My car was totaled in an accident in early. March. I used Enterprise car rental while the insurance company made their decession. We used Enterprise car sales because we have rented cars from them before and like their business model. The idea of going to a dealer did not appeal to me. By the time my settlement check arriived, we were in Carona Virues world. As soon as Enterprise Car Sales reopened, I called. The sales person remembered me from my one visit to see what they had in March. There was a 2018 Mazda 3 Sport available.; I was replacing a 2012 Mazda 3 Touring. With my settlement, I could afford the price, and bought it. I have sinse talked to a friend in a similar situation how, also, replaced her totaled car with an Enterprise car. We are both happy with our choices.

Poor customer service! I went into the Montclair location with a specific vehicle I was looking for that I knew was at another Enterprise location. I gave all the info to a rep there and that rep never returned a call to me as to whether the vehicle could be transferred. So, I called back myself amd spoke to the manage Jasmine, who had no explanation for her co-workers lack of service. After discussing an alternate vehicle, another vehicle was transferred to their store for me to view/purchase however it was sold prior to me being able to see it which was less then 24hours. I asked for a call and explanation but instead got no further response from the manager. I only went here cause my credit union had an incentive to shop there. Very Bad experience. Go to car max instead!!

Ive never in my life had a more horrible experience in my life they ruined fresh credit report with mass inquiries they held my down payment hostage for weeks and never were able to complete the deal. They tried to take money from on me for a restocking fee and never even drove the car but on a test drive. These guys made me jump through hoops and hoops only to keep telling me tomorrow tomorrow Ive never been more disappointed in my with a sales experience please there other places to buy where people will appreciate you and make you feel like you matter
