The staff there is very knowledgeable. They always seem to have the parts that are needed on hand hardly ever have to order. Their prices are very competitive even to what you can find online. All in all very good experience every time Ive been there!

The Guys at the Mobile A-1 Appliance Parts store are awesome. The salesperson took my order over the phone and put the part in a safe place for me to pick it up as I live 45miles away and it was 15mins before closing time. This helped me out tremendously and I am forever grateful for the Level Of Customer Service I Received!!!

I must say that if anyone in the Mobile area needs any appliance parts, I HIGHLY recommend going to see the folks at A-1 Appliance Parts on Springhill. Very good customer service. Went in this afternoon and they didnt have the part I was looking for but Anthony (I think was his name) went above and beyond and called around to their competitors and located the part for me since I needed it this afternoon. Will definitely use them for future needs.

Too high and terrible service.Will not go back. I bought a part for my washing machine 120.00 dollars. It did not work. I tried to bring the part back the next day. They laughed when I asked if I could return it.

Very disrespectful young man answers the phone.I tried to ask a simple question about a worn impeller on a water pump but couldnt get two words out as far as my question and he cuts me off in a rather rude voice and says I wouldnt know we just sell parts!! I dont know if he was already having a bad day or what but the conversation did not last 15 seconds before he got rude.I guess A1 is the only app parts place in town so they can afford to be obnoxious..Also compared there online prices and figured they have a 75% price increase on parts.Order parts from elsewhere these people dont deserve your business.

Thought I had a bad capacitor on my rv ac, so I went to get another one, they said they could not test it to see if it was bad, their response was it is cheaper to spend $40 on a capacitor then 350 on the ac, well they got my 49 and no I still have to have the ac fixed because it seems to be a compressor problem, will never do business here again, would not take a return on capacitor either.

These guys will always get my business. I brought a party and they tested it and tell me I didn’t need one. That’s pure honesty. Look forward to returning whenever I need any Kind of parts for any of my appliances.

The only reason they received 5 stars was because there was not TEN! They go over and beyond the call of duty. This is not a place where they just sell stuff. They take the time to help you analyze your problem, especially for those of us that dont have a clue (like myself). And then, get this, he met us after hours when we had gotten the wrong part! Complete incompetence. 2 years ago they pushed some B.S. dryer belt repair kit on me to fix my parents dryer. It cost $50 when all i needed was the belt. I tried to use the replacement parts but they didnt fit the dryer and almost broke it. Ended up using JUST THE BELT. The belt it turned out was too small for the dryer and broke. Just go to Lowes or Home Depot and use your own judgement. Its better then what these people have to offer.
