Been in the shop, and theyre great. Call in the shop and theyre knowledge, and pleasant. I email the location and they respond hastily. They shelve more equipment than anyone other shop and for out of stock popular items are quickly replaced.

This place is awful. They know glassware for distallation is hard to come by in southern california and they totally take advantage of it. There prices are almost triple compared to other alternatives. The glassware is super fragile compared to other alternatives.They do not answer there phone. Ive had to drive to there san bernadino store (which is 2 hours away) for them to tell me they dont have a part. They told me there LA store has it which is another hour away. Then I get there and they are out.Honestly if they would at least answer the phone I would of kept buying from them. The guy told me they rather have people come in to ask questions, so the can upsell you on other stuff (those were his exact words).Ive also have ordered stuff online and have received it broken.I am no switch back to ordering all glassware from china. I can say its stronger and better quality, and actually ships faster then xtractor depot.

I just visited this establishment because I won an auction and got quite a deal on my equipment but needed some odds and ends to bring it together. Allen, in Commerce, was fantastic he knew I only needed a few things and yet he still took a considerable amount of time bringing me up to speed with some of the equipment. Very professional, friendly, and courteous. Oh and by the way their warehouse is just FN awesome, if your into this sort of stuff.

The guys at Xtractor are extremely helpful. They rebuilt a rig for me and went beyond my expectations. I would avoid Bhogart at all costs and give these guys a call for ANY extraction needs.

I bought a 10lb extractor and a 12L spd from Xtractor Depot. Any time I needed a part replaced I was told they didnt carry it anymore and needed to upgrade. I needed one quick connect for a water hose and ended up having to buy 8 new quick connects because they didnt sell my part anymore. Their business model is based on you buying their equipment and them using your money to fund upgrades and them being out of whatever you need. They sell equipment to customers they have never tested saying it works (5gal stainless buchner funnel for example) and end up costing you way more money in the end. Not to mention none of their equipment is certified so its basically illegal to use. Save your money and buy from someone more reputable with good ethics.

Ernie gave us an excellent knowledgeable experience and made sure we had everything we needed to make things work.

Allen is pretty helpful, I learned more from him in 10 minutes than a year of chemistry class. I think the chemists that back xtractor depot and their sales team really no what theyre doing.Thanks again!

Terrible equipment, very cheap. Dominic (the tiny guy) who is a sales rep is awful. The entire store tries to charge you a consolation fee for every question. Do not purchase anything from this store, instead checkout Blaze just down the street.
