I will miss this store location. Employers were always kind and sweet. They were quick to make sure that I got the help I needed.

Helzberg is awesome.I purchased my wifes engagement ring here. Exceptional service. Polite & professional assistance. Prices are quite reasonable for quality jewelry.First experience was so good, weve been back for her wedding bands, my wedding bands...yes plurals. And additional pieces for our parents anniversaries.

Dustin was amazing in helping us. We had just left another jewelry store defeated on our options but he saved the day. He showed us exactly what we were looking for in minutes. He remembered us when we went back to pick our ring up. He was just awesome!

I used to love this store and have always bought all my jewelry here, I even have a Helzberg credit card. About a year or so ago the staff completely changed and there were a lot of new faces in there. I think the new staff is rude and could care less if you gave them your business or not. Once I pay my card off Im canceling it and wont be back. Ill take my business where they appreciate their customers!

Lindsey at Helzberg Moline, IL was amazing! She picked up my ring from another location personally called me the next morning to confirm she did and then when life caught up with me and I forgot about it she personally called me again! Thank you Lindsey for going above and beyond! Amazing customer service.

The girls here are so helpful and educated on jewlery. Never have to wait and are very honest and kind.

A little disappointed. There were several times I took my diamond engagement ring and to be inspected but could not get it off my finger due to swelling. They were unable to inspect it but had record that I was there. I lost a diamond chip out of my engagement ring and they would not cover it under their warranty. Nor would they cover fixing the other loose diamonds in my engagement ring. Disappointed.UPDATEI paid nearly $450 to have the missing diamond chips replaced and loose ones fixed. Theyre fixed was not very good. I lost one of the replaced diamond chips and one that was repaired. Very very disappointed! when they sell you the ring they tell you it has a lifetime warranty for diamond loss. What happened to that? Not sure I will ever buy jewelry from helzberg again.

I give this a neutral because Google maps doesnt know what its doing and being intrusive when I wasnt even thereI only walked by Helzberg to get to another placeif theres a pause in there I could see you asking me to rate this but dear Google I didnt go to Helzberg. figure it out

They are always friendly and courteous every time I get my jewelry cleaned or even when I am buying jewelry.
