Went with Vista Windows off of a recommendation to replace 15 windows in my house, and what a mistake it was.Several windows were drilled through the bottom frames and improperly sealed, causing internal rain/water damage to the house framing which could be seen by water draining around the bottom instillation screws. After bringing this up to the business owner I was dismissed with the response of ‘we’re not experts in water draining’.Also 2 of our hung windows continuously fall of the track/frame, which I insisted the company come out to inspect. The company representative showed us how to put the window back on the frame, which we had been doing over and over. When we demanded that the window be repaired to stay on the frame and not fall out at all we were told ‘this is how these windows operate.’As you can tell, this company has sloppy production and installation standards and dismisses any requests for issue remedy or warranty repair.Avoid at all costs.

I had Vista replace some 1964 louver windows in my 1903 rental farm house rental this morning. This is the 4th time ive had Vista do my windows im my own home as well as this rental.I was seriously very please by every aspect of the Vista procces from speaking w/ Ulga, Jacqueline and Megan in the front office who helped me pick and choose from styles and materials and explained what to expect and when as far as payment and delivery schedual and setting up and appointment to have Phill come out and properly measure the openings for the replacements. The installers arrived at the proper time w/ booties and tarps to protect the floors, estimated time from the office was approx 3-3.5 hours, these guys were so on there game, they removed all the old louvers, prepared the openings, installed and filled any voids with spray foam, vacuumed and completed the job in two hours almost to the minute.Never the less I was very pleased and quite emtional.So, if anyone out there has ANY convusion over window replacements,take it to the girls and they will walk you through evey step,you will rediscover the meaning of cusomer service.1 to 5 five stars, Id give them a 10Thank Vista Windows for everything !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!Ray,Pasadena, CA

Lousy and sloppy installers; ordered a white French door and it was installed with a black panel had to call and wait more than 6 weeks to get it fix.

Okay, but special requests for extra well done french fries is often ignored on drive throughs.

Such a wonderful company. I needed a new sliding glass patio door for my bedroom. I had a really old one and my room was always hot. Phillip and Olga were so incredibly helpful with helping me navigate my options and make the right decision. I love my new slider and my room is so temperature controlled just as they promised. Their installers were in and out within a couple hours and they were very polite. I can’t wait to get all my home windows done!

We just bought a beautiful new front door at Vista Window. First the buying experience was great. We visited their showroom in Monrovia which is amazingly designed. The husband and wife owners, Olga & Phillip are so friendly you immediately feel like you’ve known them forever! They are extremely helpful if you need help with design decisions. With their help we selected a perfect door for our home. (I’m so happy with it)the door completely changed the look of our home upgrading the curb appeal. The whole process did not take long, after we chose the door we set up the install for the following Saturday. The two installers, Jose & Kevin were so professional! They took that old ugly door out and installed the new door within a couple of hours. They were so polite and unbelievably clean! They did not leave one speck of dust/evidence that any construction had taken place that day! The entire experience was just a pleasure. It really was. They have a huge selection, and fair pricing. They also have financing with no payments for 18 months which makes it pretty easy. We also looked at Windows and plan new Windows from Vista this summer. If you’re in the market for new doors or windows check out Vista I can promise you won’t be disappointed. Oh they had interior shutters too which I loved!
