I was very unhappy, with them, I bought a phone thinking it was new and it was used, they charge you new price,don’t give you box. They say they will exchange within 90 days but when you go to exchange they change there minds.the customer service is horrible. Don’t shop with them. They are a rip off

As a returning customer, I can honestly say that if your electronic device can be repaired that it will be for a decent cost in a timely manner. They honor militarily members by giving them 10% off of their purchases. The manager does everything withinhis scope to please his customers. It your devices cant be repaired, you are not charged. Everyone was rude and they acted like I was bothering them by coming in. It was the end of the day and not one customer in the building. And no one spoke directly to me. They talked among themselves and didnt acknowledge I was there. First and last time I will ever walk go into this place.

Took my iPhone 7 Plus to them. They replaced my screen and rear camera lens for a reasonable price. The service was friendly and efficient. Great quality screen and excellent customer service. They also offered a free lifetime warranty.

Told me they ordered me a screen to come back 2 days later. Came back 3rd day they forgot is what they told me but come back & we will give u half price. Came in 2 more times today being the last time. Told me they on ordered 5 and they sell fast. Seriously I was a store clothing manager for 15 years. If it sells that fast I would order more then 5 at a time. He lied to my face like I was stupid or something. They lost alot of business.

Came here to get a new screen installed on my iphone 7+ and left with a phone that would not turn on and lied to about the reason why, as I would find out later from a different repair shop. As others have said, the money saved is not worth the risk of losing your phone, go to a reputable shop.
