We came in to get my son a helmet for his go kart. They have a great selection and absolutely wonderful staff. Not only did they help him pick one out, but they showed him how to properly use it and made sure it was the proper size for him. I would highly recommend this place to anyone.

Recently bought a Honda CRF125F from them. Everything went smooth and we were out the same day with the bike.Staff was nice and even helped me load up everything.

FunMart does way more than just off road toys they are big on Harley’s too!! They got me the lowest price on new tires for my 14 street glide plus got me in and out so I could ride the Dragons Tail in Tennessee 24hrs later! I went back and they put amp and 2 speakers in my new bike that’s crazy loud and clear!! Hands down it’s the place to go for your motor-toy needs!

Terrible service, granted this was during the covid-19 pandemic. I get there and the salesman treated me like I wasnt going to purchase. First he asks me if I know what I am interested in. I told him; and I knew they had the bike in stock before I went, thats why I was there, but before I even got to look at the bike, he said if youre not going to buy it youll have to come back later, when youve made a decision. He said this before I got to view the bike, before I had a test ride. How am I supposed to know if that bike is for me. I was interested enough to have cash in my pocket. Thats okay, I bought the next weekend. Fun Mart will never get my money in the future.

I have bought several bikes over the years and no other experience was even close to this one. I live over 700 miles away and the transaction was exceptional! This was my first experience with Fun Mart and it will be my last. It might be the worst experience Ive had with a company ever. I wont go on and on but make sure you get everything in writing and call daily about service or it will drag on for weeks. I was lied to and told multiple different stories each time I would call to check on my repair. Tim attempted to make it right with me but then when I came to pick up my wheeler he said he could no longer honor what he quoted because he couldnt remember. After it all, if he just wouldve followed through on what he quoted he likely wouldve saved a customer. Now, NOT A CHANCE.UPDATE>>>we rode the wheeler for less than 10 minutes and it died and wouldnt start again which is the exact reason why I brought it in in the first place. Ill be calling today and will update this review. What an absolute disaster this place is.I see good reviews on the purchasing side which might be true (Ive had no experience purchasing new from them) but the service side is a MESS.

Terrible experience i brought 2 bikes in too trade in and purchase 2 new ones along with my dad coming down later that day to purchase a 3rd bike outright....would have been the easiest sales of the day ....but the owner is the most unprofessional business owner i have ever seen in my life which explains why they have tons of leftover bikes....... got treated terrible by the owner.....oh well it worked out better went straight to brennys across the river and bought 3 new bikes that day treated extremely well couldnt have asked for a better experience there.....anyways one thing i cant stand is people who waste peoples time and that is what this was...do yourself a favor go to brennys for your new bike

Just bought my third bike in the last 10 years from salesman Nicholas E. He is very knowledgeable, friendly and easy to deal with. Bikes arrive as described and ship very quickly. Funmart uses a national freight company so you can track your order. I received my bike in 5 days as promised. If you want a guaranteed delivery date that is an option too. When I have a question the staff is very friendly and eager to assist. Would highly recommend for an easy transaction.

Whomever it is answering their phones needs a serious lesson in manners.... You only get one chance to make a first impression, well.... Impression blown... Smug, rude, interrupter, and this was just over the phone.... I wont be calling back and I definitely be going in or advising anyone else too either....

Bought my first ATV today and Rob was very very helpful as well was everyone that worked there. Took the time I needed to walk me through all the ins and outs of what I was looking for and after the purchase did a very thurough walk through and explained everything I need to know. Responded very quickly to my emails as I had all kinds of questions before my purchase. The whole experience was five star. Thank you and definitely recommend.

No high pressure sales and no hidden fees. Very upfront with actual cost. If they dont have what you need they can and will locate it. No big fancy building but good service and honesty go a long way.

Stopped by to look around after seeing a few I was interested in online. Their stock was incredibly low unless you wantrd a dirt bike, then they had about 50 for some reason. Looked around for 20 minutes and sat on a few bikes. The two guys just stared at me from the counter never approached me about a test ride or anything. Their pricing was high as well. Went to Brennys same day and test drove 3 new bikes back to back and bought one the next day. They even delivered it to my house for free same day Im a covered trailer. A suggestion to Funmart, talk to your employees about actually doing something.

There only reason they are getting 1 star is because you cant give them zero stars. I took my YXZ in for a clutch. The Saturday before Thanksgiving, They showed us the GYTR clutch. About twice the price but against better judgement we went with that and we were told between 2.5 to 4.5 hours. With the holiday it would be Monday or Tuesday before its ready. So I called Wednesday and parts just got there it will be Thursday or Friday. I called again Saturday still not done should be Monday. Tuesday they called its ready and the total is almost$1900.00 . They sold be a GYTR clutch BASKET for $800 . The friction plates and clutch plates are separate and almost $400.00 AND THEN they charged me 6 hours for labor. Not one time when I called did they say anything about it not coming with all the parts and its going to be more. They lost my business and I will spread the word.

Local Motorcycle Shops in General would rather Hire and Train a Mechanic off of the Street than Hire a Graduate from an Motorcycle Mechanics Institute.And thats kinda of a Scary Thought, it goes against my mechanical reasoning logic!Been There & Done THAT !!!

Brought my bike for a dyno tune and shock service after speaking with Jr (tuner) and Dustin multiple times. When i dropped off the bike the dyno tune was not going to happen anymore. And this was the main part i brought my bike here. Fine. They said they were gonna upload a map from ktm but they uploaded random maps that the bike was backfiring with. Jr did not install a piece on the shock where it was before and its not visible now, i hope its there. Hes a fella you do not want to deal with. Tried to have a fair conversation but an argument came out within minutes. Even a worker at funmart mentioned that hes not a friendly guy and u dont want to deal with him. Btw i drove 3 hours from chicago one way to drop off bike because over the phone it sounded promising. They also tried to say my dirtbike isnt well maintained because it was sandy. And thats why its not running right, but it wasnt backfiring before!!! Also took two weels to rebuild a shock, relace a wheel and install a poorly working map on my enduro motorcycle. Asked for a refund on my poorly running map but dustin said sorry, nothing can be done.Edit.Jr called and wanted to procide free tune and suspension work. I kindly said not interesting in coming back to a such shop.Front tire was completely flat when brought home after they assembled the wheel. Removed the tire to only find put there was no rim tape installed and my $100 tubliss system is damaged.This shop has cost me more time and money that if i would have bought all thetools and done it myself.If you care for your toy this isnt the guys that will take care for it.
