I called about getting some prices on golf cart batteries. The man that answered the phone was extremely helpful and knowledgeable! I was so clueless and he never made me feel as such. He didnt try to push the most expensive brand either! He genuinely seemed like he understood my dilemma and was very helpful!

We use Interstate Battery as our supplier for my company. Their staff is always so helpful and on top of any request we have. I wouldn’t recommend any battery other than Interstate.

Genuinely helpful employees that will help you out with whatever you need. Theyll explain your options and answer any questions you may have. In my case, they even took the time to explain how they test the cells in old batteries and what to look for the last time I went in. I wish every place I went to had this type of friendly service!

Great price on previously used batteries - call for details - if you just want a low priced battery that is not new - but is reconditioned - I have been buying these for a few years - my experience - I have received 1 and two years of use with these batteries and at less than half price of new - Thats great... I should note if you need the battery installed there is a fee - but if you can do it yourself on site they will provide the tools needed. I will rate this location 4 and a half stars.

Just got my battery replace today at the Monroe NC location customer services exceptional. Battery so far no good have had previous good experience with Interstate Battery.

After being jumped off today, I came here to have my battery checked. A very nice gentleman came out to check my battery and told me it was failing on his machine. I planned to buy and have him install a new battery into my 2017 Honda Accord with 29,000 miles. He questioned that my battery might still be under warranty and wanted me to call and check before buying a battery. I found out the battery was still under warranty....which I hadn’t even thought of until he mentioned it. I thanked him for his honesty and for not just selling me a battery because I was ready to buy one. I drove down the road to the Honda Dealership and got my battery replaced under warranty and no charge to me. There are still good people in this world! Thank you again Sir!

Awesome Service, Everyone is Friendly! I gave some off the wall battery part number and Mr. Owen crossed referenced it and priced it off the top of his head. He also knows me by name and I have only been in two or three times. I was greatly impressed! Plus I did my research and price comparison and I feel that I got a great value.

Terrible customer service. I bought several golf cart batteries here a few months ago and did not have cores, so they charged me extra. Understood. They also told me to bring back some battery cores for a refund. Today I did that, only to learn that because I didnt have my copy of the original receipt I would not receive a refund. After a lengthy discussion, including the managers dissertation on company policy, they reluctantly gave me my money. Painful. In todays world of hyper-communication, how can a merchant justify putting the onus of responsibility on the customer for proving a purchase with a piece of paper? There has to be a better way. Interstate: Really Good Batteries, Really Lousy Customer Service. What a disappointment.

Battery for honda vtx 1300 only lasted 2 months with a three month warranty but they say to be replaced with the warranty the battery has to be on there big charger for 24 hours and then check bad. If you put a battery on a charger for 24 hours it is going to have some life wright after. Will never spend any money with them again

On July 20th I returned a battery for exchange. Chad tested the battery and found one of the cells to be dead. He exchanged the battery without question. The entire experience was handled expeditiously and professionally...THANKS CHAD!
