Its ok. They made a big deal about my cheap phone. Then i ask for a phone case protection just in case my phone hits the floor. I got two answers. One is $40 and the other answer was theres no $20 phone cases. After they offered me the most expensive case $40. I chose the $20 because I know theres a $20 phone case. Then I ask a question but the guy was rushing me so much i gave my card and he swipes and I was asking more questions but he gave me my card and phone case telling me to go go go. So i did. Overall it was one of the greatest customer service I ever got.

Well Im glad that my wife and I went to the T-Mobile on 680 Huntington Dr, to buy a new phone . The sale rep # 675 was awesome and very helpful. Covid 19 conscious excellent store. Fast easy. They handle well vs overly unnecessarily demanding customers. People should be nicer to retail workers when services are needed.

Staff has no idea how to do claims or offer better deals for their customers. For me I ask what was a better option for me. Obviously they make commissions and they would not give you the best deals. I am very disappointed with the staff. Every one is better off by calling T-Mobile first and ask whats more convenient for you before going in the store. Customer service over the phone is their job to do customer service, versus on the store is more sales.

Our sales person was awesome. Ever need a knowledgeable sales person, ask for Chris. He knows his stuff and has great customer service.

The manager, Tony is polite, knowledgeable and helpful. Watch out, however, for Jennifer (one of the regular store employees)... She has a bad, discourteous, and unprofessional attitude. She needs to be retrained with business people skills. :(

I recently switched from sprint to tmoible and my parents phones were not getting any data. The store I originally went to was in west covina and they said nothing can be done you need to buy new phones. For a week I was driving from sprint to tmobile to fix the phones problems.I called this tmobile and in 10 minutes they fixed that problem!!! Very professionally and friendly staff. Definitely coming to this store from now on.
