Wonderful store. Every encounter Ive had with staff has been very pleasant. Staff always asks if you need assistance and is open and knowledgeable about different things. If they dont know the answer, they will find someone else who does.The store itself is always clean and organized. Love it!
The young man that helped me was very knowledgeable about the product I was looking at. (Sorry, dont know his name). Was not pushy or tried to rush me. Will definitely be back and will recommend Best Buy to all my family and friends.
Friendly smiles everywhere. I am always greeted at the door with no fail. I have bought things from here multiple times with no fail. I always have been very satisfied with this store. I wish it didnt have to close down. I will miss the closeness of it.
LOVE this store, but I actually wish theyd ask if we want help LESS. Cannot just shop for what we know we want without every single sales person asking if they can help us. Other than that love them! Maybe offer a special cart color for those who dont want help...
Nice store! Good staff! Knowledgeable people with good selection of every product such as electronics, appliances, computers, phones, tablets, etc etc! The downfall of this place that they dont have a great music CD selection anymore I mean a half an aisle if that just sucks! Also bathroom doors and some other stuff in that area of the store need replaced
Installed a new radio in my car for me. The service tech did an excellent job, and I am pleased. I would recommend their audio technicians for any work like that you need to be done.
I enjoy the layout of this store! It is much more open and roomy compared to the cluttered Davenport Best Buy. The employees are well versed in the departments they work in and can help with any tech problem under the sun as well as help you find exactly what youre looking for.
Everyone was very kind and assisted me with all my needs. The only downside I would say is that the geek squad member dropped my brand new graphics card while taking it back to install it. In return though they serviced it for free and the card still worked so in the end still excellent service!
Sales assoc. greeted me and stayed in the area while I shopped. Hedidnt hover around me but was in easy earshot if I needed him. Hetold me briefly about the speaker I was purchasing and made a hookup suggestion based on his experience in the store and personally.
If you havent visited this Best Buy store recently, you really should. Their products, prices and customer services cant be beat. Im back to being a regular Best Buy customer.
Had an issue with computer product, but had extended warranty. Allowed us to either replace product or upgrade product. In and out in less than 15 minutes. Great customer service.
Good branch awsome employees. They have always honored online prices for me. When I went in the other nigh i got told their store is shutting down 😑
Staff is very helpful and friendly. I went in for a car stereo and some other car appliances, and the guy who helped me used to run competition audio. Always nice to know the people helping you know what they are talking about.
Really not much of a reason to go to best buy in the modern age, unless you like to see things before you buy them. For the rest of us mildly tech savvy degenerates we will more than likely buy from Amazon or new egg.
Good service. But we did have to wait ~20 minutes for someone to come help us purchase a laptop. Also the place was not very busy so there was no need for the long wait. Other than that the guy that helped us was friendly.
We enjoyed shopping for computer .. Salesman was not pushy... Let us take our time and was out of our focus til we were ready... We loved that because we dont like a salesman at our elbow when we shop

Some Bestbuy stores are better than others in terms of customer service, cleanliness and overall look. This one is one of the average or below average stores. The bathroom smelled really bad and there wasnt any paper towels, the dispenser was completely empty. Also, I was there for like 20 minutes before someone asked me if I needed help.
Very rude agent at Mobile connections (At&t) and his name is Tyler. He will not answer your questions nor give any information. Best buy Davenport is very good in service.
PLEASE PROMOTE the man that was working at Geek Squad tonight. He didnt have a name tag but he is a younger black man and he was so sweet and very nice!!! He explained everything nicely and we had a few laughs! He was very awesome!!!!
It was a normal best buy. 100 people as you to help as soon as you walk in, to each his own. They did not have any computer chairs and their tv mounts were way overpriced.

This Best Buy is better than the Davenport store imo, sales people are nice and dont seem as bothered to help you. If you dont need help they dont bug you alot. Its smaller store with less than the Davenport store but holds its own as far as customer service goes!

Ordered stove for my Mom asked they call my phone number before delivery so the Gas line could be unhooked in preparation for the delivery. No phone call was received delivery crew did not pick up old stove because gas line was not unhooked. Called store and asked if they could come back by and pick up the stove was told they would call the delivery truck and call me back within an hour. As you can imagine I was never called back, this is what you are on the hook for if you buy here. Customer service does not exist.
Great service, knowledgeable staff. Wouldnt recommend going without being somewhat educated about product/services as they WILL juice you. Wal-Marts warranty/protection plan is better, but you cant beat BB staff for product knowledgability.
Company is starting to go shady. They expect people wont care to check up on reward points or to claim them. They simply dont show up weeks after certain transactions. After you call corporate, they blame in on the generic system glitch.
Friendly service. Sometimes shorthanded during peak hours but still a nice clean store with plenty of stuff to choose from.
I had to wait about 10 minutes before anyone helped me find what I was looking for. I was a little perturbed because other people were getting helped and I wasnt. And then they wound up not having the item that I needed.

Probably the worst experience Ive ever had at a Best Buy. I couldnt even get to the product I wanted to buy because the sales reps were standing in front of it. They finally moved yet not one acknowledged me or asked if I needed help. I probably compared a few different options for about 15 minutes at one point even sitting on the floor to read the boxes and still no one spoke. 2 or 3 different reps walked around me one even straightened the end cap a foot away from me, looked at me but never spoke. Id rather there be no reps to be found than rude ones with zero customer service.

Greeter greeted me, then, no one: all gossip, no help for customers. When I came to check out, they were all talking at the greeters desk. I threw my stuff on the counter and left, hopefully never to come back. I then was told that other people were just saying how bad service they give there... Seriously, go to Davenport, Iowa store, it is ten to twenty minutes across the I-74 bridge. Less tax, great service, and you will get help. Yes, this sucks to say how bad it was, embarassing, sorry.

Since your survey wont load I figured I would just send an email that nobody will care about. I drove 60 miles to your store and purchased a HP laptop. Took it home and the only thing that worked was the fan. I drove back the same day and took back another laptop, lower performer because they did not have the same one, and started it up. It was working at first. While loading the newly purchased Home and Student Office 2016, the computer shutdown and would not reboot. I needed a computer so I then went to repair my computer that I spilled a soda on by cleaning it up and got it working again. Today I took the computer back to Best Buy, Moline, Il store and was refunded my purchase, except the software. Jenny, the store manager told me she would not refund my software since I activated it and told me I could either sell it, use it on another computer or give it away but she was in no way going to refund my $120.00. Dont ever expect me to buy anything from Best Buy as long as I live. I cant imagine how Jenny go to be a store manager. She has no sympathy or regard for the customer.

I just went in looking for a FireWire to FireWire cable and the seemingly nice lady said that the Davenport store will for sure have it in stock.So I got in my car and drove 10 miles to discover that they didnt have it in stock and she wanted me out of her hair.Next time Ill go to Walmart or Staples and wont be roped in to playing Easter eggs.
