Rob and his team did a great job! I asked them out to evaluate my double door and single door as they both looked to be in rough shape as they are original to the home I moved into (about 20 years old). I was going to replace the overhead openers with wall mounted units and wanted to make sure the doors were in good shape first.. There was a previous company that had serviced the door before I moved in and did some shoddy work. The service tech recommended new drums and cables and to add a new 2 spring setup to the double door. Additionally, he recommended push springs as I told him Id be changing to a wall mounted opener. I had seen this recommended online in a few YouTube videos but totally forgot to ask for them. No fear, the Scott team identified the need and made the recommendation. Rob and his helper showed up a couple days later with all the right parts and completed the work on time and right on estimate. They were courteous, cleaned up, and fast. Great place great service and great prices!! Rob came out today and took care of the main issue with my garage door a broken spring, and I also had him take care of 3 other issues with my garage door system.Rob also found another issue with the wiring for the door sensors so that is 5 issues.My garage door never sounded better!! Wow, not in a good way. Made an appointment to get a spring replaced for first thing monday morning they didnt even have the courtesy of contacting us to say they couldnt make it. We called after waiting almost an hour. Then they gave our number to some other person who said he would be willing to come take care of the situation and asked for cash up front so he could buy the part. So we will find an actual company that takes care of its customers. Do not use

My garage door opener had the chain come off the sprocket and I was having trouble fixing it . i called Scott and described the problem and he told me I could do it or he would come over. I amazingly was able to fix the opener with Scotts generous help. This is a rarity today and I would recommend his services to anyone.

Mr. Scott came to my Fathers house because of weird noises and a concern about jerking in the opening of the door. My parents are in their 80s and will use something until it dies. It then becomes an emergency (which tends to cost a lot more). The lifting motor actually broke when he was there. He want and got a new one installed it immediately, greased lubed and did whatever it took to make the door quieter than it has been in thirty years.My father ( the depression baby ie..FRUGAL) thinks he may have been UNDERCHARGED!!! ( One visit, new equipment, done perfectly, etc, etcMr Scott has my familys vote for Garage Door Man of the century.PS. I referred him for an industrial door at a dealership I work for, He did a great Job for them and has their business and gratitude.Cant recommend highly enough.
