Tanners makes many delicious products. There are wonderful smells every time you walk in. From everything pecans, to candy and sauces, they have it all. Definitely worth a visit, especially for the holidays!

Love love love Tanner’s!! The owners go above and beyond for my family and I can see from being there I’m not alone in receiving this kind of service! Everyone is kind and helpful of course but that personal interest from the actual owners is great! I mostly buy their cheese straws - they’re the best - but I buy nuts and confections too and have never been disappointed! Buying locally is always the better choice!

Poor Service. Have ordered from them in the past with no problems but after multiple attempts to contact them regarding a current order that shows completed on their website (for 2 weeks), they act clueless as to why it hasnt actually been completed or shipped. They never called back to fix the problem as promised and have not issued a refund either.

My family has been shopping with Tanners since they opened their doors in the 40s. Something has changed within their company and they no longer have the quality of customer service that they used to. I placed an order online to send as a gift and the person never got the pecans and the tracking number never even showed it was even shipped. I contacted the office manager on numerous occasions only to get the run around and many excuses. I am extremely disappointed in Tanners and will be taking my business to another pecan company in the future.

I had a last minute order that I needed help with. Not only did they customize baskets for our budget, they were delivered same day and were beautiful! Highly recommend.

Chocolate covered potato chips? oh yeah!!! The pecan meal is great for breading fish, chicken, pork chops, and anything else you can bread. The pecan pie with chocolate chips is fantastic! Thanks to the nice lady in the office who helped me!

Customer service is excellent at this longtime Mobile establishment. I love the selection of goodies, perfect for teacher gifts or just because. I placed an order online to pick up in the store and received a call to personally let me know it was ready for pick up.

My 80 year old mother went into the store and placed a Christmas order for my brother and I on Dec 14th. My brother who lives in California got his before Christmas, I still havent received mine (12/31/18) l called and spoke to the manager on December 26th and she told me that the order was returned and back in Mobile, she said that as soon as they get it back they can resend it to me???? (GREAT CUSTOMER SERVICE)she said that my mother must have given them the wrong address over the phone, my mom actually WROTE IT DOWN IN LARGE LETTERS AND HANDED IT TO THE CLERK, she has mailed me numerous things and I have gotten every single one of them. I asked if my mother could be compensated for the trouble and their mishap and was told she could get a %10 discount on her next order. Thats not going to happen...I would have given them no stars for their terrible customer service but cant. Maybe Ill get mine by next Christmas.

A very creative business that obviously takes pride in their treats from soil & seed all the way to finished product. A true staple of Mobile and right off I-65’s Exit 4.
