Great coffee and even better customer service. The person two cars in front of me allowed the barista to keep the change, which was $4 and change. They said they felt too guilty to keep it and offered it to the car in front of me, who declined. I declined as well and said it’d be even better if they allowed tips when paying with a card. I never carry cash but would definitely leave a tip at every visit if I could. They’d have a lot more to feel guilty about!

Kick Serve is one of my favorite QC coffee places! It’s a must stop any time I’m home! I really enjoy the Iced French Open and loveeee all the energy drinks. Great prices and friendly staff! Always a great experience here.

Love that they serve Olde Towne cookies here. I prefer the drinks hot as they can be a little too .. sweet if served cold. Maybe try them with extra espresso or half the syrup amount

I have started going here often as it’s pretty close to home and it’s supporting local. I love the peppermint mocha frappe and any of the energy drinks, which I learned recently that getting them blended is the best way to enjoy them in this Midwest summer heat! Their customer service skills are always amazing and their bubbly personalities make any day better!

I tried kickserve due to the location being close to me and on my way to work. I was so happy to finally find a drive-thru coffee shop in the quad cities that was comparable to the coffee shops back home in the northwest. Wait time is typically pretty short and the drinks are good! Just waiting for the coffee shops here to start offering white coffee and it’ll feel like home!

Very good. My card declined due to fraudulent activity which was quickly resolved, the employee at the window was very understanding. There is even a rewards program which utilizes tennis balls in exchange for free stuff. Cant wait for the new location opening on the Avenue!

Usually fine. Bought a muffin today though that was stale and tasted like a fridge/freezer. Very gross and a waste of $3. If you’re going to refrigerate them, please make sure they’re sealed in something.

I am still a bit confused about their menu. After questioning the Barista, I realized that the menu and the establishment are Tennis themed. I ordered a Banana Expresso. It was true to flavor. Great service with a smile.

So nasty. It literally tasted like the pre-made coffee u buy next to the creamer at the grocery store. I went there it was nassssssssssssty. Please take this as constructive criticism and make your coffee better 🙏 my coffee was over 7 dollars and was un-drinkable. 7 dollars for that? Thats WAY expensive.

Ive been going to Kick Serve far too often since they opened because the iced wimbledon with half the pumps of syrup is on point, and that alone is enough to leave a high recommendation. With that being said, their customer service and friendly environment is amazing.I have never had an unpleasant experience with any of the employees, but Kylie V is truly the definition of good customer service. I can assure you that I dont know her outside of the coffee shop, and actually had to ask her her name during my last visit in order to leave this review but she is always in such a great mood that radiates to her customers. Shes also incredibly helpful when it comes to questions regarding coffee customization and what not. She remembered my order after just our third interaction (though Im sure this isnt a guarantee) and shes always incredibly friendly. If the world had more Kylie Vs, customer service would never be an issue.I would highly recommend supporting this business and Im excited for the second location to open up.

Kick Serve is a little out of the way of my daily routine, but whenever I can get over there the drinks are always great! The peaches n cream smoothie and cookies n cream frappe are both fantastic!

UPDATED REVIEW. My first 3 visits were Excellent and the service was good my favorite is the Lucky Shot Okay after the first 3 times I got a different server she has very long bedazzled nails which I noticed off the bat lol kinda odd for this type of work and when she handed me my lucky shot it wasnt the same it was very bland and had very little flavor I happened to get her two more times as a side note I noticed her fake bedazzled nails had been removed as an effort to keep her job? But the lucky shot was still not good at all so the last time I pulled around to the other side to a different lady and explained my lucky shot was flavorless and not very good she made me a new one and PRESTO it was very good... so that leads me to believe someone there isnt very good at her job sorry to be so blunt but i paid for 3 bad drinks before enough became enough its at a point that I dont want to risk getting her when I pull up so sadly I havent been back.

I come here regularly and am so happy with the consistency of the drinks and nice fast service. Love their energy drinks!

I was Very impressed by this coffee shop. Great selection of coffees. I got the Wimbledon, it was great. It has raspberry and white chocolate, and it was made perfect. Usually the white chocolate is overpowering but it was not, very subtle chocolate flavor and the raspberry was perfect. Great location with great access having 2 drive up windows. The Italian Sodas are amazing. Very refreshing, I will say that I prefer the iced versus the blended. I have also tried the cold brew Wimbledon style and this may be my go to in the summer along with the Italian sodas.

Ive been here multiple times and it is one of my favorite coffee shops in the QCA. The energy drinks and coffee are amazing, and everyone has seemed very kind. Ill be back many times to come.

The service is friendly and the 2 drive-up windows plus 1 walk-up window make it quick. I had the cold brew latte and loved it! My son ordered the Blue Razzberry Italian Soda, iced....so refreshing and yummy. My husband had the cherry limeade Italian Soda, iced, and loved his as well. Great place! This is our 3rd visit this week.

Been here a couple times and have gotten different results each trip. Ive ordered the same drink three separate occasions and have gotten something completely different every time. I was really happy when it was made correctly the first time, but its been downhill from there.Edit: The owner reached out to me and was very quick with making sure the problem was fixed and was extremely polite. Very pleased with the response and still plan on coming back.

This has quickly become our favorite coffee place in the QCA! All the drinks we’ve gotten have been so delicious. You can really taste the flavors in their specialty drinks, and the coffee is always well balanced. We love their menu and the creative tennis theme- super cute!
