Bought my Honda in June. Have always bought Ford in the past, so a bit nervous changing brands.. Had my first oil change today, perfect service, quick, efficient and friendly, all employees(Cheyenne was he advisor) I encountered were friendly and responsive. Dealership was clean, practicing social distancing.I also have needed to ask questions several times over the first few months,learning about my new vehicle and was always treated with patience, knowledge and kindness. Had Ashton as my salesman. He was great. No complaints there. However, if you are traveling from any distance to come to the dealership make sure you ask all the right questions. I’m pre approved by my bank and signing on Monday. The sales manager would not let me put $1000 NON refundable deposit on a vehicle to hold over the weekend so I could bring them a check for the vehicle on Tuesday. I drove 55 min 1 way to come see the vehicle. Seemed to me that they just didn’t want to sell me the car because I wasn’t financing through them. I understand inventory is low right now but to not take $1000 free money makes no sense. Seemed fishy so make sure you clarify everything before you show up.UPDATE: Surprised by how unprofessional their response was to my review. And they lied in their response. The trade was in my name as I explained in the store and I had the money. Just needed to have a VIN # and $ amount to give to the bank for them to issue a check. My trade had a loan on it so the bank had the title. As a dealership if you cant get titles from banks you probably shouldnt be in business. You should try to get your facts straight before responding to reviews in an extremely unprofessional manner. Very happy I went 30 min up the road to another dealer who let me purchase one of their vehicles. Weird how I was able to do that since youre claiming it was impossible?

We had multiple warning messages displaying on the dash of our 2018 Odyssey. The service department was able to work us in on a Thursday, but the repair was not complete until Monday morning. We were provided a loaner car which was nice.

Had an outstanding experience when purchasing my 2021 Honda CR-V a week ago yesterday. Gordon Stout my sales rep. took the time to explain all the bells and whistles of the vehicle. When the time comes to purchase another vehicle, I will be returning to Joe Morgan Honda.
I brought my Honda Odyssey in for an oil change/tire rotation, and I wanted to make an appointment for its 105,000 maintenance and timing belt replacement. Laura, who was checking me in, said that the oil change would be included in the 105K maintenance and asked if I was interested in getting all of the work done that day, providing that the technician had that much time in his schedule. She then checked with him and offered me a loaner car while the work was being completed on the van. After deciding to go ahead with all the work, Laura went over the operation of the Honda HRV (loaner car) and gave me her business card in case I had any questions. Later that day, she called me to tell me that the work was completed and I could pick up the car at my convenience. Wow - I was very impressed with Lauras professionalism and knowledge! I will definitely be returning to Joe Morgan Honda for future work on my van!

Very easy to schedule online. Once in the store the service manager was very courteous and the explained the process. The vehicle was serviced on time and on schedule.
If you want to buy the car from them fine. The service area is beyond bad and should be shut down by Honda corporate. They have caused issues and ignored others. They finally screwed up enough that I got my wife out of there. Her biggest fault is loyalty.

Overall a good experience. Mostly dealt with the salesman over the phone and through email. Felt like we got a good price (could’ve been better but it was the only 2020 left around in the color and trim we wanted; and it was sold as a new car even though it had 300+ miles on it). Salesman did a great job explaining all the ins and outs of the vehicle. It’s a Honda... not flashy (IMO), but based on past family experience, we are planning on driving it for a long time! I literally drove past 3 other Honda dealers to buy from Joe Morgan, and I’d do it again.

Called performance honda which is very close to me for an oil change on thur and told you had to make appointment and next available was following tue, for an oil change? Called Joe Morgan honda; which is were i bought my car, and told to come on in . go to the express line, that took me right away and were very friendly and they didnt try to pressure me into getting services i didnt want. Just told me what services were do soon you have my business from now on even if your a little further away

My daughter chose Joe Morgan Honda as the place to lease her second car. She leased her first one from Performance and decided to switch to Joe Morgan due to the deal specifics that were told to her by Larry Richard. We went in telling them she had two deferred payments due to Covid and she had slightly went over her mileage. He said they could match Performances deal and they would take it in as a trade which would remove the deferred payments and overage of mileage. He gave her a higher monthly payment than she wanted, but told her with the down payment being a bit lower and not having to pay the fees that she would come out ahead. We believe this to be true, and trusted this dealership. He requested my daughter to also make sure and fill out the survey of how well he did, which she made sure to take the time to do. Now, after doing that she has received a bill stating that she now owes in addition to what she already paid down the extra two deferred payments and the overage of mileage. I sent a message to Larry Richard with my frustration, and he basically just said well this is what was agreed upon I sent a message back to him stating that what he told my daughter was a complete untruth and he had nothing to say back and didnt respond. DO NOT GO TO THIS DEALERSHIP.

Friendly staff make buying a car a pleasant experience. The couple by me were having their salesman (Patrick) take photos of them standing with their new vehicle in the lot before they drove off. Bought a 2017 Honda Accord-Ex a couple of weeks ago, and the process was great from start to finish. Went in for a test drive on a Thursday, Gordon showed me their inventory and let me test drive the Accord I eventually bought, and another Civic I was interested in- without any pressure or passive-aggressive comments about a sale. Went back on Saturday to buy the Accord, and Gordon was again very kind getting all of the financing and paperwork finished. One thing to note, they do not negotiate on price, but they use KBB and CarGuru to price things, so the prices are usually fair anyway.

I love Hondas. But Ive never been a fan of their dealerships. That changed when I got my last Honda from Joe Morgan. Dwayne was my sales rep and he made the buying process quick and easy. I got a great deal on my civic hatchback, I got a great deal for my trade, and I was in and out in under 3 hours. The staff at Joe Morgan really treats their customers right. Joe Morgan is also the ONLY dealership in the tri-state that doesnt mark up the sticker price on the Type-Rs..... that speaks volumes right there!!

Performance Automotive Network’s unethical practices forced me to find a dealership to replace a totaled vehicle after an improper repair. I couldn’t be happier with Joe Morgan Honda. DAVE PELLETIER, BEVERLY, THE NAMELESS RECEPTIONIST, AND sales manager BRADY DOYLE WAS ALL VERY RUDE AND UNPROFESSIONAL. I was refused service, after calling ahead of time to get closing times, made it in way before closing times. I then called back asked to be transferred to a member of management voicemail to make a complaint, each time i called i was hung up on in my face several times. Receptionist refused to give me her name when asked. DO NOT DO BUSINESS HERE!!! If I could leave zero stars i definitely would. Ending all business with them FOR GOOD, I REFUSE TO SPEND MY HARD EARNED MONEY WITH THESE PPL
BUYERS BEWARE: Dishonesty and/or lacking professionalism. I went in to get a price on an Accord and was told a figure. Went home to process and consider other offers. When I called back to tell them they had a sale, they were not willing to hold to the offer that their sales consultant quoted me. We have had good experiences in the past with getting our odyssey serviced but was 100% lied to when we wanted to make a substantial purchase. Very dissapointed. DO NOT let LARRY RICHARD be your salesman.UPDATE (a few months later)- still laugh at how terrible this experience was and very thankful I made the drive north to another dealership that treats customers honestly. In short, I still think Joe Morgan Honda sucks. 😆
