I was so excited to come here because I had read all of the reviews from people with large cup sizes finding the perfect fit here, but Ive never felt so insecure buying clothes in my life. I made an appointment for a fitting and was paired up with a middle aged woman (I never caught her name) who took me to a fitting room and measured me. When she asked what I was looking for, I said I wanted to know my actual size because I know Im not wearing the right one. As soon as the woman saw the bra I was wearing, she patronizingly told me it was the wrong size (I had just told her I already knew that) and she went to pick out new ones. I then spent an agonizing 20 minutes trying on absurdly lacy bras that clearly didnt fit-- tissue spilling out the top, band too tight to breathe, and itchy bows everywhere, not to mention most of them around $80. I told her Im not comfortable wearing lacy ones that show under t-shirts, and she said that she doesnt know of any bra companies make plain ones in my size (somewhere around a 32H in European sizes), because everyone in my size wants lace. She offered to order one and have it shipped to the store, but I live in San Diego and was only in town briefly to visit family. She then offered to have it shipped to San Diego and I can ship it back if I dont like it, but I figure at that point I might as well just order one online on my own.I finally said I wasnt going to buy anything today, but Id love to know what my size is so I can do my own research online. She said it would be different in every brand, and didnt give me any recommendations. I was so excited about coming here, but I dont think my experience could have been much worse.To be fair, the woman fitting someone in the next stall over seemed very kind, I might have just gotten unlucky with my fitter. Either way, if you have a small band size and a large cup size, dont expect to come out of here with anything but a worse body image.

I never buy bras from anywhere else. I was recommended to this store by a girl at Victorias Secret, and I finally figured out why my other bras never fit right: Im a 28G. Friendly service can be hit or miss, but the bras and bathing suits sell themselves. Ive had my bathing suit from here for at least 3 years and its shown no signs of wear and tear. The bras from Freya and Panache have been wonderful too.For newbies, you have to sign in at the front and then youll get partnered up with a fitter?/stylist? and go from there to find the right size and fit.

I love this place. I travel there every 6 months to buy bras because they have my size in store and I can wear it out. The staff is friendly and always ready to help. This is the one place I can buy colorful bras in my size. Every other place has black, white, and Beige.

I’ve not visited the actual physical store in Monrovia but I’ve ordered online and connected to customer support over the phone. Monique is by far a most exceptional person! Her customer service/interpersonal skills are noteworthy! She’s helpful, patient, knowledgeable, and extremely warm and friendly! I’m a difficult-to-fit size; the only disappointment I may encounter is not finding particular colors. Monique goes above and beyond to find as close a shade as possible. I got fitted today for the first time in at least 8 years. The store was clean and the the steps they’ve taken make it more comfortable to go despite the pandemic. The fitter I had was Monique and she was fantastic! She was very friendly and certainly knows her stuff! She helped me find the perfect fit. I have already recommended this place to a couple of my other friends looking to get fitted.

Make sure you have an appointment before you visit store - or you wont get in - no exceptions! I drove 2 hrs to get there and was told no appointment - no entry.

Its like being a child in a candy shop if you love lingerie. This has a great selection of bras for sizes that are hard to find. It has more than just plain Jane styles for even the larger cups, beautiful lace for big cups too!

Visited The Wizard of Bras for the very first time. After shopping at 4 other stores earlier in the day and not even finding the style(front closing) I wanted ...was pleasantly surprised to not only find and be fitted for my bra ..but to also enjoy the associates who were helpful and very nice. The shop itself is very quaint with a waiting area for my husband who enjoyed a cup of tea while waiting. Thank you for a lovely experience.

This is a great bra shop for any size breast. Their prices are fair. Ive been coming here for years and rarely leave with a negative experience. They have a seamstress that can readjust what you need them too (although only certain days a week). Even in the larger sizes they often have cute bras (Im a 36 G currently, but when I was younger found sizes in even a 28 G, which is practically impossible!). They will properly measure you and teach you about bras and how they should fit. Getting a great bra here could change your life.They also carry swimsuits and lingerie, which Ive also had good luck with.

I have been a customer for over 25 years. Never have I found a place that helps fit you as they have. I buy the Forever New to hand was my undies and my bras and they still look new after a year. I moved out of California and can order my bras from them. I make it a point to shop in person about every 18 months. You will not be disappointed.

My store for perfect fitting bras since the 1990s. I dont buy from anywhere else. I go a couple of times a year and the service is wonderful. Im a faithful customer and due for a trip soon. I mention them to many women that I know and meet. Every woman should be fitted properly for a bra, no matter what size they wear.

Hallelujah! A bra store that specializes in carrying bras my size (D cup and up)!Most women are wearing the wrong size bra, and our size will change as our weight changes (of course). This place is great to help you get into the right size and find some quality bras that fit. Plus they will take in your older, stretched out bras you purchased there in the past.Make sure you bring a credit card, however. Good bras in larger sizes arent cheap, but youll at least have the right size if you decide to buy more bras online later.

Great for hard-to-find sizes. This is not like Victorias Secret. When you come in you sign in and you get a personal fitter to help you. You can shop bra sized swimsuits and accessories while you wait. The fitter will measure you the first time you come in and anytime after that if you ask. Then they bring you an assortment of whatever style you ask for, you dont need to hunt through racks and racks searching for your size. Theyre a bit old school, its not super glamorous, but if youre hard to fit they make it a lot easier. Some of the fitters are a little pushy. Be firm about what you want. This might not a good place to go if youre really shy about your body, because the fitters are really hands on, but they dont judge.

The best bra buying experience of my life! The staff here are incredibly friendly and helpful. Peggy and Sandra took care of my friend and me; they were both very attentive and just delightful. Such a wonderful selection and reasonably priced, too! Highly recommend.

I dont get to go here often, but when I do it is well worth the drive. I appreciate the personal attention thats given to me when it comes to sizing me up for a bra. The owner Bonnie is sweet as apple pie she has not lost her touch when it comes to sizing up a woman and the correct bra fitting as well as how to adjust it. Ive been going here for the past five or six years no ragrets. No matter what size a woman is I would suggest they go and get the experience of having your own personal bra specialist.

Drove up here from San Diego and had a great experience. They showed me what to look for in a bra and offered a variety of styles. They are systematic and to the point but they dont rush you. I left with three bras all under $70 which were beautiful and supportive and then I ordered two more. I will definitely be coming back.

Awesome place to get a bra fitted. Very knowledgeable, unfortunately only had 1 bra that really worked for me. Seems like they only carry American bras, and not European ones that work better for us larger cup size women. Overall a great experience though.

These ladies are providing a service that is severely lacking in our world today. I love being able to come somewhere that caters to all shapes and sizes. Ive never once left unhappy, and I always find even more than I expected. The service is amazing and personal. Could not recommend more.

I had a very negative experience at the Wizard of Bras. I went in and wasnt measured correctly, and there was a huge gap in the cup. The woman who was helping me was very rude and insisted that it was correct. I had to ask for a smaller cup size twice. She kept insisting that it was normal for there to be a large space in the bra, and she finally brought me a box of bras. It was taking a long time, and I needed a bra for a work event the next day and was on my lunch break. I had my son with me and needed to get him where he had to go, so I quickly purchased two bras so I would have something to wear the next day. As I was purchasing my bra, there were photos of people who were Stealing from the store next to the cash register. I should have just left and not purchased the bras, but I was out of time and needed something to wear. When I got home from work I tried them on again, and the sizing still didnt feel right. The waist line was too tight, and the bra was uncomfortable and itchy. I immediately called the store and the owner answered, and said I couldnt get a refund unless I brought it in before they closed because they have a problem with thieves, and they were closing in two minutes. Obviously, I couldnt make it to the store in time. I asked if I could come in the next morning and she said no, that I couldnt get a refund because they have issues with employees stealing. Nice. I put the phone on speaker so my husband could hear how awful this woman was to talk with. She said I was a grown up and that I was old enough to wear a bra, purchase it, and that it was my mistake and that she wasnt going to fix it for me because Im an adult. She said it was my fault that I didnt like the bra. I told her she was rude, and she said her customers are rude and thats why she has to be so rude. Well, I am a grown up, and as a grown adult, I will now make the choice to never shop there again. I like to support small businesses and this is why I went there, but this place was awful from beginning to end. This woman is a thief, and obviously needs 130$ so bad that she cant give a refund when someone is not happy with their product.

Honestly thought I could not find a decent swim suit, I tried sizes I used to wear before I had my children at other stores, they would always have something popping out. I found many to choose from here at Wizards. Thank you for helping me find the right fit at a good price.

The women who work there are pleasant and helpful. I bought a corset to go under my wedding dress. It needed some sewing adjustments and the tailoring only cost $8.

SO disappointed.I bought four bras here and ended up returning all of them.I was not pleased by the quality and upon calling to see if I could return all four for a full refund based on customer satisfaction, they encouraged me to send them back and ensured that I would get a full refund.WELL, I sent them all back and was only refunded for three. Due to signs of wear they would not refund me for the fourth. I called in to their customer service number to explain that I was comforted and told that I would indeed get a full refund. Now, Ive been working in retail management for close to ten years. I understand returns and losses, damages and the like. In my opinion, if you have a dissatisfied customer, you do whatever you can to rectify the situation. My intention was to exchange the bras I had purchased for different models, however that will not be the case. I spoke with Bonnie on the phone and she told me she absolutely would not refund or credit me the cost of the bra even though I found it to be uncomfortable and lacking in support. She also said, We provide THE BEST service in the country when it comes to bras, in the most elitist tone Ive ever experienced as a customer in my life.Its too bad that I spent close to $300, and that I was willing to spend more to find the right bra, but because they wouldnt take a $40 loss for the sake of customer satisfaction that they have no lost all my business.What a drag.

They have a pretty impressive size catalogue of swim wear and intimates. Be prepared to drop $$$ though. But findong the best most flattering and comfortable underwear is worth the best. Cheers!

Everyone is incredibly helpful and Monique my fitter was so great. I had no idea I was wearing the wrong sized bra for years. They even had a play area for my 4 year old. On top of bras got a flattering swimsuit. I feel like a new woman, cant thank them enough.

Ive come here at least 5 times. Each time Ive asked to be fitted. This is not a place to voice your own opinion or shop for a bra. They have to help you and will pick it all out for you.Questions are passive aggressively answered or dismissed and they dont feel bad about looking at you like your an idiot. Some of my bras fit great. Some of them fit well there but then sometimes the last two I got did not feel as well fitted but was told thats how it is.I like the bras... And one cashier is super sweet... But some of the ladies are just grumpy,

I have very large breasts and have been extremely happy with all of my purchases over the past several years at/from Creative Woman-Wizard of Bras. While I live in Northern California, I stop in any chance I get down to Southern California. However it really isnt necessary to go there as I also have been placing phone orders (especially during the annual sale). Thank goodness repairs are also available (at a reasonable cost), if an underwire pokes through the fabric or breaks. Prices on some items are less, and on others the same, when comparing to other shops. This is truly the best place to shop for bras! Thank you ladies!

This place is legendary. The giant bra in the window an icon. But most importantly they know bras. I never knew about 80% of women are wearing the wrong size bra! The people there are caring and patient and so so knowledgeable.

Helpful, friendly and knowledgable staff. Small store with unique items for women from bathing suits, costumes and jewelry, to sexy, naughty items for evening wear. During peak times, parking can be difficult and its not easy to see the parking area (around the corner of the store). Not cheap and sometimes thought overpriced, but many are quality items. They also have small cheap nicknack items. It is a store I visit at least 3 times a year, almost always coming out with good stuff. Recommend you at least visit if you have never been.

Helpful staff that provide bra fittings. They carry a wide variety of sizes in store, with the ability to also purchase online and have shipped. Took one star off for the location being hard to get in and out of.

If you have a hard to find bra size (like a small band and large cup), visit these ladies! They have every size and they are stocked with boxes full of each size that you can purchase on the spot. They have pretty designs too so you dont have to sacrifice style for comfort. Very friendly, very knowledgeable, they really try to get what you want. Bought 2 bras and an amazing sports bra that actually holds me in place. Im headed back to buy swim suits - they have underwire suits (hard to find)! I live in WA now but havent found anywhere else that comes even close. A little pricier than Target for example but the quality is excellent. If you want an amazing fit, go here!

A great place for those that are hard to size in bras. They also have extended sizes in other foundation garments. The only downside is the parking. There is none.

I was the driver for my friend who shopped here. The parking situation is... Not good. Very cramped and you have to back out of the parking lot onto the side street. The shop itself was very busy, as far as people... and decor... and racks of hanging things you had to maneuver around. It was a lot to take in.BUT you do get a very customised service, and thats what you come here for.

Took my wife here as she is a difficult fit. They were rude, snobby and didnt do a good job. Their parking is horrendous and based on their actions not sure why they have any popularity. I really wanted to find a great shop for my bride but after one shopping experience she would never return there. Just as an example of how they act when they didnt have a second bra for her they offered to ship it, but WE would have to pay for it even though we called ahead and they assured us that they have plentiful stock, a reasonable shop would have waived a shipping cost, especially when it was their stocking issue. I am sure there is another shop that can do an admittedly tough fitting without the attitude and maybe even some appreciation for spending much of our hard earned money in a very high profit environment. VERY disappointing! (pic is to humorously depict the bruising way they treat clients...)

While the quality of the bras are good, the absolute rudeness of the staff is unacceptable. The sales clerk told my 14 yo daughter she would be permanently deformed if she didnt buy their bra.

One of a kind store so worth the drive from Ventura, CA, the fitting shows you what you need and Vanessa comes with a hugh selection to your dressing room. They have colors, in stock and will order and send to your house. They also stand by there purchase to fix for you if need be. There are swim suits, leisure ware, oodles of items to browse The women here are professionals in there craft. So happy to have found this place in my lifetime, a precious store you will remember. Worst experience ever. I went to this store because I am a big chested individual. Its hard to find my size in regular stores. I went to get fitted and this older lady measured me. Ive never been fitted and measured in the way she measured me before which I thought it was weird. When she brought the bras they didnt even hook around me at all. I told her it didnt fit. She had the nerve to insist I was a size bigger. I told her that couldnt be because the one Im wearing was perfect and the size she mentioned is not my size. Then she had the nerve to say maybe I should lose a little weight. Oh my goodness was I furious. I got up and left. I went to Victoria secret and they told me the measurements the lady told me wasnt correct at all. Thankfully Victoria Secret had a few my size and it was in sale. Will never return again to the Wizard of Bras. The type of bras they sell they were probably made 20 years ago.

Purchased 4 bras, the sales lady was in such a hurry that she wrong sized everything. I purchased extenders for all bras, after wearing one particular bra, I felt a very sore pain on my underarmGot concerned, saw the doctor, he said it was the ill fitting bra. When I called to get credit and return new ill fitting bras, the response by Bonnie the owner was very sour and rude. Dont buy there.!!!
