell phone service was getting the job done.

They are super helpful and had an item that I couldnt find online through any major retailer.

They do a great job on repairs and have great black friday sales, but theyre Chariton valley so they can be pretty pricey. Michael was the guy I had to help me and repair both of my phones screens, the first one was great the second one my husband has for one day after he replaced the glass on my not x, it was very costly but worth it for the phone, right? Wrong! We woke up the next morning and the bottom of the screen was split all the way across, I dont know if the phone was bent, if they accidentally vent it or if it was the manufacturer. But the day I took it home I sent pics of the discoloration that was on the screen, and the next morning where the discolorarion was, was a split, when I contacted him he said we were going to have a hard time fighting the company for a new screen and prove that we didnt cause the damage, we think there was a problem with the phone in the first place because the same thing happened to it the first time, I was sleeping woke up and there was a break that I had no idea where it came from, they are very helpful though and great for technology repairs
