I was hopeful Monroe rairdon was going to be a better experience than their Kirkland location. I made a service appointment a couple weeks in advance so I could get a loaner. I drove 40 minutes up to my appointment and got checked in. When I asked about the loaner I was told they were out. I couldnt leave my truck for a couple days without a loaner so ended up driving home. I was told they would call in the next day or two when a loaner came in. That was almost a week ago. Still no update.

Service is good, but almost all parts come from Portland, so it means you have to wait a day or so.
Shop labor was like 116 a hour. Other than that, they do great work.
I had a great experience last time I bought a car there... although my brother did not ran with the same luck he bought a car that was over priced and I seen like whatever it was services he was supposed to get well he did not get after signing... thats why I give it a 4 start... but in my case everything has been going well with my purchase
Be three early because it gets packed quickly, good service/friendly people. I was the first person but it took 40 minutes for my oil change. Thank God I have 5 more free oil changes, also think about smileys other side of monroe

Another fantastic service experience with the people at the Monroe location. Always fast, friendly, and Professional Service. They never claim I need more work than I do and never try to upsell me. You go in for an oil change and thats what you get. They will let you know if they see something that needs attention but they wont try to upsell you into a bunch of other stuff.
Had some work done on my 2018 JKU they did a fantastic job getting it back to my in a timely manner and the customer services was great.
Went to pick up parts first time there salesman came out as I looked at Jeep on lot strange experience I knew more then a few of them otherwise was great on getting parts great service
The employees here suck. Especially the financing group. They supposedly hook you up with easy to finance car and tell you. You can take the car and when it is about time to drive it off the lot they have you wait a week and a half untill they hear from one of their banks just to find out you need a cosigner.. Not worth the time
Great place! Low pressure staff and you really feel like there CARE about you and genuinely want you to leave a happy customer. I highly recommend both the sales and service departments.

All of the work I have had done was great. On my last visit I received a price from one of the managers, I reviewed the out the door price with the service writer and we seemed to be in agreement. However, at pickup time the price had taxes added which were included in my previous negotiation. My fault for not having the paperwork on me. But coodos to them for understanding. Later that day I emailed a copy to them. So, if you do make a deal, have your signed copy with you!

We were in the market for a new car and we were hoping to stay local with our purchase. We found the exact vehicle we wanted, but the price was a bit out of our range. With some work from Greg and Brandi at Rairdons in Monroe, we were able to get the exact car we wanted and they made it fit our budget.Its also worth noting that I take our other car here for service as well. Rairdons has been great for us in everything weve taken to them.

Go somewhere else.. they claim that they are all about customer service but at the end of the day that doesnt matter to them. Spent several hours attempting to use a program that they offer, only to be told it was at their discretion... On their terms and that was after we had to insist on being given that option.. they use every trick in the book Joe the sales manager watch out for him.. watch what you sign... Keep and eye out on everything..
I took my car in for a recall issues free of charge.Service department lies. Told me that I need new brakes and a brake fluid flush. I just had my car serviced 7k miles at my mechanic I regularly use.
I love coming here, they always take care of my mechanical baby and me.
