First time at this store. I was amazed with the amount of inventory they had. So many options. The staff was also very courteous, friendly, and very professional. I will definitely be coming back. Only reason for 4 stars is that I wish they had some sort of rewards or discount system for first time shoppers/riders off their first purchase. It’s more like 4.5 stars. Still an awesome place though!

Arrived close to closing and sales person was helpful finding a right fit to upgrade my helmet to an Arai. Once I decided they switched over my Sena camera to the new helmet even though it was closing time. Definitely recommend.

The crew is always there to help you out. And they dont try to make you buy the big dollar stuff. They hear you when you tell them your budget. Which is a good thing for some of us. 👍🏽👍🏽👍🏽

I came here to find my motorcycle gear. When I walked in I was automatically greeted with polite employees. I walked around and a female employee came to me to see if i need help. Good friendly service..didnt have the size tube and tire I needed but they seem real friendly .. I didnt get the vibe like watch that guy make sure he dont steal nothing.. Im not that type of guy just get that alot and its just rude to prejudge someone.they made me feel comfortable..

I enjoyed my experience and the level of service I got yesterday while there. My original intention was to try on a Schubert helmet and then shop online for my size than maybe comeback for a price match. I had some internal pressure to get a helmet yesterday because I couldnt ride my bike without it.But, I got a lot of personal service and answering of questions about helmets and different brands. Eventually, I chose to go with a Shoei helmet in a color I didnt think Id like but that actually matches the secondary color of my VRSCSE2 (Red). And, what the heck, I ended up getting a bike to bike commo system, battery tender, battery and battery tender extension. It was a great experience and very professional. I bought just about everything I need for now but Im sure Ill be back. Thanks for a great experience.Mark

I was met with smiling faces of the employees. Much better than before when I couldnt see but the top half of the face because of the illegal and fake mandate.As one with hearing impairment and being a anti-masker it was such a joy to hear and see those who helped me. Thank you for removing the useless mask. I will shop at the Modesto store again until they try to mandate again.I bought a Ogio back pack with no hassle and a competitive price. A good experience.

I have been looking for an XS Helmet with a sun visor and shield. The staff assisted me in finding the perfect helmet and install an awesome Bluetooth intercom, giving me a discount on 2 systems since they didn’t have a dual system in stock. It was an wonderful gift for my birthday.

I came in for a new helmet. Personally one of my least favorite things to shop for. The associate took his time with me and finally steered me toward an AVG.I dont go into Cycle Gear often, but every time I do the people there are courteous and helpful.

My son just got to buy it and we went here to find a helmet for him the lady that helped this was very helpful and she had a lot of knowledge spent quite a few dollars but well worth it for his safety

Store doesnt seem to have much of a selection of anything that is not Bilt or Sedici when it comes to motorcycle clothing. Saw one pair of pants from an unknown brand and one Alpine star summer pant. Maybe found 1 or two jackets that were not the house brands. Only thing in my size was sedici and after the failure in quality my last sedici purchase was, not going to give that brand any more chances.Accessories seem to be pretty sparse as well.I had a return of some defective sedici pants and the guy that ended up processing the return was just not happy to deal with me. The woman who originally helped me was great and happy but when she needed help from the other employee, it felt like I was just a hassle in his day.Ive been coming to this store for years but Im not finding much reason to go when all Ill find are the house brands and empty accessory peg hooks.

Stock isnt as varried since the merge with revzilla. Went to look at pants, and they mostly just had sedici. A single pair of A*, and I dont recall even seeing any dianese pants. Same goes for jackets; mostly sedici.

Being a novice in the realm of cycle gear and quads, etc, I was privileged to find a very helpful staff member who dealt rather well with my more thanentitled grandson who was beyond uncooperative. She helped me pick out the best gear and helped me deal with him. Amazing!

Purchase a new helmet today and had Randy as my associate. He was extremely knowledgeable, friendly, and helpful!! We just happened to luck out with him there because it was our 4th visit and couldnt get anyone to help us locate the proper size helmet.

Dont bring anything nice here, bunch of jokers working here. Scratched a brand new black rim and instead of making it right, they rather sit there and argue and not even have me talk to the guy who inspected it when I brought it in there. It was my fault for trusting cycle gear for providing an honest service. I will never bring a tire back here an advise you to do the same if it has paint or worries of scratching your rim.

The parts I needed were available at a good price.

I had recently bought a Sedici Helmet from this store. One of the Visor clips broke off. I called in, Jen picked up she told me to come by. She replaced the clips for me quickly. Very nice and friendly, Talk about Excellent Customer service.

This place is TINY. Of course, my point of reference is the Cycle Gear in Sacramento. Decent selection, and nice employees, just cramped. Pricing is hit or miss, but they have pretty regular sales. Great helmet selection! **UPDATE: since this review, theyve opened up into the suite next door and more than doubled their space. Way more inventory, and more room to move! Their selection has gotten better as a result!

I love the place. The people working here have a family feel, unlike other places where the friendliness feels forced. May be a tad bit overpriced, but not everything should be ordered online.

Friendly staff mostly. A guy who saw us looking at helmets walked away to other people, but we got a super friendly girl who helped us. Selection for gear is good. I took off a star cuz of the guy and one more because the sizes of things are limited. But I like the store for the most part!
