GREAT experience! The owner is professional and efficient. I brought in two machines and both were fixed quickly at a very reasonable rate. (Before this I tried Vac Shack in Caldwell and the difference was astounding! Trust me, go to B&H.) Would absolutely recommend this place to others.

B&H and Central Vacuum Specialists has repaired my very ancient central vacuum twice. The repair person is knowledgeable, neat and extremely honorable. He takes pride in his ability to fix vacuums. He arrives promptly and if he is detained, he calls.The first time, the motor was shot. He found a replacement part that would work for my obsolete model. The second time, there wasnt any suction at the wall outlets. He was able to isolate the sections of pipe to clear the problem. He worked very hard. He fixed the outlets on one side of the house. Unfortunately, a segment of pipe that appeared to be a problem, although clear of obstructions, was concealed behind gypsum board ceiling. He felt an installer would be able to replace the pipe with minimum disruption of the ceiling. He felt so bad, he did not charge me for his time.I would highly recommend him!
