The guys who did the sign at Sonoma Condominiums left the large truck on idle for 2 or more hours 😳 sending lots of pollution up and out into the air. The air smelled putrid around my apartment and no one was in or using the vehicle. I dont see why they have to be so wasteful about diesel powered vehicles and leave them on while they are working on site.

Dont order your sign here, they will ripped you off. If your dont know anything about signs, they will double charged you. I recommend all of you out there, dont go here.

Paid $5,000 for a custom neon sign. When they send you an invoice they include this: We were thrilled that we could help you with your project, and hope that you are 110% satisfied with your experience and the final results. Please let us know if you have any questions or concerns, we appreciate all forms of feedback.This is my feedback on this project:- Im not 110% satisfied.- Jim was a fantastic salesperson who helped me articulate what I wanted for the sign.- I am disappointed in the handoff from Jim to the production process. I didnt get proactive communication about the project plan, timeline, and status. I had to send follow up emails several times to check in on the process because I didnt get any proactive communication from the project engineer.- Im very disappointed with the thickness of the backing for the neon. The production / project engineer team knew it was going to be flimsy. I would have wanted their recommendation to use a thicker backing to give the sign a more sturdy base. I expected better advice since they are an expert in designing and building neon signs. On their website they out that they have over 25 years of experience and I expected that to come through when I choose them as a partner to design and produce this sign. It felt like I was working with a team that was designing signs for the first time.Not that Im at the end of this project. I would have chosen to work with a different company. Except for Jim, hire Jim if you can!

I used NW Sign & Design for my illuminated sign and window decals at Oasis Float Spa in North Seattle. They did a fantastic job. On one of the 2 foot x 2 foot decals they applied to my windows, there was a tiny blemish that I didnt even notice. A week later they came out and replaced the decal without me asking. Brian, the owner, was very helpful early in the design process in helping think through the use of my logo and other words on my sign. 100% satisfied.

NW Signs did an amazing job creating and installing the signs for our new store! They listened to our input and made changes to design work based on our feedback. They followed up with the city and the fire department when regulations needed to be clarified. The installation was on time and efficient. If I could give 0 stars I would. Person who came to my business to have some work done was very rude being he wants us to use his business for work. When asking for a manager gentleman stated “you’re not the boss” and continued to be rude afterwards. After this experience with him we definitely won’t be using this business now or in the future.

Recently had a sign designed for our business. Was a great experience from start to finish. Communication was great. They where always quick to return emails and calls with questions. Signed turned out great.

Friendly knowledgeable staff. Professional thru and thru. They offer Neon signs as well. Custom designs and crafted with hands-on quality. They wouldnt settle for less. You shouldnt either. Installers are thorough and efficient. The pricing is very competitive and you are satisfied when the job is complete.

I would love to rate this lower if I could. We put a significant down payment for a sign for our neighborhood. Our neighborhood unfortunately voted down this project in lieu of a rock sign (NW Signs does not do). Brian magically stated that our down payment was consumed by design changes. When we tried to work with him on lettering for the rock, he estimated another $4800 plus the already consumed deposit. Unreasonable and unfair, our only recourse is to file a small claims action. Dishonest business practices!!! Buyer beware!!!
