This is the best place around to buy tires. We have shopped with them for 40 plus years and even though they have changed their name we still receive the same good service that we always have. The employees are so nice friendly and helpful they never try to sell you more than what you can afford they are so honest with you and as a woman I really appreciate that I never have to worry about them trying to take advantage of me. Had called a couple days in advance and made an appointment and was able to get right up to sales desk in a short time and after talking about options on tires took me out to see the difference in the tires I would want and set of 4 tires on my f150 4x4 were done in about 40 minutes. I will always recommend them.

We have gotten our tires here for years. They have always been great, prices are good but our last visit they really made sure we were taken care of. The day my son got his license, we took his car the 15 minute drive to get new tires and noticed strange things were happening on the way there. Once I pulled into a parking spot, the car completely died and wouldn’t start again. The guys there diagnosed the problem, gave a quote and were able to have his car running again the very next morning!! I was very please, my son was impressed as well. After calling around a dozen other tire shops trying to get a tube and tire mounted on my 1932 Pierce Arrow wheel, Best One of Monroe was able to help me. I spoke to Ethan who was by far the most knowledgeable tire salesman I have ever spoken to. The guys in the bay 7 were cordial and well experienced with unusual tire installation and balancing. The tire that they mounted runs true with no perceived vibration. Even with a more involved mounting process I was not charged an excessive amount. Even though Monroe is an hour from my house I will continue to use Best-One for all my tire needs.

The folks at the Monroe Indiana store are great! We stopped with a tire pressure problem, on our way to the hospital. Thought wed have to leave the car because we didnt have an appointment. I went in this morning expecting to buy new but hoping to buy used. The sales clerk looked and acted irritated I disturbed his phone time and gave me attitude about not having used tires in my size. If he would of been cordial and helpful I was more than willing to buy new. Shame that Zurchers became this way. Ive bought many tires there but none after this.

I have been to this shop several times. The waiting area is reasonably comfortable and clean. I have never had a problem with my tire installation or service provided on my vehicle. There was a rebate on the tires I purchased, and the serviceman printed out an extra receipt and stapled it to the rebate claim form. Made it super easy to send in. When I need tires again, Ill give them a call.

The only place I can get a repair bill for $747 and not be concerned about being ripped off.They went above and beyond a few years ago. My daughter came in for an oil change and they spotted a tire that was about to let go. They set her up with a used tire.They looked out for my loved one like I would have and Ill never forget that!

Helped me out with a slow leaker. Bought the tires there a few years ago so fully expected to pay to have the bead cleaned and resealed but they sent me on my way with no charge. Always been a great tire shop. Thanks

I would not recommend Zurcher tire. In my opinion, they are not very professional based on how I was treated by their organization.

Best-one of Monroe is great! They are always super friendly whenever I go in, and they always get the job done quickly! This last time I got a flat I called in at closing to just see if they could get me in the next day after having it towed in. They got to it the next morning first thing and I only waited about 20 minutes!

Bought my first set of tires there in 1971 and have not bought tires anyplace else since then. An example of how they go above and beyond in providing service. I experienced a flat tire at home on a used pickup. I put air in it and made it to Zurchers Best One about 5 minutes before closing. They took care of me be removing and checking the tire. When it couldnt be repaired they put a new one on and I drove home that evening. Friends tell me other shops would have them leave the car till the next day. Butchers- Youre The Best!

So far so good. Helpful and able to get me in early before work so I dont have to take time off work. My vehicle is a much smoother ride after new tires and an alignment.

Best place to buy tires. If you make an appointment, theyll have you in and out in 45 minutes. They just renovated their customer waiting area and they have free wifi while you wait. Theyre more than eager to help you out.

Been doing business with Zurchers for 50 years, but today it had a different feel. It wasnt the hug and hand shake of the past. Even though I was taken care promptly, it had the big city feel.The new management must remember where they came from and where they are. Its not the big city.

Great reliable service. Non pushy salespeople. Fair prices. My only annoyance is that they are busy enough that you have to make an oil change appointment several days in advance. So dont count on getting in the same or next day for anything last minute.

When I took my car in the day before, they attempted to align it, but failed. Vehicle pulled to the right even worse. And on top of that it was vibrating. I wanted full alignment, tire balance and rotation. They did it all and only charged me for an alignment. Thank you for that. I took it in the next day and told them problems still existed. They attempted to fix the alignment again, and at first I thought they did. There were still vibrations on tires that had less than 5k miles. After the second try they seemed to have fixed the problem and the car was not pulling to the right anymore. Before my long trip, I wanted to check pressure in my tires. All were close to 32psi except the front right tire, which was around 40psi. Do you see it now? They just put in more air and sent me on my merry way, probably thinking that Ill never check tire pressure...or not in a long time at least. I was amazed. Ive decided not to take my car to Zurcher anymore as they have lost my trust. Oh, and took my car after the trip to WalMart to balance tires, or to fix what Zurcher didnt and I must say that they did better job than Zurcher did.Kinda long. Watch yourselves.
